The room was very clean. Good location, about 12 min walk to the old town and 20 min to Kazimierz. Easy to check in whenever is convient for each person. Coffee and tea was provided to make. Comfortable bed.

Our room (no 4) was not very spacious and there was not a suitable place for a suitcase. We had 1 suitcase, if we had 2 I don't know were we would place the 2nd... There wasn't any side table near the bed. In the shower there were not seperate shampoo and shower gel, just one kind of liquid soap, which I presume was shower gel, because when I used it to shampoo my hair it had a bad feeling. Stained carpet. The curtain was missing 2-3 hanging rings.

The location was great, right next to the Green-Patch around Krakow and short walk to the Wavel Castle and Old-Town center. The check-in was contack-less, and we received the information clearly and the daybefore, so no waiting or confusions. The room was very nice and spacious, enough cupboard space for few days of stay. The hosts offered a towel exchange free-of-charge. The room info booklet had some sights/restaurant recommendations, couple of which we used (and were great).

Nothing at all

The room was exceptionally clean and the location was brilliant. We were able to get really good sleep because the bed was so comfortable and the area was very quiet. Good tea and coffee facilities and the fridge in the room was a nice bonus for keeping packed lunches cool the night before a day trip!

It wasn't a problem for us personally, but an extra pillow or two might have been preferable to others staying here.

A very nice apartment a short walk to the main square. Good communication from the owners. We had a problem with the wardrobe in the middle of our stay and it was resolved within an hour of letting the owners know. Lovely coffee shop two doors down, a supermarket with everything you need within a minutes walk and a superb restaurant just past the supermarket. Overall I'd highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay again

Accomadation was lovely and clean, and perfect location for walking to all main points

We wasn’t made aware that the lobby to the building is currently being renovated so we was woken by builders at 7.30 banging which felt like it was on the door and right by our window. Also the entrance looks a lot more grand from the pictures but when you turn up you’re going in from a car park at the back of another hotel.

I had a wonderful stay in Kraków! The room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. Its location was perfect just a short walk to the Old Town and close to everything I needed. The self checkin instructions were so easy to understand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and stylish place in a strategic location.

Bedsight light needed to change to a warmer color

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the city center, making it perfect for exploring all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing environment after a day out. A special mention goes to the thoughtful addition of a first aid kit in the building hallway, which adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a blend of comfort and prime location!

Perfect location! Could not fault this stay in any way! Location,cleanliness,comfort,easy access and safe and secure. Any requests made were addressed straight away,pick up from the airport,our taxi waited over 2 hrs due to our flight being delayed,was courteous and very friendly,he wasn’t in any way disgruntled! We requested a late check out the day before our departure and it was no problem. Could not recommend 7 Heaven Elegant rooms highly enough!!

Loved everything!

Very clean ,comfortable room with excellent shower. Good size fridge and storage facility with built in free safe. Self check in was unexpected but worked perfectly and owners were contactable very easily. When contacted nothing was to much bother and helped when planning a trip in the area brilliant 👏.Had kettle coffemake and hairdryer in room also ironing board. Was in good area for all attractions in Krakow, would have no problem staying again

Can't fault much maybe would like somewhere to store cases for late departures, but to be honest plenty places in and around Krakow. P

Very good location, close to Old Town and all interesting places and restaurants. We were impressed with the fact it was enough things left for us such like: towels, tea, coffee, paper, etc. so we didn’t have to worry about. Check-in process hassle-free and quick. Will definitely come back.
