The gentleman checking us into our room was so kind, friendly, and informative. I enjoy meeting people who are happy in life and this man passed his happiness on to me! I like that there was a good fan in the room.

I forgot a personal item and emailed them about it but I haven't received a response. The item isn't important but as I'll be returning at the end of my multi country trip I hoped to stop by and pick it up if it wasn't thrown out (it was my reusable water bottle).

The location was amazing! Very close to the park that surrounds the city. Also close to restaurants, churches, coffee shops, the post office and the bus/trolley system. Would definitely stay there again. The room was basic, very clean, and safe for travelers that are not familiar with Poland. The manager was very friendly; he let us in and saw us out when we left. He was friendly and informative.

The only thing that could be better... larger pillows would be nice, but everything else was perfect.

Spotless, great big comfortable bed, shower was very powerful and hot which was great after long days outside. Very welcoming hosts too who was very informative. Apartment is in a great location and for my first solo holiday I was really glad I stayed where I did.

Maybe an email with instructions on how to enter the apartment when you arrive would be good. The gentleman working in the shop downstairs was very helpful though.

We were delighted with everything , far exceeded our expectations. Excellent location near the square and ideally located in the Old Town . Lovely spacious room , spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable. The owners / staff we very friendly and really helpful. Would absolutely recommend

Absolutely nothing

We loved the location and the room was really spacious and with great light.

We liked everything, it could have helped to have sopa and conditioner since it is now difficult having to travel super light. One extra face towel would have helped, we only had one to share.

Location is Great ! Especially if You coming to Krakow without car. Just go outside the entance door and feel the City !!! And Central Railway station very close . And cafe, shops just behind the door.

The walls are thin, it sounds through !

Everything was really good but if I had to make a suggestion, I would suggest installing a sensor light on the first stairwell up to the hotel as it gets dark at night.

The room was better than i expected, spacious, warm and cosy. The hotel is just off the main square, so great location to get around the city. Mohammed wad great, he supported us to make local calls to troubleshoot with our taxis and excursions. He gave tips on the local sites and how to get there. He allowed us to atay in the room 2 hours after check out without extra charge

It isnt a big ine but having to ask for the tea mugs to be changed

Excellent position beautiful room which was bright and spacious. Hosts were very generous with their time and advice. Would give this experience the highest praise for service and hospitality.

In an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the Market Square. Clean room, with a fridge & comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Only negative would be the coffee was a 3 in 1 sachet, so you're stuck if you don't take sugar or milk.
