I left today and I've been so excited to get home to write this review. I have stayed in a fair few hostels, but I can honestly say that this one is by far the best. I arrived at 10/11am ish to drop my bag off, no questions asked. Luggage was safely locked away and not accessible by the guests. I paid 10zlty for a towel which is great if you are staying for just a few days. Location is absolutely perfect, you are away from the hustle and bustle of old town, but a short walk away from all the restaurants and pubs should you want them. Staff are fantastic, every single one of them was polite, especially the man at 6am this morning who let me go downstairs for a coffee and breakfast as I was checking out. Each morning/evening there is a spread on (included), plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians as well as meat eaters. The food is delicious and the staff here work really hard to present it well. But what I really loved about this place was how clean it was! Seriously, every hour on the hour. The beds was stripped and the floors mopped every morning that someone left. I personally think this is a 10/10 hostel, fantastic value for money and I will be back.

Could do with some WD40 on the beds.

I had an incredible time at Greg&Tom Party Hostel! The staff were super friendly and always made sure everyone felt welcome. The atmosphere was amazing — great people, fun activities every night, and delicious food. Everything was clean, well organized, and the hostel is perfectly located in the city, close to everything you need. My roommates were awesome too — I met great people and had really good conversations and laughs. I stayed 4 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. I’m definitely planning to come back next year when I visit the salt mines and explore more of Zakopane. Thanks for making my stay in Kraków unforgettable — highly recommended!

The location is good, it's just outside the Old Town which is nice as it makes for a quieter night. The welcome was very friendly and the receptionist was very informative. They provide a buffet in the evening which is a nice touch as well as a breakfast but I was far too hungover to try it! The pub crawl is 90 zloty in cash (£18) and it's one of the best you'll go on! You start off with an hour of unlimited drinks and drinking games, getting to know people and you'll get into some of the best spots in Krakow. The bed was very comfortable and the hostel itself was spotless. I'd stay here again, no questions asked!

The breakfast was good. The majority of the other guests were nice and considerate. The staff was helpful and they have a range of tours and spaces to socialise, so it is easy to get to know other people. The location was close to the old city centre and one could walk to the rail station in around 20 minutes.

The toilets were quite dirty and there were no plugs by the bed, which is impractical in shared rooms. I slept in a separate building so one had to walk outside to the reception and breakfast (not so nice on rainy and cold days).

Since I have arrived at hostel I felt really welcomed and I had lots of fun there. Their Staff are great, both Breakfast and Dinner are amazing and also the environment they create is amazing, although I was most of the time busy with work, I still have lots of fun with other guests and I am hoping to come again real soon. Thanks a million guys!

N/A. Nothing to complain. I had a few issues as I was working, but the Hostel is a party hostel, and I was all aware of that, so nothing to complain.

The receptionists were all really kind and helpful:) The free shot made us feel welcomed. Location of the hostel was close to the center 🙌 The showers and toilets were clean. Overall, this hostel offers very good value for money since it also offers amazing breakfast and dinner included in the price😊

The little window in our room (room 1) was broken and because of that, it was a bit cold in the room. The receptionist was helpful by trying to fix (close) the window and offering us extra blankets:)

The breakfast and dinner offerings were quite good, featuring standard fare like crepes, toast, and cereal. In August, the hostel offers a day trip to a lake as an activity, but it requires a large group to sign up, including guests from other Greg and Tom hostels. Dinner options include pizza, burritos, pasta, and vegetables with cheese. This meal time also doubles as a social hour, providing a great opportunity to make new friends. Vegetarian dinners are available upon request. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about activities in Krakow. The beds are typical bunk beds, and earplugs are provided if snoring becomes an issue.

I'm not a fan of the pub crawl; I think you can get better value by visiting the Jewish Quarter. That said, it's a great way to make friends, though it’s just not for me. There are only three showers for the entire dorm, so if you’re a late riser, be prepared to wait. Drinking alcohol in the hostel is technically not allowed, but this rule wasn't strictly enforced.

It is somewhere in between the train station, the city centre and kazimirz. Also, it is a very social hostel. Having dinner and breakfast together I had the opportunity to meet a lot of nice young people from all over the world, so you can really have nice conversations. The food was really good too.

Beds can be a bit uncomfortable, but it is a hostel. Maybe it would be nice to have an extra toilet. There are 4, but in more than 1 occasion we had to wait for it.

The staff are absolutely brilliant and really welcoming, and the free breakfast and dinner were really good value for money. Although it was quite quiet during my stay, there was no lack of socialising since the communal dinners provided loads of opportunities to meet people. The location is really convenient and the price is reasonable!

The only thing I would change is that the beds have no curtains and so privacy is somewhat limited at times.

The free breakfast and dinner were a game changer. Pays for itself and the food is actually decent. The staff are really friendly. The beds are comfy and it’s heated which is a godsend in the winter. The location was good- very close to the main old town square and moments away from several convenience stores. Might be because it was winter but it wasn’t too loud- it was quite a peaceful place to stay while still being a very social environment. I met some lovely people here!
