Hotel was in a great location for walking into the centre. Our room was extremely spacious and clean. The lady on reception was very kind in providing us with a map and giving us an indication where certain areas of Krakow were and how to get there on foot. We enjoyed using the saunas and spa area.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday cake – such a lovely touch! The restaurant was excellent, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool. Everything was perfect – highly recommend!

The staff was accommodating to my requests. The room was top-of-the-line and very comfortable. The spa was wonderful, and the feel of the place was great! Everything was better than I expected.

The pool hours were limited and did not work for my stay, so I did not get to use it. The long list of rules and charges made me feel like I was signing a legal document, and that I should have a lawyer read them.

Second stay here and hotel remains beautiful and welcoming. However, let down with two issues regarding restaurant.

On an evening with pouring rain we decided to eat in hotel and confirmed restaurant last orders 10pm. at 9:02pm we went to restaurant, just after another couple sat down and received menus to be told “No”. When I explained even the hotel brochure states restaurant is open until 10pm the waitress refused. For a 5* hotel this isn’t the service expected. Also, in the bar area charging €4 for a small Cappuccino is somewhat expensive. Hotel management needs to pay some attention to this. We will be staying again in hotel June 7-11 2023 and hope this improves !! :) Dr J R

Beautiful room in a beautiful hotel. Near the old town.

This very impressive hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself is beautiful, a fabulous design and looks amazing. It’s very modernist yet with an art deco design which makes it look and feel exquisite. The rooms are equally impressive with lots of modern technology yet cocooning you in luxury. They are very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptional, very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough, it made for a superb stay in Krakow.

Thought the breakfast was expensive @ $26 USD. Wasn’t thrilled with the selections. We purchased only 1 of the 6 days of our stay. There were other places nearby. Location very good to town square and most attractions as well as public transportation. Close to the huge Galleria shopping center and train station. We never needed an Uber. Staff was helpful with arranging a car rental and an excursion.

The air freshener in the common areas was strong. There was a different fragrance used in our room upon registration and it was offensive; perhaps something they use in the vacuum. We opted out of daily room refresh because I was afraid they would use a scented product. We did grab extra towels/amenities from the hospitality cart.

The breakfast was not up to the same standard as the hotel. There was a huge difference of breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Sunday was poor. The SPA area was okay, but the pool was very small and the steam bath which was good were not working constantly - the power vent off several times??
