7 minutes walk to the central square of the old town and 10 minutes to the train station. The room was very modern, quiet, fresh, clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had everything you need, including an iron and ironing board. Our flight was delayed, which we informed the hotel about, and they organized a transfer for us. They also upgraded the room category at no extra charge. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Nomadic Urban Premium Suites.

Located a stones throw from my old town Krakow, great location with so much to see & do close by. Rooms were modern, clean & comfortable. There was a lift for all our luggage. We really enjoyed the breakfast options. Would be so happy to stay here again

Nothing. Only thing is the reserved parking is a bit pricey but we found it to be worth it as we had a hire car. There are 2-3 reserved spots for Nomadic right at the front of the hotel. They provided a pass for us to allow the car to get in & out of old town.

Everything was great! Excellent location (a few minutes to the Old Town main square!), good bed and pillows, spacious and well-designed room (including mirrors, plenty of electrical sockets and space for luggage), and bathroom with great shower, enough counter space and no single-use toiletries. Very central but also no noise at night. Breakfast had many options and eggs cooked as requested. With elevator too so you don’t need to worry about carrying your things up the stairs. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommended! 10/10

Nothing to complain about! One minor suggestion - perhaps switch the butter from single-use to a larger one that can be shared. All the other items in the breakfast and bathroom were not single use which was great

The property was in a prime location, near the main square, shopping and restaurants. The property had a very nice modern cozy vibe and very affordable compared to other cities we visited on our European trip.

I don’t even want to write anything negative because it was so nice and the staff were great. However, full disclosure, the last night of our 3 night stay the shower (barrier free) drain clogged (linear drain type) . With kids that was a bit of a mess by the time we knew what was happening. No maintenance was available that late so we had to do our best to soak it up with as many towels as we could find. Maybe this was a one time thing, however it happened so fast and in such a short time period that it seems like it would have been a known issue and therefore should have given us a heads up.

My friend and I recently enjoyed a short vacation to Krakow to celebrate her milestone birthday and we wanted to stay in accommodation which was central to the city. The Nomadic Urban Premium Suites was that perfect location! The whole apartment was immaculate and tastefully decorated with fabulous views over the skyline. We will definitely book Nomadic Urban Premium Suites again for future trips. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a prime location to discover the beautiful historic city of Krakow. Finally, a few doors down from the Nomadic Urban Premium Suites we thoroughly recommend Cakeste Cafe. This cafe is a great little find. They cater for nearly all dietary requirements and refreshingly vegetarians/celiacs/gluten free diets. We had their waffles for breakfast and they were sooooo delicious👌The best we’ve eaten by far! The waffles are delightful and the coffee equally delicious!

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was first class.

In to speak at a conference and got this room as an affordable 5 night stay alternate from conference hotels and was absolutely happy with all aspects. Elegant, quiet, modern minimalist design, more spats than most European hotels we've stayed. Tall ceilings, great breakfast space in a courtyard greenhouse, great ac during a heat spell, and superb location in the old town but away from busiest tourist squares and streets. Excellent, helpful staff. Really a gem.

Our room had a limited corner courtyard view, but we weren't there for the view.

Being placed on the ground floor, the noise from guests frequently opening the connecting door near the reception can be somewhat disruptive. Additionally, the signage for the hotel is minimal, which can make locating the entrance challenging for first-time visitors. There is also no sign on the back door, which could complicate finding this alternate entryway.

Excellent location for the old town and the Glowny train station. We stayed for 4 nights in a studio which was cosy but comfortable for myself, my 12yo twins and my father (2 x single beds and double sofa bed). The hotel looks new, was very clean, the shower was good pressure, it was quiet despite proximity to everything and the beds were comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and even helped me arrange an Auschwitz tour before we arrive, as an independent visit was impossible (sold out).

The breakfast is silly expensive for children - usually half price is charged. On the last day, we had no tissues or toilet paper which is odd because the room was serviced daily.

A new, immaculate hotel in a perfect location to explore the Old Town of Krakow. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but the hotel very quiet . All the staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are large and furnished very well. The bottles of water left everyday were a nice touch, along with space in the mini bar fridge to chill them. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very tasty.

I’m being super picky here, the toiletries in the bathroom were of a high quality, if a hair conditioner could be included that would be perfect for those of us with longer hair.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was impeccably clean and situated in a perfect location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The setting is wonderfully quiet, as it’s located in a mews. While I found the breakfast to be on the pricey side, I discovered two fantastic breakfast bars just outside the hotel that offered delicious options at a fraction of the cost (about one-third of the hotel price). The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with 24/7 reception service. They kindly agreed to store my luggage for the entire day while I explored the city, which was a great help since my flight was late at night. Overall, I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!
