Well equipped studio in close proximity to the Old Town, situated on a quiet street. A little small for 4 people, but we didn't actually spend much time in it so it was fine. It is ideal if you just need somewhere to sleep mostly ( it will sleep 5 actually, the sofa looked comfortable to sleep on). Bathroom facilities were good. It was borderline too warm, we just opened the window. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle and stove top. Also cutlery and cups and glasses for 4 guests. The fridge came in very handy. There are two small grocery shops 2 minutes walk away. The Gallery shopping centre is 5 min walk away too with plenty of shops and eating facilities. The beds were comfortable enough. We would stay there again and would recommend it for short stays.

A few things to work on, mostly improvement suggestions rather than complaints. Pillows are very bad, small and empty. The curtains don't cover the street light properly, so the room is not turning dark when switching the lights off. There was a pair of socks left in the drawer of the wardrobe by a previous guest. I guess the cleaners oversight, but it should be checked. Otherwise the place was clean. Also a face/hand towel would have would have been appreciated. ( 4 shower towels were provided)

Receptionist was amazing! Provided us with lots of information about the city and transport links and made the check in and out process very easy. The luggage storage is ideal if you have a long final day with check-out at 10am. The room was great! Everything was clean, especially towels and bedding, small kitchenette was perfect especially if you're doing more than a couple of days and the location was perfect, away from busy roads but so close to walk to the centre.

The sofa bed could have been comfier, it was fairly thin but I was tired after long days of exploring so didn't notice it much. The double bed was great though. We did not mind that there was no elevator but might be something to consider if you have less mobile guests/pushchairs etc. Honestly nothing bad to say about this place really!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this apartment. The space was clean and thoughtfully furnished—everything I needed was right there. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location made it easy to get around. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The only not so small downside was the pillows—they weren’t very comfortable and didn’t quite feel like proper pillows, which was surprising given how well everything else was done. It’s a detail, some investing in better pillows would make a great stay even better.

Location is excellent. 10 minutes from Rail and Bus stations and less than 15 minutes to the main Town Square. Our apartment had one bedroom and two bathrooms and was more than adequate for our purposes. Kitchen consists of small worktop area with a portable two-ring hob and a microwave oven. There is a fridge and kitchen utensils, glasses, cups, plates, bowls, kettle and cutlery. Close to main shopping precinct with an excellent supermarket for all you will need. Also local mini markets less than 2 minutes away. Overall, excellent value for money.

The apartment we were in was on the 3rd floor. Hot water took a while to come through. Kitchen a bit small. *Would definitely return*

It was an amazing apartment. It is near the railway station which is very convenient. The receptionist is extremely polite and speaks English. Everything was clean! The most pleasant thing was that the room is divided into two "floors". The bed upstairs was so exciting for the kids! They loved it! Some people had comments about playing hide-and- seek , so my kids used this idea and it was fun. The extra bonus is the kitchen side where you can cook, microwave or just boil water for tea. As we had an evening flight, we were kindly offered to leave our luggage at the reception. The best apartment in Krakow I've been to. Thank you.

The location is perfect—just a 1-minute walk to Zabka, which is super convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and getting the key at reception was hassle-free. The host is really helpful and friendly, making sure everything is well taken care of. The only downside is that the entrance door is quite hard to open from the inside, which can be a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything has been wonderful. I would still recommend Fresh Apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The surrounding is perfect. The Old Town is very near and the street is not busy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the heating was on and temperature was just perfect. It was a good one-night choice and if I return to Krakow for several days I will choose the same place.

There is no free parking possibility on weekdays. You can park your car on the street but on weekdays you must pay. In the apartment everything was fine, there are even kichen utensils provided, though a soup ladle was much missed. And, do not open the curtains or the windows as there is a very ugly and disgusting rubbish dump in the small inner yard just under the window (they should pay attention to removing it and putting there an organized waste collection facility and some plants in pots would make the wjole thing much better).

The apartment was big enough for the five of us, very clean, with a nice kitchen. It had two bathrooms, it was walking distance to the train terminal, Old Town, and other tourist destinations. The staff was very helpful and available for all the questions we had as there is a reception office during the day. Our train to Prague was at night so we were able to store our luggage in the reception office.

No lift. A lot of stairs to get to apt. I personally did not mind it as I travel light but my friends had heavy luggage and it was painful to make it up.

The location was great, right in the city center and very close to the bus and train station. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was warm, clean, equipped with linens, a hairdryer, pillows, coffee maker, everything you could need to cook, and even earplugs available at the bathroom. The internet was working very well. The beds were really comfy. We loved it! Definitely recommend staying there!

Loved the location, our apartment was on the street side and it was very quiet. It was lovely and warm. The staff was extremely helpful when we had issues with the tv. The check out time was strict but we were able to leave the bags. Will definitely stay again!

There was a very bad mark on the sealing(looks like a leak from the shower or bath upstairs). Also the high bed is not very safe when there are children.
