Breakfasts were great with many options and changing each day so it wasn't boring. Great location! 30m to park which was great during hot days or just to drink your coffee there. Hotel is in the old town so everything is very close. Neutral note: View to the inner yard was rather quiet than spectacular.

We couldn't turn on ventilation in bathroom so we were enjoying baby's poop smells. I'm fine with mine 😉. Air wasn't moving even though we opened windows.

The hotel is small and located on a side street just steps from the Market Square and a few meters from Krakow's Central Station: practically anywhere you want to visit is within walking distance. The reception staff is very kind and courteous and, for every request (shower caps, more toilet paper, and more water), always available. The room, 302, was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a new and clean shower. When we checked in, we requested daily room cleaning. When we left, they gave us a complimentary fruit set—delicious apples! We highly recommend this hotel in Krakow's Old Town.

There's a greater preference for savory than sweet. But it wasn't a problem for me, nor for my husband; we were already aware of this.

Hotel was lovely and spotless clean. Our room was a great size, for 2 adults and a teenager, we stayed in a junior suite. It was very comfortable and spacious for us all. There's also complimentary tea/coffee water and selection of baked treats available all day. The hotel is very close to the old town 5min walk max. Not far to go for good restaurants and bars, and shops. The square was beautiful to visit. The hotel is only 20/25mins walking distance to Schlinders factory. There is a hop on hop off bus stop about 5mins from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast was great, plenty to chose from. We had a tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau booked for one of the days and our pick up time was 6.30am, we had asked the staff at the hotel if they could possibly make us a packed lunch as we couldn't make breakfast. It was no trouble at all and we were sent off with our packed lunch which was fab, there was plenty for us, sandwiches, fruit, drinks, yogurts, sweet treat, and a lovely wee note saying enjoy your day, it was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Krakow.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We could not have stayed in a better location. The breakfast was also great. I loved the fact that everyday fresh smoothie and a plenty of other healthy options were available. The fact that the hotel offerred coffees and other warm beverages for free made the stay extra special. These little things surely make a hotel distinguishable and extra special than others! Will definitely recommend!!

Location: on a quiet side street, without crowds of tourists, at the same time 5 min from the Main market square, and 5 min from many good local restaurants. Rather spacious room, clean. Very good breakfast with a lot of variety, very good service in a breakfast room. Helpful registration desk, Kate provided us the local restaurants recommendation and reserved a table for us for Sunday. No coffee machine in the room, but there is a automatic coffee machine on ground floor. Allows us later check out for one hour.

Very minimalist decor in the room, one (1) chair, no trash can in the room (only in bathroom). Bathroom: no napkins, no hooks for towels, very small shelf/ Not even close to four stars. Could be improved at very little cost.

Fantastic location very close to the main market square of the old town. We stayed in a junior suite. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. The cleaners visited every day once we had gone out so we came back each night to beds made,rubbish taken away etc. staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was lovely,plenty variety. We went on a tour one day and were getting collected at 5:30am. We asked if it was possible to get a breakfast to takeaway and they were waiting for us at reception that morning. Cannot fault anything.

Absolutely nothing it was a fantastic stay.

The room and bathroom were spacious and perfectly clean! The staff was very friendly and helpfull! The breakfast was very good and they always served coffee and tea upstairs. The locations 10/10!! Around the corner is the famous “moo moo steak & burger club” and also the Tomasza 20 Resto Bar with amazing food and good prices!! The old city is very close and as we travel in Christmas time it was very close to the Christmas market! The train station also is 20min walk and is on the ground floor of their mall “Galeria Krakowska”. I trully recommend this hotel 😊

The very small lobby/entrance and the fact the kitchen only works for breakfast.

Hotel was spotless. Breakfast was excellent, huge variety. Our room was cleaned & beds made up every day. Had an early start one morning to go on a tour, would miss breakfast, staff arranged a lovely packed lunch for us instead. Day of departure some lovely toffees left on our door handle & reception staff gave us some wrapped up fruit as we were leaving. Arranged taxi for us to go to airport. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. The lift was very quick. Hotel just a couple minutes walk to main square. Excellent hotel, highly recommend!

Close to everything. Most sights were walking distance. Location great and no noise coming from the streets! Room was clean and comfortable and well maintained.

I‘m really not fond of continental breakfasts and vegan options were very limited. They did have soya milk on request though.

The hotel's location in the old town was perfect for exploring, with easy access to charming streets, shops, and local attractions.

The rooms would benefit from better soundproofing, as noise from outside could sometimes be heard, which may be a consideration for light sleepers. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower could be stronger, as it felt a bit inconsistent at times.
