The property is in a very convenient location, just a few steps from the main square—perfect for exploring the city on foot. The decor is modern and stylish, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a very kind and helpful staff. We especially appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the team, always attentive to guests’ needs. The complimentary coffee in the room was a lovely touch, and the products provided were all of high quality. Another big plus: after check-out, they kindly stored our luggage so we could continue exploring the city comfortably. A truly pleasant stay—highly recommended!

The location was excellent as it was only a few minutes walk to the main square, and the street was not too busy or loud. The decor of the hotel is really lovely, mixing modern with traditional. The room was well proportioned with tea/coffee facilities, bath robe, slippers and toiletries. There is also a fridge with a minibar if you wish to purchase anything. The air conditioning unit worked well and we were able to have the room at a temperature suitable for us.

The soundproofing of the room is not brilliant, we could hear the lift and people entering/leaving their rooms. The mattress on the bed was a little firm for our liking. We unfortunately had an issue with our room when we arrived as we had been given a twin room, despite requesting a double. When we went to reception it transpired that our room had been given to another guest in error as they had the same first name. This guest was only staying for one night, so if we had not raised the bed issue, we would have been expected to check out the next day as we’d been checked in under the wrong booking. Whilst the matter was dealt with and we were given a double room the following day, it was not an ideal start to our 20th anniversary weekend away.

This is a beautiful hotel and the customer service was outstanding. I’d actually booked another hotel first but after two messages, it was clear their customer service left a little to be desired and so I changed to this one. I’m so glad I did. From booking and accommodating requests (celebrating a milestone birthday) through to check-out, everything was perfect. Location - close to main train station and the main square, but quiet and unaffected by hustle and bustle or traffic. Customer Service - beautiful personalised message for the birthday, responsive to messages, gave great advice re local excursions and restaurants. Facilities - we didn’t use sauna, bar or breakfast but everything else was immaculate. Trendy but unobtrusive, the room was comfortable and well-equipped. All in all, a fabulous hotel and one we will return to.

Bathroom was noticeably colder than the rest of the room and as a result, towels remained damp between morning and evening showers. I’d recommend daily towel change for this reason. If I’m being picky, bath sheets could be bigger.

Absolutely superb location, minutes from main square, bars and restaurants. Large and comfortable rooms. Good AC. We were offered drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. Complimentary nesspresso capsules every day.

We had issue with hot/cold water. It was taken care of immediately. Nothing was broken, just the switch was extremly hard to turn from hot to cold so we thouht it was broken. In the evening it can get a bit noisy if you have window open due to people enjoing their night on the town, but it has nothing to do with hotel. If you close the winfow there is no big issue with the noise.

Lovely location in the Old Town and near some really good Polish Restaurants and bars. We walked everywhere. Our room was beautiful. The coffee machine was really great as we had a few early starts! The staff were very helpful and sorted us out with a really great packed lunch on the day that we were out all day on a tour. They organised our early morning taxi to the airport and also gave us an earlier check in. The room was really cosy. Toiletries were lovely. Breakfast was good.

Quiet location close walk to the centre. Excellent room: spacious and tasteful. Very clean. Everything provided. Responsive: we asked for more hangars and they immediately provided. They kindly printed some documents for me. All in all it was a brilliant stay.

The only thing I would say is that I prefer fresh fruit and granola or muesli for breakfast. It’s a small hotel so understandably the range was a little more limited. However the breakfast meets most people’s needs and there are great breakfast alternatives nearby.

The room was very clean, very large and well appointed. Dressing table area, seating area with coffee table, dressing area with wardrobe and full length mirror. The bed was very comfortable and large with power and USB points to both sides. Tea and coffee area was fully stocked as was the coffee machine. There was a fridge containing the minibar but plenty of room in there for your own drinks and snacks too. The shower room was very clean and large with a walk in shower. There were two shower heads, one waterfall and the other hand held which was handy if you didn’t want to wash your hair every day! The breakfast was a cold continental buffet style and they would cook you a selection of hot food too, we had cheese omelettes one day and pancakes, fruit and whipped cream another day! I wish we would have had more time to enjoy this beautiful room, but we were our touring most of the day The bathroom was amazing, but the hot water was HOT and we couldn't figure out how to make it cooler. I later asked at Reception and they said to push and turn. We were just turning! The staff was really nice. They held our luggage which was appreciated. We enjoyed our Prosecco on arrival and also our beer in the bar in the evenings. Thank you for the fresh eggs at breakfast.

Well now I am nitpicking.... Maybe the creaking stairs early in the morning....

The breakfast provided was of high quality and delicious. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout our stay. The hotel's interior design and overall aesthetics were visually pleasing and created a comfortable ambiance. Additionally, the hotel kindly provided us with a packed meal due to our early departure, which was greatly appreciated and demonstrated their commitment to exceptional hospitality. Furthermore, the hotel's location is highly advantageous, situated in the heart of the city's activities while maintaining a peaceful and tranquil environment.

This is a super hotel. It's located within the old city centre within walking distance of all the main centre sites and within walking distance of the main train station and trams. It's a brand-new hotel within an original old town building. Consequently everything within the hotel is brand new. My room and ensuite shower room were both of a good size. The bedroom had a large very comfortable bed, a large flat screen television, a mini- bar, clothes closet, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a cleverly built-in extendable ironing board and full size steam iron. The shower room had a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower fitting, a large sink and mirror and a WC with a built in bidet, something I've never seen before. The shower room also had under floor heating. I only had breakfast once as I was meeting my son in the mornings, but there was plenty of variety, everything very fresh with hot items cooked to order. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, and when I just couldn't find the button to turn on the air-conditioning, the receptionist kindly came up to my room to show me how to do it - it was easy and I felt very silly, but she was very good about it! This Is a great place to stay if visiting Krakow and the hotel would be definitely my first choice if I am lucky enough to teturn.
