We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved this property. Clean and comfortable, it had everything you need. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the rooms are lovely, the ceilings are really high giving the feeling of so much space. All toiletries are here for you, a hair dryer, linen and towels, tea bags, coffee...even a dishwasher! Just perfect. Took us a while to find out how to check in, found number 6, walk through the entrance all the way to the courtyard at the back and there's a brown security booth, this is where you collect the keys. We were wandering aimlessly and eventually someone came out but the must have seen us walking in and out multiple times😂 No worries though, all worked out in the end🙂 Thank you, if ever we come back I would definitely book here again.

The location is excellent, right on the main square which is beautiful. The accommodation was very clean, reasonably priced, secure and very spacious with high ceilings and large rooms. It had everything we could need if we decided to cook for ourselves. We collected the keys from a porter/secuity hut in the courtyard because we arrived very late at night. Everyone (different one each of the 4 days we were there) was very helpful regardless of different levels of English. Robert, one of the managers, was very informative and helpful. No issue getting extra towels and pillows and he let us know which shops and restaurants would be open when we arrived. Even though it was on the main square there were no issues with noise. There were 5 of us staying in 2 double rooms and on pull out double sofa bed which was all very comfortable

I couldn’t fault it! There are no lifts but carrying our luggage upstairs wasn’t an issue as we didn’t have much- a lift was being built while we were there. We were offered help to carry our bags.

Location was perfect, entrance right on the square with the view from living room being the side street towards the Main Square. Instructions beforehand through message on here was brilliant, as well as being efficient when we messaged for extra pillows/ if there was storage for our luggage on the last day. Apartment (2) was lovely and warm, could be too warm in the nights but we turned the radiators down which was perfect for the time of the year (NYE) when getting back from the cold. Wifi code provided, smart tv where you can log into your own Netflix/Disney+ accounts. Very spacious, large sofa bed, table for four, kitchen area and decent size bathroom (shower only) Could potentially partition the living/dining space and have it as a two bedroom as it is that big to do so. We were the top floor and had to carry the case upstairs but this wasn’t an issue for us, there is a lift being built which will make a difference, allowing more people to be able to stay. Staff were ever so friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately we did not get the gentleman’s name who helped us with our case and carried it downstairs, trying his best with the English Language.

Could not fault the apartment or staff.

This well appointed, comfortable, spacious apartment was in a perfect city centre location. Excellent safety, with porters on hand for assistance. Access to these old but nicely renovated flats was enhanced with an efficient modern external lift. Luggage storage was an added bonus. The host Kuba and all the porters were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The air conditioning system provided sufficient heat for the room. Compact functional kitchen and modern bathroom, great shower! Highly recommended!

Our only observation was that the apartment would benefit from darker curtains.

The location was brilliant! The apartment was huge. The kitchen had everything you would find at home. Dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob and cooker, microwave, etc The lift up to the third floor was a welcome addition. There was no street noise at all.

I was under the impression from the description on booking.com that there were three double bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms. I had obviously misinterpreted the description. One bedroom had an ensuite shower room and the other two bedrooms shared a large shower room. There was also another separate toilet. However this did not detract from our enjoyment.

The location was perfect. Right on the main square and close to all local attractions. The 3 bedroomed apartment was absolutely spotless and had almost everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay.

The bed in one of the rooms was broken and held up with a small block of wood, which of course collapsed on our first night. After we discovered the problem we were careful so that it didn’t happen again. This did not take away from the fact that we were extremely happy with our accommodation. A minor criticism would be, maybe there could be more pillows available.

We booked airport pickup via host this was very good. The host met us at the apartment and it was very spacious and comfortable. We had a bedroom and a sofa bed which was perfectly comfortable. The apartment is located in the main square which was a vibrant setting and lots of restaurants/cafes to choose from. There were also horse drawn carriages, street entertainers, electric buggy tours and Segway. The host also arranged at our request airport transfer for our return flight and because we had booked out of the apartment there was a secure place to leave our cases whilst we spent our last few hours in the city. Overall I would thoroughly recommend using these apartments.

The only slightly difficult part of our stay was locating the apartment initially Because it was in an area where vehicles couldn’t go. So whilst only a short walk after being dropped off - a matter of a few minutes it was tricky to work out where the apartments were. Basically there was an archway with the number 6 over it. We followed this into a court yard and there was a lift upto the 3 rd floor where our host was waiting for us. A minor point in what was a good trip

I recently stayed at Apartments Rynek Glowny and had a great experience. The apartment was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. It’s located on the 3rd floor, so be aware of the stairs if that’s a concern for you. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Rynek Główny in Kraków. You can’t beat the convenience of being so close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything in the apartment was in order, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, the apartment provided an excellent base for exploring Kraków, combining comfort with an unbeatable location. I would definitely recommend Apartments Rynek Glowny for anyone looking to stay right in the center of the action! Best regards,

The stairs to the 3rd floor can be a bit challenging, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Very clean spacious apartment, conveniently located in the centre of the old town. Brilliant location for walking to nearby attractions. Excellent communication by owner prior to arrival and also during our stay. Previous reviews have mentioned the stairs and the difficulty posed to those with poor mobility, however a lift is being installed and looks like it's not too far away from completion. As the apartment is near to pubs and restaurants, it could be noisy but it didn't bother us and we didn't really notice it

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the main square in close proximity to plenty of restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed for our stay, the whole place was immaculate and very comfortable. As previoulsy mentioned there are no lifts, but this was not a problem. We managed them easily a couple of times a day. Would highly recommend this cracking apartment and look forward to visiting again.
