I think they upgraded my room because it was quite spacious. The room itself had a huge hallway leading to the actual bedroom, I didn’t know what to do with that much space. Staff were all very friendly and they cleaned my room daily. Amenities were all okay. Location is convenient.

Once, they put a clean towel with an existing stain which is not very good. They never replenished the water bottles despite me having stayed for four days. The water they sell at the hotel reception is expensive. It was a bad time for me too because there was ongoing construction just outside the hotel so you can hear some work early in the morning and the easy access to the side park was blocked because of that. Oh and internet was weak! :(

Location was perfect, right around the corner from the main square and overlooking the park. We were really impressed with the room as it had been recently renovated - I think they were still in the process of doing the rest of the work as we heard drilling one morning (didn’t start until about 9:30am so didn’t bother us at all). Would 100% stay here again had no complaints. We got the train from the airport and then walked from the station but got a taxi going back since we had an early flight. Taxis pick up from a rank just down the road which we didn’t realise but that’s my own fault for not realising!

This was a budget trip for us so we had low expectations, however, we are now so glad we found the Campanile. Great location, excellent value for money and really friendly staff. We have been to Krakow before and have stayed at more expensive hotels, however, when we return we will use the Campanile again as it offers such value. We didn’t sample the breakfast or lunch menu, however, the prices were very reasonable. All members of staff that we met were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

It's very well positioned in the heart of the old town in a quiet corner of a park, close to many pubs and the Christmas Fair. The room is large, the beds were comfortable, it's well furnished, the bathroom was ...OK, too. The breakfast was reliable but not exquisite. The reception stuff were friendly and really helpful.

the window was not well insulated, I would blame the old wooden system and when you were sitting or standing near it you could feel a breeze of cold air... but the heater in the room could face it, though.

Convenient to basically everything we wanted to see ,located in a quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk to the main square. Excellent big room and brilliant shower.

We were right above the front door entrance and while it was quiet most of the time,we were awakened by the banging of the doors when in use, this could be solved by reinstating the existing revolving door or adding door closer units to the utilised doors. Just a suggestion but would not stop us from returning 😊.

The location is excellent - everything is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious and ours had a fantastic view over the city. The breakfast choice is very good and well presented.

The shower was in a bath tub which had very high sides so it was already difficult to get into. The floor of the bath tub, when wet, became dangerously slippery and there was no handrail. For older people this is a real problem. I didn't take the risk and avoided taking a shower.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Campanile Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, and we want to give special thanks to Arkadious at reception, who went above and beyond to make our trip even more enjoyable. His assistance and warm demeanor made a great impression on us. It's staff like Arkadious that make all the difference. Thank you for a fantastic experience! Also very closed to old town and mall by wolking and very clean hotel . Well done to house keeper !

Everything was beyond expectation especially since it is hard to find a place with being pet friendly. Location is in the hearth of the old town making it super easy to enjoy Krakow as a visitor. Hotel personnel was friendly and eager to help as well as the parking services provided. Definitely will book it again in the future.

Don't really have anything to comment except maybe the lack of a room mini-fridge, however I completely forgot to check that while booking, so it's probably clear from the start in their description. I did not necessarily needed it.. but something to mention in this section.

I stayed here with my 6 year old for 2 nights. We loved it’s location. Great, simple room. Perfect for our needs. One of the reasons I chose it is it has its own underground car park. There’s also 3/4 spaces above ground.

Possibly parking charge was high (for Poland) and 120 per night, that said very convenient. I got woken up by knocking (building work) quite early 7am ish - not too bad and went back to sleep but noisy enough to be lightly disturbing.

The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the historic downtown but far enough to be quiet at night and do not be disturbed by the "24x7 hourly trumpet". The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good.

I cannot remember anything I did not like.
