We liked the big room and good beds. We liked that we could boil water for tea and coffee. There was very little pressure in the shower head. Location of the hotel is ideal and you can walk between 5-10 minutes to everything in the old town.

We missed having a small fridge in the room. There was very little pressure in the shower head. You could add electric sockets by the beds, that would be great. We were not part of a group, so the restaurant could not allow us to have dinner from the buffet. We would have liked that very much. You can eat in the restaurant, but it is not owned by the hotel, so we could only choose from a menu card. If that could be changed, so we could have full access, that would be great.

Location was short taxi ride from the airport Far for the taxi was easy paid Hotel was clean on arrival, the picture online was what we found there. seen a cleaner everyday, beds and towel changed. Staff was helpful and friendly. You can drop your bags in the hold until the rooms ready. Reception area is com formable, quiet and plenty of seats. There is a bar to get refreshments and snacks. Opening times are reasonable. Local is great food bars and restaurants. Close to a shopping centre to. Great atmosphere all around the place.

Hotel offers WiFi - found it wasn't a strong signal when up in our room. Kept disconnecting. Found it was stronger and we used our phones better down in reception or the bar. As much as we appreciate the heat in the hotel from being outside and coming in to warm up. It would have liked a themostate to control the temp in the room. Got to warm at night to sleep this is just our performance. Non of these would put us off returning to the hotel in the feature. We fairly enjoyed our stay. 😊

Stayed here for a stag party of 19 lads and all had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel was about £10 Bolt from the airport and it is a great location. About 10 minute walking distance to the old town. There is a bar underneath which is also outside which is great for a couple of drinks, some of the lads got food and it looked great! They didn't mind us coming in late either, no issues at all 10 stars. Check in was extremely easy, the triple room we had was spacious. The hotel lobby was in great condition and clean.

Excellent location, great price, clean room, friendly staff. 2 minute walk from hotel to main town square. Loads of food and drink places close by along with a minimarket right next to hotel. Quiet at night given how close to the centre it was.

There were 2 things that were a bit of a let down was the breakfasts, no beans, mushrooms, tomatoes for english tourists but they cant cater for everyone. There was plenty of choice it was just the hot food was a bit sparse. The other one was one of the bedding had a stain on it.

I've either stayed at the hotel myself or booked it for my family members numerous times. Personally, it was my third stay, and I will stay at this hotel again when I'm in Krakow. It has the best possible location, the staff are very helpful, and the rooms are always clean. It's perfect for a city break or just for an overnight stay on the way elsewhere.

Although I'm very satisfied with the hotel overall, pillows on single beds are too large (twice the size of a standard hotel pillow). I spent my nights deciding whether my feet should dangle off the foot of the bed (and I'm under 170 cm) or if my neck should be bent at an awkward angle. Placing smaller pillows on single beds would be a great improvement.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. It was a treat for our wedding anniversary, and we didn't regret the choice of hotel. Lovely balcony to sit outside(thank you, Wyspianski), lovely clean room, comfortable bed, and a lovely shower. The room was serviced every day, with clean towels and tea and coffee if requested. We requested a kettle with tea and coffee, all supplied, but no milk and no fridge in room so we could go and buy some. There was no aircon in the room, but a fan was supplied, which was a welcomed addition, especially with 30 degree plus temperatures. Will definitely be back. Breakfast was very good. Twin bedrooms were small. Bathroom was tiny. Staff were very helpful.

Lots of noise from latecomers around 1.00am most nights. Could hear through the door. One night, l opened the door and asked them not to make so much noise in the hotel as we were all sleeping or trying to. This wasn't the hotel's fault. Maybe a note requesting people to be extra quiet after 11.00pm.

Only one tiny thing,it states on the website that there are tea and coffees supplied and there is,but there was no milk, I asked at reception and they said they don’t supply milk ☹️Being a typical Brit I love my cups of tea! I brought some from a local shop,which I kept on the balcony (as it was snowing and minus temperatures)but would cause a problem in the warmer weather

Breakfast was great: lots of choice and decaf coffee available. Location is the key advantage of this hotel at this price - easy walking distance to both the old town and the train station. Excellent. Also loved the facility of keeping our luggage in storage AFTER we checked out: very useful! The beer garden outside was a nice touch. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again.

The hotel room could be greatly improved by: - sockets by the bed and more of them in the room. - bedside lamp/light please; would be nice to be able to read in bed without the main lights ok - clean the bathroom vents above the shower (very dusty)

Proximity to the town. Hotel staff were very attentive.

Small room with twin beds assigned upon arrival. Room had nowhere to hang clothes and no draws. The hall to the room smelt. Went to see another room on the other side of the hotel, still small. Was assigned a room on the second floor, after we were told we had to pay for an upgrade. Did not pay and threatened to cancel the stay, which would have resulted in us losing one night in penalties. The 3rd room was acceptable
