The checkin was very smooth, the staff were nice and friendly, they let me check in earlier. Location is good, you can easily access all major attractions by foot or by tram. A grocery store is just 2-minute walk away from the hotel. Although the room is not very spacious, you have pretty much everything you need in the hotel room, except tooth bush and tooth paste. Moreover, the price for this hotel is budget-friendly. The breakfast can be considered as the highlight of this hotel, although there were not many options, everything tasted really good. Overall I would like to recommend this hotel to the travelers in Kraków.

The train station is just beside the hotel, there were noises when trains passed by, also, the wall of the room was thin, I could easily hear the noises from neighboring rooms, so if you are very sensitive to noises, you better think twice before booking. The hotel may look just beside the Kraków main station on the Google map, however, you should know that actually a wall separates them, that is to say, if you want to go to the train station you need to take a long way round to get there, but it won’t take too much time.

The hotel was close to the Old Town, as well as the train station and the Galeria Mall. The staff was really kind, and would offer info about the tourist attractions in the town, and they were willing to keep an eye on my luggage while I wasn't checked-in. The breakfast was pretty good as well, offering both Polish and International options, and the hours were really reasonable. The room was also clean, it had an interesting architecture. It was lovely waking up to see the sky. The area was pretty quiet, despite the train near it. Also, you could hear from the hotel the trumpet from the St Mary Basilica. All in all, I really enjoyed my visit. I suggest it to everyone, especially if you never went to Krakow before. Many of the Krakow hotspots are near the hotel, in a 20-min walk.

The fridge wasn't working. To be fair, I didn't notify the staff that it wasn't working, so they didn't get the chance to fix it.

our room wasn't automatically cleaned for our whole stay, you probably have to request it the bed sheet was constantly slipping from the mattress to the point that our body touched the bare mattress, that is not very hygienic the shower head in room nr. 14 could really use some deep cleaning or simply a brand new one, it is small and there wasn't much water going from it

The hotel is very comfortable both for a one-day stay and for exploring Krakow for a longer period of time. The train station is 300 meters away. The Old Town is 500 meters away. The reception is professional and friendly. There is an elevator, which is important for Krakow. A fairly large comfortable room. In previous reviews, they wrote that you can hear the trains at night, but we did not hear them. The curtains are thick and do not let in the night street lighting. The breakfast is excellent: a very large selection of cold appetizers, scrambled eggs, two types of hot sausages, a large selection of high-quality fruits. For dessert, there was chia with coconut milk and panna cotta, fresh pastries. Juices, water with lemon, a coffee machine in the menu of which you can choose both grain coffee and other types. After checkout, they left your things in a storage room for free, which is very convenient if you are planning an excursion or a walk around the city. In my opinion, the hotel corresponds to the city's four. Next time I will definitely stay here.

I couldn't turn on the refrigerator in the room

The city is beautiful and has many places to visit. We appreciated the pancakes and the pierogi ruskie (cottage cheese dumplings). Road taxes in Poland are paid at certain paypoints along the highways. The hotel is located in the center, close to the tourist attractions. The food is good and the people nice. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The hotel doesn`t have its own parking. We parked our car on the street, paying the fee by card at the ticket machine close to the hotel. You have to be very careful at the parking duration you select. The bathroom doesn`t offer privacy (the door has holes).

Location was amazing, breakfast was very decent. The room was good in size and clean. Photos are very representative of the room.

We booked a taxi through them from the airport. Unfortunately, they never made the booking and I arrived midnight looking for a taxi at the airport that was not waiting for me. Additionally, there was a problem with their phone and it was not ringing, so I could not communicate woth them when I arroved at the airport. Both are embarrassing incidents for a hotel with 24/7 reception. On my departure, I booked a taxi again for the airport. Guess what! They didnt make the reservation and when I asked reception to double-check they finally did it. Sadly, this is very unprofessional behaviour. No small offering or compensation was given for all this inconvenience.

It was in a very good location, close to the station and the old town's border. The place was modern and well-equipped. Particularly nice was the free water dispenser on every floor. The receptionists were very professional and kind.

Coming from Italy, I think that the beds were not too comfortable: the mattress was too soft and the pillows too full. However, I've gathered that it is the standard in Poland.

Modern fixtures and fittings, spotlessly clean, water fountain on every landing, very secure, with an excellent quiet yet central location. 24-hour front desk was a huge plus and the staff were very helpful. Very good breakfasts, in all a perfect hotel for the solo traveller. Great value for money. My second stay and there will be more.

I liked everything about it.

Breakfast was basic but nice. Plenty of stuff to chose from. Room was small but comfortable. Good shower. Location was perfect. Everything you would want to see in Krakow in walking distance from the hotel.

Breakfast was sometimes cold when we got down and the coffee from the machine was terrible. The room got extremally hot during the night and you can't really keep the window open because a train passes by every few minutes.

Good location close to the old town and the railway station! The room is nice, though a bit small (especially the bed) for two persons. The breakfast is good, and there is a free spring water dispencer in the hallway.

The hotel is located next to the railway tracks, so if your room is facing the railway, you can hear a lot of noise. But with earplugs it's no problem. Also the water pressure in the shower could be better. No power outlets next to bed.
