Great Stay at a Lovely Apartment in Krakow I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment in Krakow, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, setting the tone for a wonderful experience. Firstly, the apartment itself is stunning. A lot of thought has been put into its design and decor, making it not only visually appealing but also very comfortable. The cleanliness and organization of the space were impeccable, which I particularly appreciated. But what truly sets this place apart is its fantastic location. Nestled just a few steps from Krakow's historic center, the convenience it offers is unparalleled. You can practically explore most of the city on foot! Whether it’s strolling through the charming streets, visiting historical sites, or enjoying the local cuisine, everything is within easy reach. Moreover, for destinations a bit further away, the transportation options are easily accessible, adding to the convenience. For anyone planning a trip to Krakow and looking for an incredible place to stay, look no further. This apartment not only provides a comfortable and beautiful living space but also puts you right in the heart of this magnificent city. It’s an ideal base for tourism and experiencing all that Krakow has to offer. I couldn't recommend it more!

The room was perfectly sized for us, clean, comfortable and everything worked. There is a large Carrefour supermarket in the Galaria Krakowia. There is a wonderful little cafe onsite around the corner. The main square in Krakow is 10-15 mins walk away. The reception desk were happy to look after our bags on the last day when we'd vacated our apartment with no problems there.

We arrived after 9pm, so the reception desk wasn't manned. We knew this and contacted the apartments who said they would send apartment entry instructions the day before. When we arrived in Krakow they still hadn't arrived. They were promptly sent and were very clear. The only thing was some sort of map to find our apartment block and it's entry. Once found we had no trouble getting in.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was excellent! The location is simply perfect – just a short walking distance from all the main tourist attractions in the city. The apartment is large, spacious, and very comfortable, and the private parking is a great advantage. The place is well-managed and professional, which made our stay pleasant and worry-free.

The maintenance of the apartment could be improved – for example, there were loose handles, a torn curtain, weak hot water flow, and the mattresses could have been more comfortable. In addition, the complex is large and includes several buildings, so it took us some time to locate the reception.

We stayed here as a family of four, including my wife and two elementary school-aged children. We arrived by car. Reception: The reception is visible from Lubicz Street. There is a sign that says "Aparthotel." After checking in, we received our parking and room keys. We were given detailed instructions on the location of the parking lot and building, how to use the key, and how to enter our room, which was very helpful. The check-in process was also smooth. Parking: The entrance is on Strzelecka Street. Instead of the above-ground gate, proceed through the underground gate. Use the remote control you received to open the shutter, then hold your card key up to the terminal to open the gate and enter the parking lot. From the parking lot, you can enter the building directly. Room: There is a spacious kitchen equipped with dishes, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, kettle and an induction stove. The living room is also spacious and comfortable. There is a smart TV, so we spent time watching YouTube videos with the kids. The bathroom has a hair dryer and a washing machine. There is air conditioning in the bedroom. Location: About a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and Central Square. The Galleria is also about a 10-minute walk away, and there's a Carrefour inside, so I was able to buy breakfast ingredients during my stay. It's a good location close to sightseeing in the city, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Coincidentally, the curtains in the living room were torn and not blackout, so it was a little bright in the morning when I used the sofa bed. When I moved out, I looked for a trash area in the parking lot, but had a hard time finding it... The screws securing the floor threshold were slightly loose and exposed, which was a little dangerous.

Clean apartment with comfortable beds. Very close to the city center by 10 minutes walk. Free garage parking with reserved parking area for your apartment. The reserved parking spot is mentioned on the garage remote controller and contactless card for barrier.

Just the check in process. Our plane landed late that why the reception was closed. Although they shared an instruction document, we couldn’t easily find the entrance of the apartment and take the keys and the remote controller of the garage door from the apartment. Once we did, everything went smooth.

The apartment was in a perfect location, just a five-minute walk from the mall and seven minutes from the old town. It was cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. While the interior was simple and not particularly luxurious, it provided everything needed for a short and convenient visit. The host company was exceptionally kind, communicating with us in our language and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable, as they genuinely cared about our comfort.

The only downside was that some walls and furniture were showing signs of wear and could use refurbishment. However, this did not cause any major inconvenience, as the apartment was still functional and well-maintained overall. With its excellent location and outstanding host service, it’s a great option for those who value convenience and warm hospitality.

The apartment is clean, modern and in a really great location. It's such an amazing apartment for a good price. The staff are really friendly and helpful and let us park in the apartment car park after check out as we had some time before our flight still. It comes kitted out with loads of facilities even a dishwasher and washing machine. Lots of space. Cooking facilities and plates, glasses etc. A lovely coffee machine. A lovely big shower room. A nice kitchen table, sofa and TV. The bed is also nice and comfy. It's also pretty cool that they are also a brewery for beer!

The place was perfect. The only two small things that would make it even better would be air conditioning as it did get quite hot with only a fan. And also would be good to get black out blinds as the blinds were very light and let a lot of light in. Other than that the place was fantastic and great value.

The only downside is the maintenance. Cleanliness is on a good level but some things needs to be repaired or replaced with new ones. Like the sofa, pillows & blankets - the beddings are ok but the p&b are used too much & dont Have shape and volume anymore.

Excellent location and spacious apartment. Ideal for a family of 4. We loved having a washing machine and a dedicated parking space. We enjoyed walking to the town center which was 10 minutes from the apartment. We also took a day trip to visit Auschwitz which was 1 hour 15 min by car. Additionally there was a cafe in the apartment complex which served excellent espresso and had a variety of pastries and food items. Overall the location was great and allowed us to enjoy Krakow. Highly recommend to all.

We really liked the location, the fact that there is underground parking, a very cute café a few steps away, a few minutes walk from Galeria Krakowska (shopping center), and step outside you got the tram station right there. The apartment is spacious with the kitchen and bath fully equipped, and a lovely balcony. And they let us live the car in the garage after check-out which was very helpful.

However... there were some renovations going on in the building and no one mentioned this to us. There was no noise or anything, it was just weird going into the building and the floors being covered with tarp or whatnot. Also, although the whole complex seems brand new the apartment itself felt worn down a little. But, I'd still recommend staying here.
