The hotel is in a fantastic location. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the square which was a surprise. All the staff are very friendly.

There was nothing to dislike

The location is excellent — right in the heart of Kraków. All the main attractions are just a short walk away, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Truly the best possible location, with an unforgettable view!

Honestly, I liked everything about my stay. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I arrived a bit early, and since my room was ready, they allowed me to check in ahead of time — which I really appreciated. The room itself was a bit small, but the view was absolutely stunning. The only thing I’d suggest is adding more variety to the breakfast options. Overall, a great experience!

The Location was perfect right in the main sq. central to all attractions within a few minutes walk. The room was large with great features and very clean. The facilities in the room were great, a mini fridge stocked and replaced daily once used at no extra charge. the bathroom was a good size and very clean. The bed was very comfy and the even had a note offering to change it if it was not to personal preference. Breakfast their was a good choice with the option a hot food cooked to order. all high quaility. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to take up the offer of the airport transfer the hotel provided. This was there on time and the hotel car we chose was the hotel Rools Royce. the driver was very professional and informative on our journey to the hotel.

The overall stay experience for us was exceptional , breakfasts are so nice with freshly made omelletes etc , they also have reserved hotel guests seating outside in the morning for breakfast , we loved this as its such a nice & relaxing way to start the day with a little Memosa from the breakfast buffet , their seating is right on the old town square . Food was amazing as well at lunch time , a lovely touch was a nice bottle of prosecco waiting in our room on arrival, the staff are very friendly & helpful, rooms spacious, very clean and well maintained, the room frdige is stocked daily , brillain nespresso coffee machine in the room with fresh milk in the fridge (home from home) an added bonus for us was room air con that worked and wasnt noisy , we like a cold room being from UK so had to use the air con at night to keep us cool in October . There's also a very nice non rowdy polish bar attached to the hotel and shows football/sports on mega screens . I chilled there when the missus was getting ready on an evening . Would we stay again , 100% yes, location is perfect for the old town, so much to do and see , we walked 41 miles in 4 days and still haven't seen or been to everything we wanted to do , eating and drinking around the hotel is plentiful , all very good quality & value for money , inlcuding the hotels restaruants . We will be booking again for sure . Thank you so much for the happy memories .

We had nothing to dislike

The place is perfect, there are no words, the staff is kind and helpful in everything, the location is in the center, close to everything. We were welcomed with a bottle of Fresco and 3 mini bars that include soft drinks and free milk. In addition, 3 apples and some chocolates. The suite has a jacuzzi and sauna and the breakfast at the hotel is perfect. We will definitely go back there again and we recommend everyone to book a room at the hotel.

There is nothing not to like, everything is perfect, clean, tidy, amazing staff.

Booked two suites. Both absolutely fabulous ! Location is 5 star, on the main square. 2 tours booked and both pick ups were within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Great breakfast included and everything you could ask for plus cooked breakfast items cooked to order. You can sit outside too, weather permitting. Glass of Prosecco on arrival and a bottle in both rooms. Mini bars (one beside each bed) in the room stocked with free non-alcoholic drinks and water, so no need to rush out and buy and free toiletries. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room too and fruit on arrival. What is there not to like ! We all had a fantastic 3 night stay and would highly recommend and will return. Room cleaned every day. Keep up the great standards !

We liked everything, A to Z. The meticulous attention to almost every detail is worth mentioning. I haven't been in hotels where they ask you if the bed or mattress fits your preference, and if not they will do their best to readapt it to your personal needs. They upgraded us to the 4th floor. A dream of an apartment, I can write a whole book about it- everything shining in perfection. Fine breakfast. Last but not least, the front desk reception staff, everyone is always ready to assist and polite with a smile. and efficient. If you are looking for the best place in Krakow to stay, save your time and look nowhere else. We strongly recommend it to all of our friends and others visiting Krakow

Excellent location, room had a view of the main square and was within easy reach of restaurants, shops, transport and attractions. Staff were very helpful and the room had a free safe, dressing gowns and slippers. Our mini fridge was restocked every day with free water and soft drinks and we received a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and a bottle of wine on the last night. The room included a kettle, a coffee machine and a milk frother. The breakfast was varied with lots of choice and hot food made to order. There was a lift and 24/7 reception. Air conditioning in the room. Water pressure in the shower was very good and always hot.

It was an older period building and as such the windows were older with secondary double glazing but was still relatively quiet. The room was quite dark at the coffee area and the TV only showed Polish channels (other than Al Jazeera news channel in English).

It was a lovely clean hotel in a fab location on the main square! friendly polite staff. Cleaners came in every day and you could see that they had cleaned. Breakfast was a very good selection of continental breakfast, you could have a hot breakfast if you liked to for a small price which is good, although never tried as our day trips were early starters and we never had time. Room was nice and modern, and the free drinks topped up every day was a bonus! Bottle of complimentary Prosecco at the beginning of our stay and a bottle of complimentary wine at the end! Amazing!

Nothing to complain about!

Clean, cosy, extravagant. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Honestly, felt lovely at the check in. The room was incredible. There were complimentary drinks left for us, robes, papcie. We had everything we needed. Location is perfect as it is in the central market square. Breakfast was very tasty and a lot of choice, including vodka shots if it was needed 😆. My partner loved the shower and we felt that it was very good value for money. It was a shame we only found 1 night available but we will be returning and we are bringing our friends with us. Thank you for making us feel very welcome.
