*Location could not be more perfect - less than 5 mins from the old square. * Excellent breakfast. The light (buffet only) option is brilliant and sufficient even for the most hungry. Shame it can't be bought via booking.com at the point of booking. * The terrace is perfect for an evening drink and much more reasonably priced than most bars in the old square yet as good as (if not better) for people watching. * The room was huge, super clean and had just about anything you could ever need. It was also perfectly quiet despite the hotel being so centrally located. * The pool was amazing and god sent on hot days. * Good value for money over all. * Very friendly staff.

* The AC, while certainly welcome in the middle of the heatwave, was quite noisy, making it quite difficult to sleep. Other people may be less sensitive to noise though so this is unlikely to be an issue for everyone. * If you like firmer mattresses you'll love the bed - if not, you may struggle to sleep. Again, super personal so unlikely to be an issue for most!

The swimming pool was cold & house keeping knocking at the door to clean the room several times in the space of 1 hour from 9am while we were sleeping. The rooms could be more sound proof. On our first night, we didn't get much sleep due to the noise level from the room next door. They partied all night - we didn't complain because it was new years eve.

The location is perfect, overall cleanliness is very good, the breakfast is plenty and service at breakfast is very friendly. SPA area is very clean, however pool is little bit cold.

Our AC broke, we called and we were told someone would come and fix it. After 40 minutes we called again and were told that they're fixing it on their side (well, call us and say that, so we don't wait for the maintenance guy!). After another hour, again, we called and were told that they couldn't fix it and are sending the maintenance. This time he did come, said, oh yeah, it's hot here, we'll move you to another room! We said ok and he left. After another hour of waiting to be moved, we called the reception again, and they gave us another room. What should've taken 20 minutes took 4-5 hours, the whole day was wasted, and if we weren't calling the reception every hour nothing would've moved

Staff were excellent and for a team so young were generally very efficient. My wife and I really appreciated the welcome gift in our suite and the spa treatment she received was one of the best ever.

The bed in my room was desperate, very uncomfortable. There are 3 excellent restaurants in the hotel but only 1 menu! There was no choice, just a single menu everywhere. This was very poor. Also, the bars ran out of selected drinks at various times e.g Belvedare Vodka, Hennessy Cognac. Finally, although staff were excellent, service was quite slow. It was as if there was no manager on duty to co-ordinate activities

Room for 4 was gorgeous suite. Overall a beautiful property. We had the pleasure of being in a historic preserved suite and it was spacious and quiet. Staff were helpful and attentive. I am sure that if 2 of us did not have to use the sofa as a bed, we would be happier due to a good night sleep, which was not possible.

The terrible downside was the queen sleeper sofa which was the among the worst beds I have ever slept in. I would highly recommend the hotel to explore the advanced sleeper sofa options that include foam bedding that work more like futon fold outs. Alternatively, for a suite for 4 and all that space, 2 queen beds can easily be situated within the space!

The location was great, a few minutes walking from the Xmas fair. One room was pretty large and comfortable and had a big bathroom. Breakfast was brought by room service and it was very very diversified and in great quantity. The staff was very friendly and helped out with every thing we needed.

We came by car and the Waze app took us pretty far from the address which was very awkward. The second room (right next to the first one) was really small with very little room for moving around and a very small bathroom. The food from restaurant was very subpar, 2 out of 3 dishes that we ordered tasted bad.

I put much time into where I chose to stay in various cities in Poland and was very pleased with this hotel … friendly staff (yes, should be but zero attitude!) and extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent with variety and delicious. I love a white table cloth! Makes the morning relaxing and calm. Not only looks good but practically speaking, absorbs sounds. Room colors lovely. Location was perfect for me.

Would have liked a door stopper to keep bathroom door open, to have the choice. Used the desk area chair to hold open.

Location excellent for visiting Krakow. Hotel very modern and we loved the spa, swimming pool. Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant was friendly and food tasty. Breakfast was also pleasant.

I booked this hotel as a treat for myself and my daughter for one night before travelling in Poland for a wedding. The location was amazing, but sadly the position of our room backed onto a side street. The view wasn't great, building opposite was derelict with broken windows and pigeons nesting. The main issue being that I was woken up at midnight until 4 am by drunk individuals shouting, singing and fighting in the street below. This obviously isn't the hotels fault, but I wouldn't want a room on this side of the hotel again for this reason.

Restaurant staff seems to be not trained properly. When we arrived we were slightly before 3pm so we went to the restaurant at the terrace… no one took the order for 15mins so we left… ordered room service. Food was very good. Breakfast selection was impressive but again no one came to our table to take order from the menu, staff were chatting at the bar. Eventually I called the waitress to take the order. She left menu at the table after taking order. I think they are not trained as after long day we went to the restaurant and I ordered a glass of Merlot and a coffee with cold milk on a side. The waitress said that all wines are dry and then brought us the menu … as she didn’t know what was there plus hot milk with coffee

Lovely hotel, clean, bright and spacious with the best breakfast I think we’ve ever had .. If you stay definitely eat at the hotel’s Italian restaurant and also go buy a donut from the bakery on the street .. We ended up having one every day 😁.. avoid the touristy shops/restaurants around the square, they are priced for the tourists.. look at trip advisor for restaurant reviews, some wonderful restaurants down the side roads /Jewish Quarter
