I’ve been to Krakow several times and for me this apartment is the best. I feel like I like it the most among all places I’ve ever stayed during travelling. 1. The apartment is located near the Main bus station and in the city center, but the windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard so it isn’t noisy there. The bedroom is not big (that makes it cozy) but bathroom is (what is comfortable). Also the room has modern interior 2. The apartment is equipped very well: a table, chairs, a conditioner, a nightstand, table lamps, a hanger stand for clothes, an electric teapot, dishes, towels, a hair dryer, shower cosmetics and there is even a plant. Other household items (microwave, toaster, iron and board, any other dishes and more) you can find in the common corridor. Also here is free wi-fi 3. The communication with the staff is easy and convenient. All information about check-in/staying/check-out is being given by messages and is very clear. If you need any help you can contact the manager. After booking you’ll also receive a massages with useful information you may need during stay in Krakow. Also there is the cleaning service. 4. The Novumhouse cares about environment. There are different bins for sorting garbage and in the apartment are hanged tips on how to care too I’m very satisfied with my stay here, if I ever go to Krakow again, I will definitely choose Novumhouse for my stay

The location could not have been better. It is located right in the heart of Krakow's Historical Center. You could see the steeple of the Basilica of St. Mary from my apartment window and balcondy. In addition to the natural lights from outdoors, there was plenty of lights inside the home. You have a small balcony with a chair and small table that was ideal for having collecting my thoughts in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were thick. The walk-in shower was ideal. There is an electric tea kettle in the apartment. The common kitchen area is equipped with some dishes, toaster, and microwave oven. Take a deep breath and get ready to climb 5 floors to the apartment (without a lift) and enjoy the bird's eye views.

The apt is very comfortable, the bed is wide enough with a good mattress. It was rather unusual to have a bathroom like this but we liked it :) You should mind that our apt was on the 5th floor without an elevator, so if you have many or heavy luggage it can be hard for you to go upstairs. You have everything you need for a short stay and it’s a big plus! This place is safe and quiet so it was a pleasure to stay there! Thank you :)

Great location, 10 min walk from train station even with rolling suitcases, view of the St. Mary's towers with the bugler!, but (just) off the main street, so it is quiet. Can't imagine a more perfect spot. Our room had a balcony to sit on, too! Clean and cleaned daily if you want, friendly staff available daily for extra requests.

No pots or pans in kitchenette, just cups, plates and silverware. (Bonus of no smells of bacon in the morning, bust still) a bummer when you rent a place with kitchen. Dismal design of shower, flood every evening. - Popular concept of no walls, common in many modernized hotels, totally hateable. Ugh. Ugh. And yes, 5+ stories without elevator. After a few days your legs get used to it. :-) All in all, I'd go back in a heartbeat, bring a pan, and hoping for a newly installed shower curtain or a glass wall...

The room was incredibly pleasing, fully matching the photos. Everything was neat and well-organized. There's a shared mini-kitchen thought out to the smallest detail where you'll find everything you need. The room was warm, but if someone prefers heat, there's a working air conditioner. We really enjoyed our stay. Many mentioned it's hard to find, but with a bit of effort, you won't miss the hotel. Everything was clear. It's worth noting that it's located on the 5th floor, which didn't bother us at all, but it's something to keep in mind for individual cases.

The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. great bathroom with shower, central heating and a very nice bedroom with a small couch and tv. The location is great, right in the heart of the old town. The room is very cozy, the bed is comfortable and has a big TV. The bathroom was huge and had all the needed amenities.there’s also a shared kitchen area where you have a fridge, coffee machine, etc. keep in mind that the building is quite old, we were a bit stressed when we got in but then you get to the Novum house floor and it’s just great! It’s all renovated

For us this was not an issue but the flat is on the 5th floor and there’s no lift

Self-check-in, plus it was only a 15 minute walk away from the bus station. The location is perfect. It's located in the old town where the park is, and there's a żabka supermarket right next to it. The room is also very beautiful and it has everything you need.

Superb location, lovely balcony, fab shower with nice touch of shampoo etc...and very clean with staff coming in each day of our stay. Safe also in the room, and key fob access was a doddle.

Was a little noisy with other guests using the shared kitchen and yes it is on the 5th floor so definitely not one for anyone with any kind of mobility issues, 40 something here and it definitely challenged me!

Well, the room as good as described. I was a bit confused with checking in but the lady on the phone was excellent in support. Please, note the property located on the highest floors with no elevator. It might be a challenge if you have a luggage. I hadn’t, donut was fine for me.
