Hotel Saski Krakow Curio Collection by Hilton entirely corresponds to its 5 star title, starting from the thoughtful interior design and finishing but not limited to delicious breakfasts. All areas of the hotel were sparkling clean and tidy, so was our room. The staff is always friendly and helpful. At breakfasts we were welcomed by smiling hostesses offering us a glass (or more) of prosecco. The breakfasts were impressive- with a big selection of local meats and cheeses, yogurts and pastries, freshly made smoothies, fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as different kind of pickles, al a carté menu for egg dishes. The presentation of food in the buffet was excellent- always full plates and trays with lavish quantities. The smoked salmon and freshly cut prosciutto were my favorites, as well as pickled mushrooms. The location is exceptional too- within a walking distance from all major sights and the train station, 30 meters from the old city main square, yet in a quiet street. There was no noise disturbance at night at all, though we were visiting Krakow during the Xmas holidays. Every word of the hotel’s advertising is true to fact and can be trusted. This was our first time in Krakow which appeared to be very enjoyable owing very much to the atmosphere of the hotel. Next time we’ll ultimately stay in this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing! Great Spa! The hotel was exceptionally clean and had great facilities and the staff were friendly polite and professional.

Unfortunately, we booked our trip to Auschwitz via the hotel and the tour company they use, let us down. The hotel cannot take responsibility for the tour company, however, in hindsight, we would have booked the tickets directly ourselves. The possibility of a last minute failure should have been made clear to us at time of booking.

Saski Hotel is an elegant, comfortable property half block from the main old town plaza. The service is wonderful, the hotel seems new, the decor is modern elegant, somewhat midcentury feel to it. Good WiFi, good water pressure, great service.

The European half-showers. They only have a small pane of glass which allows the shower water to go all over the bathroom walls and floor. Why?! This is not unique to this hotel, it’s in every hotel bathroom in Europe. The breakfast is extensive and delicious,but pricey for someone who does not eat much in the morning.

The hotel has a really central location and it is within a walking distance from the old town, castle and plenty of restaurants are around if you want to explore. The staff was really friendly and all around the hotel was a really nice scent. Breakfast was excellent, all the food & drink that was on offer was of excellent quality and taste. It is really worth having it.

We have ordered a room with the old town view. What you actually get to see is just a building (also a hotel) that was on the other side of the street. That is not an old town view that is worth paying extra for. Swimming pool was nice but there was not enough beds/seats to put the towels on (rest beds for 8 people only so you might end up just standing with water dripping off you while someone is there fully dry reading a book for hours...

Breakfast provided an incredible selection of food. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were always polite and helpful. Bar staff remembered my particular Gin and Tonic. The floral displays were really impressive. The hotel’s location was very good and so access to the centre of town was easy.

There was a low beam in our room on which I banged my head.It was very warm in the room and although the air con was constantly on it seemed impossible to get the temperature down below 22c which we found far too warm.

Amazing hotel in the centre of Krakow, 2 minute walk to and from the main square. Everything about this hotel is amazing, from the decor to the staff to the facilities. We couldn’t have had a better stay. Breakfast was amazing! Fantastic pool, sauna and steam room, and gym used everyday when staying. Gym open 24/7

Location! The location really cannot be more central with just a couple of minutes walk from the main square. Even all tours we booked started somewhere close by; we never had any issues reaching them. The hotel itself is also great, very clean and luxurious. I would highly recommend it.

If you are driving, the valet service is pricy and you would need to let the hotel know ahead of time to bring your car, but I never had a problem with it.

The beds were so comfortable, breakfast was outstanding, location was perfect and the staff at reception went above and beyond with recommending activities and restaurants ... special thanks to Kuba (always had a smile on his face, even though I probably drove him mad, asking him to write suggestions down for me !) 100 % recommend

I cannot actually think of anything, it was excellent. I travel a lot and can safely say that this is up there in my top three hotels I have ever stayed in.

The location was amazing! Walking distance from everything, right around the corner from the main square. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and very quiet we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The staff were all lovely. Reception staff and maid staff always smiled and said hello as we walked past. Really enjoyed the indoor pool, very relaxing after a day walking around the city. Airport transfers were great also. Highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable bed, nice interior of the room. Letters to customers - I got in the car. Nice touch. Very nice welcoming staff at the breakfast. Very clean.

Mixed feelings about the service: some Staff were very nice some were having arrogant attitude. I didn't like how they talked to other people like to the man who ordered transport and was waiting too long, man who was not satisfied with the room. I had to drag my luggage from the car to the hotel on my own. The door was kept. Breakfast - fruits could be washed and chosen better. My car was covered with the dust when return and seat was not back to its place.
