I had a perfect stay at Ermine Suites in Kraków from June 25th to 29th. The apartment exceeded all expectations. The location was absolutely ideal—central, safe, and close to everything we needed. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, with two bathrooms, which was incredibly convenient for our group of four women. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days—something you really come to appreciate in the warmer months. We lightly decorated the apartment with a few balloons for my cousin’s “bachelorette” (though it was just a chill dinner-and-movie night), which left some minor ceiling marks. The owner was very understanding and kind about it and didn’t charge any extra fees, which we truly appreciated. Communication throughout was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful. It felt like the host genuinely cared about our experience. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip to Kraków. Highly recommended!

Location was really convenient for sightseeing in the Old Town and restaurants nearby. Apartment was bright and clean, we had the split level unit which has an extra bathroom so that was handy. The apartment also has a washing machine but we didn’t have to use it. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, only made breakfast but it was handy to have a kitchen in the unit.

There weren’t enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or your clothes while you shower… although the apartment is advertised for up to 6 adults, it would be a squeeze as the bed in the upstairs bedroom was quite small but it was fine for us as we have two children.

The standard of the apartment, cleanliness, coziness, attention to detail, little extras such as soap dispensers and having robes & slippers provided was great. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, washing machine and microwave. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the Christmas markets and all the lovely covered outdoor bars & restaurants in the Square.

The building next door is undergoing major interior renovation works and depending on what suite you are in (we were in number 5, a 2 bedroom suite) it can be very noisy from 8am, earplugs are provided and the management did speak to the manager of next door and on our second morning the noise started at 10am which was fine as we were heading out for the day. These works are to be finished next door by March 2025. The standard of the apartments and the location outweighs the negative regarding the noise next door.

It was well priced for the location and area. Well stocked kitchen and it had plenty of space for 3 people. We enjoyed the place had the extra toilet. (Technically a 1.5 bathroom) the second bathroom is only toilet and sink/counter. But it’s nice to have the extra bathroom.

We didn’t love the second bedroom. The privacy is minimal, I’m glad we were staying with family members because two couple would be able to hear and see most things going on in the bedrooms that is in the living area. It has sheer curtains and a glass door that doesn’t lock of fully close.

We liked everything about the stay. Joanna is a great host that made sure that we have everything, she even arranged an early check-in. Check-in instructions were clear. The apartment is in the center of Old Town, and everything is in a walking distance. Thanks for the housekeeping service!

There were constructions works starting at 6 a.m. that woke us up, but this is something that the host can't control, unfortunately.

Brilliant location, clean, warm and good facilities and really modern. Lovely bathroom and super shower. Communication excellent and convenient to square. Very comfortable stay with comfy beds.

Little noisy on the square at times, but didn't bother us. We were in apartment 4 and were a little worried on the first night as a child was running about in the flat above and sound seems to travel below, but fortunately, it didn't bother us for the rest of the break (I think they left)!

The location was fantastic. The street had restaurants, bars and a small shop to grab coffee. The apartment was spacious, had a very large bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very clean. White fluffy bathrobes and slippers were a bonus.

I know some people said the bar across the street was loud but we didn't have a problem with it. There was drilling and construction outside our window every morning at 7am which wasn't great but really nothing that can be done about it.

We arrived as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. Mrs. Kasia welcomed us, the apartment was spacious, enough space for our family. Great location close to the Old Market Square. Mrs. Kasia was always helpful and available, great Czech bar on the same street, of course, and we were in the perfect location. restaurant W old kitchen on the same street. And at the end of our stay I met Mrs. Joanna, also a wonderful person, thank you again, our stay was wonderful, we will definitely come back, best regards, Marlena.

Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic. The communication with Joanna and Kasia was great leading up to our trip, they were beyond helpful! They even left us a bottle of prosecco in our suite as we mentioned we were travelling for a special occasion. The suite was spotless, so comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the location was amazing, a 2 minute walk from the main square- I couldn't recommend enough! We will be back 100%!

The apartments were well equipped beautifully appointed and very clean. Joanna the manager could not have been more helpful with all our enquires and her communication from the get go was outstanding. The location of the was outstanding walking distance to everything and we would definitely stay here again on future visits to beautiful Krakow
