Location was amazing. Very central. Room was very large for a city break hotel and the twin room was like a suite in that it had a single room plus a double room with lounge area which we loved. The hotel had a very old feel about it still, in that it reflects the era that it was built and hasn't been messed around with too much which I liked. Ultimately I felt that we were left alone to do our thing and I liked that. The staff were there if and when we needed them and in all cases they were efficient.

We had two rooms. The twin was at the front of the hotel. It was a little noisy in that the trams ran quite literally outside the front door.

My friend and I stayed in a twin room on the first floor, with windows facing the road, wich was a little problematic as it was not possible to block out the noise from the trams passing by, however the hotel provided earplugs, so in the end we slept well. The room was larger than expected, with high ceiling and lovely old frescos on the wall. The bathroom was also a good size and very clean. The staff at reception were very helpful and polite. Great location for exploring the city centre.

The only letdown was the quality of the pillows and towels.

Great location next to the fascinating Dominican cathedral. Small boutique hotel with original olde worlde feel and lots of historical touches. Fantastic, friendly, helpful, multi lingual reception staff Modern bathroom with good shower stall Black Duck restaurant behind the hotel was excellent

My room was on the top floor meaning it had a sloping attic ceiling which is not ideal for tall people. It was difficult to get into the window side of the bed. I understand rooms on lower floors have higher ceilings. Quite a lot of street noise, especially from trams passing 2 metres from the property. Bar was quite small and a bit expensive. Desk area was also under a sloping part of the ceiling giving a slightly claustrophobic feel

Location is ideal near center of old Krakow and all the attractions. Triple room was ideal for three adults. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Room has A/C and heat. Room was large, more like a small apartment. The building is historic (1700s) but updated with modern amenities. Very classy.

1. Fair warning to visitors: Krakow is not the easiest city to navigate by car. Between the random one-way streets, pedestrians crossing at will, and many intersections without traffic lights you have to stay on your toes. 2. Waze does NOT put you at the correct location but instead puts you a block away (google maps does get you to the right spot). 3. Also although hotel parking is on-site, it is NOT at the same address due to the one-way streets. Address for hotel parking is Poselska 28, 31-002 Krakow, Poland. 4. Wi-Fi was not the greatest and would periodically drop connections.

Excellent reception staff, super friendly and always helpful. Gladly helped to translate when we had problems with our airport transfer. Free drink upon arrival was much appreciated. Room was spacious and cleaned as much or as little as you request. Location is absolutely excellent right in the centre of Kraków. Faultless stay with 0 complaints and great value for money.

Small bar but adequate with a reasonable choice of drinks. Plenty of great bars on the doorstep as you are right in the centre.

Great location. The rooms were really large with helpful extras (shoeshine, shoehorn, lint remover etc) and had a comfortable seating area. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Very adequate breakfast with the added bonus of Prosecco.

Found it strange that you had to request to have your room made up (using a provided door sign). On one occasion I returned to my room when housekeeping arrived to service my room and I was asked if I wanted my bed made. I would expected these things would have been standard. /

Central Location - the hotel is a very quick.easy 2 minute walk to the square. It's close to the castle at about a 10 minute walk with lovely architecture and shops/restaurant's en route. There is a bar and McDonalds beside the hotel. Cafes and.taxi rank across the road. There are shops for.drink, food, and a pharmacy all within a minute's walk. Spacious room.- we.had a triple room, which was very spacious and well-kept. Clean - the hotel was kept clean. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, and I was happy with the cleanliness. Santi Hotel is a must stay if staying in Krakow. We had a fabulous visit to Krakow and saw it in all its winter glory. We will definitely be back to see it when the sun is out and the river full of activity and will definitely stay in Santi Hotel again.

The only few small complaints i had were that the shower was in the bath and was a bit slippy. There was shower gel and soap but no separate shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion. I usually bring my own but if you are travelling light that might be a slight inconvenience. There is some noise from the trams but nothing to keep you awake however we were in a back room. The.hotel did provide earbuds. It could be an issue for some, but it didn't bother us.

Firstly, the hotel smells beautiful when you walk in, it's the first thing that I noticed.. the building is well kept and very beautiful, especially in the reception. When I opened the door I was really taken aback by our room, it was such a beautiful space, and big. Our room was very spacious, clean, and all I can say is stunning, the walls, ceiling, floors... just a dream room for me. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra seating with a sofa and chair.

We booked very last minute and the staff were unable to contact us to explain the one way system to gain access to the on site parking, which did delay our arrival. We loved the historic links to the building, which had been thoughtfully preserved and the information about the hotel in English. The rooms were bigger than expected, and ours had a small single room as well as the double bed. The welcome drink at the bar included in the price was good. Photographs of the city surrounding the hotel gave us a sense of what is would have been like pre WW2. Access to all historic sites was easy, and was a quiet location.

the web site could include the car parking address ,or say something about access to parking. Rooms due to the nature of the building were a little hot and the door hinge squeaked .

Rooms were very large and in the polish style. We have stayed before and knew what to expect and would certainly stay again.

Unfortunately we found breakfast area cramped and couldn’t sit with friends unless we went to a larger back room away from the hustle and bustle. We have stayed before and was looking forward to showing our friends the cellar bar but it was not open and not sure if it has now been closed?
