Hotel Batory is a sweet little hotel with a very good breakfast, nice staff and a good location. It's about 10 minutes walk from the centre. Our room was nice, spacious for 3 people and with a nice bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The windows shut out any noise outside but overall it was quiet. The breakfast is exceptional. There was a kettle in the room with some coffee sachets and bottles of water on the house. I asked for extra pillows and they were in the room when we came back. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I did not like was the airconditioner. I'm not even sure it was an airconditioner. The temperature was not very hot when we were there but if it were, it would have been a bit of a problem because this thing which looked like an air conditioner made a lot of noise. It threw a bit of cool air but otherwise I had to switch it off because of the continuous noise that it was making.

The hotel was exceptional value. It was super clean. It was super warm and cosy during a really cold winter period. The room was very comfortable.The bathroom was excellent. The food was very tasty with a varied buffet. Alway some hot eggs and sausage or bacon. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts.

One of the key reasons for booking the hotel was that it had an elevator. On arrival we were very upset to find that the elevator was going to be out of service for our stay as it was having an overhaul. We both had really heavy suitcases.. I asked the receptionist if he could give me help with my wife's suitcase. He refused. I had to carry both cases up 3 long flights of stairs. It exhausted me. We are both OAPs and the trek up and down was a real chore. The breakfast room was another flight of stairs down.

A very quiet hotel, clean, confortable, in walking distance from main city attractions. Good breakfast also. Double room very spacious, same for the bathroom. Generally i would give a 10 for such a hotel but considering the (only) 2 minuses below and the fact that at around 150 eur per night is not quite cheap, i would say a 9 is more appropriate. But we had a great time and during the night proper silence and darkness, very important for rest to us.

Parking only if free spaces were available. The downside is that for many days a bus was parked taking up 6 car spaces and that was not cool at all, and hotel staff didn't helped at all. Reminded me of romanian way of doing things, with schemes and stuff. Those were car parking places, not bus... Luckily there is a payed parking across the street. 8 zl/hr. Also, in the last day of stay we were out of shower gel and liquid soap, seems cleaning team doesn't always check the bottles with soap and gel.

First of all, I would like to highlight the helpfulness of the receptionist. I had two requests, a parking space and a double bed. Both were fulfilled. The breakfast was very delicious, and even as late risers, we got fresh delicious food! It exceeded all my expectations!

Of course it's not the hotel's fault, but there was a lot of noise on the street during the night. This little thing won't deter me from staying here again next time.

The hotel was in a great location. We were welcomed and luckily our room was ready despite arriving mid morning. This gave us a chance to unpack before we explored. The room was really warm and can tell why given was cold outside. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was great with hot water. Towels were changed regularly despite not requesting. Hairdryer provided and kettle with tea/coffee and also bottled water. Breakfast was great setting us up for the day. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was in a close location to old town. The car park is free so we really appreciate it. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the live piano was accompanying really made us happy and pleased. The only problem was the size of the room was a bit small for two people to move in. You can do it no problem but we just wished for a bigger one. And the pillow was soooo soft. May be there can be an extra choice for guests. I can say the staff was helpful. Thank you 🙏 for everything. I would definitely recommend.

Very well located, the centre of the town is just a few minutes of walking away. The apartment is modern, with a balcony, with all the basic equipment. It is in a modern building with a parking place in a garage. Even though it is small, it is enough for 3 people, we stayed there at night only.

Excellent location, next to Grzegorzki train station which is very convenient for airport transfers. Also just a 10 min walk to the old city and Krakow main square Rynek Glowny. Comfortable and clean room, it is a perfect choice for a budget holidays in Krakow.

Standard breakfast, every day same options it needs more variety. Mattress too soft for my standards.

Fab location. Close enough to walk to Old Town 10/15 mins & Kazimierz & Wisła river ( I'm a walker so my 25, 000 step count on the Saturday wasn't a surprise - tram to Old Square is also an option) yet quiet - off the main street so slept well. Great connection by local train from Kraków Main to Grzegórzki station. Wasn't expecting trendy boutique type hotel nor chain-hotel type style so not disappointed. Comfy & clean. Bathroom super. Breakfast good. All staff at every point v.friendly & helpful.

- it wasn't a big problem but the shower tap was leaking and splashing water all over the place - I would love to have some more TV channels in English,the TV package is a bit out dated (no option for netflix etc)
