The location was perfect for staying in Krakow, only a 5 minute walk from the square. The staff were also able to give us recommendations for where to visit and restaurants. We arrived an hour early before check-in and we were able to get into our room straightaway without having to pay an extra fee because our room was already ready. The breakfast was also lovely and a really short walk to in the morning. Really lovely decor and very clean as well! I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in and I hope I'll be back again!

There was nothing I didn't like!

Staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The location is excellent - in the old town so everywhere is very accessible. The rooms are well appointed.

The pillows are really uncomfortable. I think an investment into some new ones would be a great idea. We had some noise from the room next door which had a locked, interconnecting door. The occupiers came in very late and very loudly on our first 2 nights. I think it would also help to have a phone in the room to call reception. The only way to contact them is by either going down to reception or by telephoning via an outside line.

We’ve had a great few days at Amber Design Residence. On arrival the first thing that greeted us was the wonderful smell and the cleanliness and tasteful decor. The next thing was the amazing staff. Throughout our stay every member of staff was pleasant and helpful and were able to answer all our queries and questions throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen, lovely scented shower gel, fresh towels and linens and super comfy beds. Breakfast was offered in a nearby cafe and the pancakes were amazing and the location of the hotel was perfect, about 1 minute from the main square. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Krakow. Thank you to all and we hope to visit again in the future

The location of the hotel was excellent and central to the main town plaza, bars and restaurants. Once we checked in we were given a 4 digit code which gained access to the room. This was great because we didn't need to carry a key or key card around. Room was lovely and clean and the room was quiet. Staff at the Amber were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Its a bit sad because its not what you should be doing whilst away on a great city trip, but the TV only had one English speaking channel which was the news, and it was not possible to insert a fire stick for example.

We had a pleasant stay at Amber Design Residence in Krakow. The location was fantastic—within easy walking distance to the old town and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and charming cafes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the front-of-house staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is well-appointed, with a lovely and tasteful design that adds to its charm.

While we were generously upgraded, the upgraded room featured a bath tub and shower combination with a tap in an awkward position, which made it less convenient than the walk-in shower we had originally requested. For this reason, I would have preferred to stick with my initial room choice.

Nothing.They have hot drinks and little cakes in the reception and tea and coffee in the bedroom. The only improvement I can think of and it was tough to think of 1 was biscuits in the room and maybe dressing gowns.

This little gem was in the perfect location to be able to walk everywhere. I was traveling alone, and I never felt uncomfortable walking back to the hotel in the evening. Comfortable, very clean, and great location, I would stay there again if I go back to Kraków.

I wish I had known that if you'd like your room made up - trash emptied, new coffee pods, fresh water etc, you HAVE to put the "please make up room" sign on the door, otherwise, nothing happens as they assume you don't want them to enter.

We had a great one-night stay at this well-located hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. Breakfast was good, though not buffet-style. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby diner just a two-minute walk away. We were given a menu to choose one item, along with one coffee and a jug of water. While the food was tasty and well-prepared, having more variety or a buffet-style option would have been a nice touch. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent location, and welcoming staff.

The accommodation was first class. Located in the Old Town it was only minutes away from the main attractions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and immaculate throughout. We had booked the breakfast option which was available at a local cafe (Coffee & Wine) a 2 minute walk away and the food was excellent. The hotel booked our transfers from the airport at a very reasonable rate. The whole trip was very enjoyable and we plan on returning to this accommodation again.
