A beautiful property, fantastic location with a short walk to the old town. Rooms were a very good size, very clean and stylish. It served our purpose for 3 nights in Krakow and we would definitely stay again.

We were in room 202, right next door to the cleaners storage room which they were accessing early in the morning and staff going in there late in the evening too. The door kept slamming shut which made a very loud noise if you were trying to sleep. The shower doors were also incredibly squeaky as you tried to open and close them, which woke my partner up when I woke up earlier to shower first. Apart from those two things, the hotel was a wonderful stay.

The location, the quietness, cleanliness, ambiance and the quality of the items provided in the toilet (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) along with the type of hair drier and iron.

The cleaning service did not meet my expectation. I left my room before 9am in the morning with the "Clean my room sign" on the door knob, but no one came till the afternoon when I came back and found the room not clean (I informed the reception and then they sent someone to clean the room). The used coffee cup and glass was not cleaned, the floors were not cleaned, the used towels were not replaced with a new one and the bed was the only thing cleaned and water bottle replaced.

Its a small boutique focus on simplicity, design and comfort. It is an all adult hotel with only a few rooms so it feels very exclusive. There is a small fine dining space that has simple crafted healthy polish food. It is on a quiet street that feels less traveled however you are at the entrance of a wonderful park and only a block away from the hustle and bustle. I truly enjoyed my stay as I was looking for privacy yet close vicinity.

Only thing is that house keeping did not come to clean the room even after I requested for it when I left hotel.

Beautiful hotel, I've been to Krakow many times but this stay was by far the nicest. The hotel is beautifully furnished and the rooms well appointed. Anything we needed was provided by the exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast is a real treat in a small but fabulous space and again the staff were really nice even when I was a clumsy so and so. The location is great on a quiet street but close to everything we needed. Couldn't recommend more.

Only addition would be a robe and slippers in the room, slippers were provided when asked for.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the quiet environment allowed for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a peaceful and serene ambiance. Overall, my stay at the Garamond was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.

Lovely hotel for our stay in Krakow. Good location, it is a short walk to the main old town square and the train station is only a 10-15 min walk away. The rooms were nice/good standard and comfy.

Our aircon unit was broken so made noise throughout the first night. Reception was helpful with this but the issue persisted throughout our stay. We managed to sleep with earplugs for the remaining nights. We didn't have breakfast so unable to comment on quality, however, it was very expensive when we enquired on arrival (equivalent to around £20 per person per day - there is a great bistro round the corner that we would recommend for a much cheaper breakfast)

Good location, near the train station and the old town. Nice staff. Delicious breakfasts. The restaurant is not big, but the food is delicious, there was live music in the evening. Nice room, comfortable bed. I only lowered the score because of the problems with the hairdryer: it was inconvenient to use, the hairdryer folded on its own, the staff could not give me another hairdryer and the socket in the bathroom did not work, I turned on the hairdryer in the room.

Great location for the old town: close enough but also a bit quieter location than for some hotels. Staff were knowledgeable and helped a lot with booking trips and restaurants, including making an excellent suggestion for a restaurant when we asked for something really special

Everything was fine, but some of the trips we booked didn't drop us back to the hotel because of traffic restrictions

A unique place - location in the heart of the Old Town, right by the Market Square and the Planty. The restaurant is probably the biggest positive surprise, I'm not a fan of soups and I could eat broths endlessly. The rooms have a great design, are functional, cosy and quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel staff are also very helpful and know the history of the building, which is very interesting. And the breakfasts - something I think I've encountered for the first time - are very varied, with both buffet and hot dishes prepared directly by the chefs to order. Definitely recommended!

There was nothing that I could find

The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the quality of the bedding was of high quality. The staff were excellent.

The lighting in the restaurant in the evening was so subdued we struggled to read the menu also the air con was blasting out icy air. it was so cold we made a quick exit. Disappointing as we were looking forward to a few evening meals there.
