We loved everything about this Hotel..The beds were divine and had the best nights sleep ever.The rooms are beautiful/spacious/warm. The breakfast was fantastic and lots of choice.. Very friendly staff,would 💯 recommend to stay here and will return in the future.

Location was perfect. Close to the main square and walking distance of the Castle and Jewish quarter. 20 minutes or so away being elderly I walk slowly. Many restaurants serving exquisite food nearby and lots of pretty shops too. Huge shopping mall within walking distance next to railway station which I arrived at from Krakow airport then took a Bolt to hotel. Total cost about 8 euro. I was lucky with the weather - it was chilly but dry. I was prepared with 'layers' of clothing but didn't need them all. I was there when 80 years celebration of liberation of Auschwitz took place and lucky to see King Charles as he visited the Jewish Community Centre. As I will be 80 years old this year this was sad but exciting too. A visit to the neaby Salt Mine is a must - tours are well organised.

Everything! Great location, close to the train station and minutes away from the main square. Surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. The staff is amazing, so quick to reply to messages and extremely helpful. We arrived mid-morning and our room wasn’t ready so we left our bags, then an hour later we got a message saying our room was ready and we could check-in. We also booked trips through the front desk and it was super convenient and well organized. The room was very clean, newly renovated bathrooms with plenty of hot water, and a kettle with coffee/tea. Will definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 nights Jan 2025. We arrived late but had a friendly welcome and staff have been lovely throughout our stay. The hotel is old but rooms are very clean and bathroom facilities are modern. Breakfast provides good choices every day and there is a nice outlook from the dining room on to the square opposite. The main square is less than 5 minutes walk away and the station and castle are also within easy walk We would be happy to stay here again and overall feel it offered excellent value for money.

Perfect location, 5 mins walk from the main square in the Old Town, but far enough away to not hear the noise. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. I had an early morning tour one day that left before breakfast started and they were kind enough to organise a take-away breakfast for me which was lovely! Breakfast food, very good and the room and hotel in general was meticulously clean.

The single accommodation room literally looks like a repurposed cupboard, once inside the room is a decent size, a couple of negatives, the curtains didn't fully cover the window, it was only the second night I worked out how to position them to ensure maximum privacy. The bathroom was very small, a vanity size basin with a shelf immediately above and a small shower.

Location is great. Near the most attraction in old city, near the train station. There is a great breakfast, every morning is something new in menu. And finally the staff is excellent. They are very polite and helpful. We have arrived in the morning at 9 a.m. and asked for early check in. The lady on reception as soon as first room was empty did her best and room was ready for us at 10a.m. They gave us good and useful recommendation.

Ideal location (near the centre and the train station, everything important within walking distance) Excellent breakfast (espresso, fresh fruit and pastries, delicious panacotta, eggs, homemade cakes,…) Great staff (they helped us with the birthday celebration, helpfully sent us a forgotten mobile phone even outside their country, they were nice to us and our dog also), thank so much to the receptionist, she is the best 🙏🙏🙏 Free accommodation for the dog, plus he had a bed and bowls in the room Newly renovated bathroom in perfect cleanliness

The historic floors and bed creak sometimes and the morning street noise can be heard through the windows, but thanks to the rich program we were always so tired and slept beautifully.

This has to be one of the best hotels I stayed in in recent years. Especially considering price/quality ratio. Lovely breakfasts, location!!! reasonably priced parking considering location, no additional fee for pets, very welcoming-friendly-kind-professional staff, good internet. Room was clean in a posh retro style which reminded me of Polish Great Grandmas apartment, bathroom more modern. Clean and comfy. But the location can't be beat. Especially for the price.

As mentioned above, the style of the room can be an acquired taste, but luckily was fine for me and hit my nostalgia strings;)

The location of the hotel was great! Breakfast was lovely, rooms were clean and a good size. Housekeeping were exceptional and kept our room spotless with an abundance of towels! Most staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. All staff greated us as we entered and left the hotel. It's 5 mins from the main square and 5 mins from the big shopping mall. I would stay here again!

We originally booked a double room and then another family member decided to join us so I upgraded the room to a double with a couch bed the couch bed was a bit hard and when we asked for a mattress topper the guys reaction was a bit rude... "You cannot change rooms" ... That's not what we asked we just want something to make the bed a bit softer. They eventually put on another duvet and some blankets and it helped a bit. Although the reply from the man on reception was "that won't help".

Excellent hotel, breakfast very good, lots of choice, lovely modern bathroom with hairdryer, there was absolutely nothing to dislike, Reception staff amazing, very helpful and very friendly. I stayed in a single room
