The apartment was lovely. Well located, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Lots of good facilities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. Really nice touches of bottles of water, sweets, tea, coffee, and salt/pepper/oil left. The beds were super comfortable, and we all had good sleep. I was there with family for a big birthday, and we were able to celebrate in some of the delicious restaurants nearby. The tram stop is only about 5 mins walk, and the Old Town Square is about the same. We couldn’t have been better situated. There was ample seating for everyone to be comfortable, good amount of cupboard/wardrobe space (and hangers!), with great little dressing tables/desks in each room. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee. 🥰

The only thing is that the shower sprays all over the bathroom, and we’d echo other reviews that the addition of a shower screen/curtain would be a really good addition. There was a really noisy party in the apartment across the hall one night (not the company’s fault at all - the people were breaking all the rules of the hire by having a lot of people there until after 04:00), and we didn’t have a direct phone number to contact the office, as they wouldn’t be quiet, even when we went and asked them at 03:30. I think being able to contact the office directly by phone out of hours would have been useful - but I would stress again that it’s not their fault. (It was the 25 drunken idiots having the party!!)

The shower is extremely frustrating. If standup shower is important to you, look elsewhere. But for a few days, it’s fine because otherwise the apartment is amazing.

The bath, although a stunning centrepiece in the bathroom, was unpractical for showering in and stepping in and out felt unsafe.

Easy enough location to find once you land at the airport, type ‘17 swietego krzyza’ into uber/bolt and you’ll be there in 25/30 mins. No issues getting into the property and accessing the key for the apartment. Entrance hallway set the tone with a really classy feel and the room was spotlessly clean. Ideal location in between the old town and the main train/bus station. Street in which the accommodation is situated is also very clean, as is the whole city. Comfortable beds, spacious living space, all the amenities you need. Large balcony accessible by two bedrooms, granted not the greatest view but you don’t go to a city to lounge on a balcony, if you want nice views just walk around and you’ll find them! Nice restaurant directly next door as well (moo moo steak & burger club). Overall Krakow was a really enjoyable city break, aided by this wonderful apartment, would 100% stay here again.

The property was gorgeous and very well appointed. There was a lovely large Balcony to enjoy the evening air on. The staff were courteous and efficient, communicating without requirement just to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Either side of the apartment main entrance there is a delicious Michelin Star Restaurant and a more casual dining Bistro, both serving stunning meals. The location is perfect as it is just on the outer edge of the Old Town so a 3 minute walk to the main square. Bars and convenience shops are a minutes walk. The area is quiet and peaceful in the evenings. 10 minute walk to the main train station for commuting to and from the airport or further afield for exploring to the Salt Mine, Schindlers etc

The property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Very clean & roughly 1000sq ft so it was pretty large. Two bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms. We stayed in apartment 4. The directions to check in were smooth & effortless. The property was in walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, & magical buildings. There was a fireplace and a balcony, which just added to the beauty of the apartment. The complex was quiet - no neighbor noise at all. Hosts were very responsive & helpful. They booked our tours to the salt mine and Auschwitz for us. All we had to do was provide the names of our guests! We will 100% be coming back to stay here!! 12/10 recommend.

The single thing I would have changed about the apartment was the shower. It was beautiful but was an exposed tub. We felt like we were getting water everywhere but it was absolutely manageable. Honestly, no complaints at all.

The apartment was a very good size and very light and airy. It was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows and a blanket and it was useful having the second toilet with several people staying.

It was a great apartment. The only issue we had was that we couldn't open the key lockbox but we phoned the office and they gave us a new number so it didn't take long to get in.

5 days before we were due to travel to Krakow we were informed our original apartment had a burst pipe & we were no longer able to stay there. We were given a new apartment which was AMAZING! Literally walked out of our apartment into the main square, it was perfect.

Everything! The apartment was huge, 3 showers, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, utility style facilities and the most perfect location. Would 100% recommend & will defo be staying there again.

Beautiful apartment in great location.

I’m not a bath person and it’s impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the floor. Also, there’s no place to put products, like shampoo, conditioner or even a bar of soap. I had to put my shampoo & conditioner bottles on the floor next to the tub and left my bar of soap on the floor of the tub. The bathtub was the ONLY negative, but it was a BIG one.

It is a beautiful apartment. The location is excellent with restaurants and bars nearby. Its a short walk to the main attractions and shopping. We were never get the tvs to work, and the washing machine was difficult to use, but the apartment was stocked with coffee, tea and water. As everyone commented, the shower sprayed water everywhere. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy. We would stay here again.
