The apartment exceeded our expectations for levels of cleanliness and comfort (including the sofa bed), large bathroom with wc and double shower plus separate wc. The location was ideal being under 10 mins walk from the Market Square (Old Town) and taxis are cheap if choose not to walk.

Everything was perfect.

The location was excellent, close to the centre of the old town, the tram stops and the station for the airport. The apartment was clean and spacious for 2, the balcony was welcome as it was very hot when we were there. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

Nothing, everything was good for our needs

The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we could have needed.

The sofa bed for the third person was only a sofa and the sky light had no covering so the room had daylight from 5 am.

The apartment was light and airy and well equipped for city living. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the old town and all of the main sites. The apartment itself faces the rear of the property and is very quiet. The kitchen is basic, but with toaster, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer gives you plenty to be self sufficient if you choose to be. Check in details were clear and easy to use through the website. You will get them on the day so you need to make sure you have internet connection.

Nothing, everything was good!

The apartment is conveniently located very close to the old town. If you are coming from the airport it is also only a 4 minute walk from the bus stop - super handy! The building interior is very modern, and feels safe as there is a concierge on the reception. The apartment is very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay. All communication with the team was amazing, Polina was especially helpful. If staying in Krakow again I will definitely stay with Fragola again.

The only thing that was unexpected is that the location listed for the apartment is actually for the reception of the company. This wasn't a major issue as still a great location - but it did mean that we had to change the time for a pick up of one of our tours.

The kitchenette contained a minimal amount of equipment - much more thought to what may be needed would be an advantage to those who with to cater for themselves.

Before arrival in Krakow, we had asked for the code to enter the apartment as we might not have access to the internet. To our pleasant surprise, not only was the response positive, it was very prompt! When the apartment's internet and hot water system were interrupted, we called them and again, the management's response was prompt.

It would help if there had been some laundry detergent available. We needed to do a load on arrival but had to find detergent in a mall nearby.

As I was let down last minute (the morning of arrival in fact) by the apartment I had originally booked, I rang fragola apartments when I had just landed in krakow after finding them on booking.com. They confirmed they had availability and so I booked it with great ease. I was so thankful as I was travelling with my 2 children and my elderly mother. The apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean. Very comfortable and even better, with a sauna ! Which myself and my children made great use of. Also just a stones throw away from the beautiful Wawel castle. Great value for money and I would highly recommended to others and will definitely be staying again in the future. 5 stars from me !

Apartment inside was very clean and modern and beautfifully decorated with all ammenities you could need. Key code to lock door felt very safe and really enjoyed our experience here. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave bags before our flight home. The check in document sent to us beforehand was extreemly helpful and easy to follow.

Only slight downfall is the apartment is not at the location advertised on booking.com, this is the companies reception. It was a 15 minute walk from there which was not ideal. But if you are aware of this before, then there are no problems. Taxis are extreemly cheap so wasnt too much of a problem for us.

Very clean apartment! We received bottles of water and the apartment has everything you need: coffee, sugar, tea, plates, cutlery, toaster, etc. Really nice towels and the bed was very comfortable. (The apartaments are located in different locations) On the map it appears that is in the center of Krakow, but it was actually at 10 min relaxed walk from there which it was great for us because we discovered really nice cafés.

It didn’t have paper towels and food foil for sandwiches.
