I felt safe as a solo female traveller. I had nice roommates and it's clear that the hostel is for travelers and I did not see any weird full-time residents. The beds were clean and nice, and the locker was rather big, but the biggest size of the suitcase did not fit in, just middle-sized. There is free coffee and tea in the shared space/kitchen. Also, I left my food in the shared space fridge and it was not stolen or anything. I loved the fact that afterwards, they kept my suitcase in some locker at the reception (those ones could fit my suitcase) from check-out (10 am) until the next day at 6 am free of charge, so it was awsome. First 2 days of my stay I was in a different hostel, but the same price, but this one would definitely be my choice if I will return to Krakow, it was a really nice place to stay.

Cleaning in the bathroom needs to be done more than once a day. If you go to take a shower after the women clean the bathrooms is very nice, but sometimes if you go late at night it can get dirty.

It was easy to find the hostel and check-in was smooth. The staff was really helpful and quick to respond. They have a big kitchen and dining area with lots of fridges and cooking options. The beds were comfortable, even for me at 1.93 meters tall. And even though we booked a room for 4 people, we ended up getting a much bigger room, which was a nice surprise! :)

Some of the shared shower rooms weren't clean, both in the evening and the next morning. There was an unpleasant smell, and it seemed like some guests didn't realize that the showers also had a toilet in them. In the room, each person only had a bed and a locker. For some people, this might not be enough space for comfotable organization of all their belongings.

Brilliant staff who solved our problems and answered our queries superbly. Lovely beds and pillows.

There was a beer leftover in a cupboard in our accommodation from the previous guests. There were guests that cooked food which made the entire hostel smell horrible but this is not the hostels fault.

Very clean and well organised. Showers and bathrooms were particularly good, but I would guess that there may be queues when it is very busy. Bed was very comfortable. Lockers and keys provided. 24 hr desk and breakfast if you want it. Large eating area and very well stocked kitchen.

The whole place is hard floored and there is a ventilation system (I think) which runs throughout the building and so noise travels quite a bit from room to room and especially from the dining area.

The beds were clean, the staff is friendly and the location is really good. The rooms are spacious and the clever design with the folding beds makes for clever use of space.

The missing toiletries (at least a small towel or something). But you can't expect much for such a cheap stay.

The room, spotless as depicted in the photos, was shared but I had the good fortune of being the sole occupant during my stay. An adjacent bathroom and a towel for a 10zl deposit added to the conveniences. The spacious communal area came with a well-equipped kitchen and complimentary beverages. Given the cost, this hostel offers excellent value for a brief stay.

The lack of provided shower gel or soap in the bathroom was a notable shortcoming, requiring personal purchase of these essentials.

The beds were very comfortable and there were enough bathrooms to satisfy the needs of every resident on the floor. The air-conditioning was a nice bonus to the rooms and the location of this place is really great as it's so close to everything.

It would have been nice if the bathrooms were cleaned twice a day instead of once as there were a lot of residents on our floor and for some odd reason they told us the windows in the rooms can't be opened with the exception of on of the rooms where it can't be closed.

The people working here are exceptionally friendly, and the 24/7 reception creates a comfortable experience. The beds are also really soft. There are free towels available, which was also really nice. The area the hostel is in was good for me since it was quiet and not far from the city center or bus station.

The staff helped me out a ton, and I stayed several times as the first one went so well. I owe them a favour. I struggle with hostels, but this is the one I'd go to in Krakow if I ever need one again. Plenty of bathrooms! The kitchen and dining area is large, and having the football one was a bonus. The beds were pretty alright as far as hostel mattresses go. During my stays, the cleanliness was great at all times.

My criticisms are a little minor. The wifi doesn't stretch well to some of the distant beds, and there was a bunch of erasmus students or similar, who were making a hell of a racket very late into the night and the hostel doesn't have a robust enough policy or something to enforce discipline like kicking them out. One staff member working overnight vs. 60 rowdy students puts the staff member in a difficult position. I got rather cold at 4am onwards but I don't know if that was just me. There are a few people who basically live there, which I think is unfair given the amount of people who come to Krakow and need brief and cheap places to stay for the night.

Great place for students to stay! Comfortable room, clean bathroom (separated from the room) we rented a full room for 3 girls so there was enough place for everyone. There's a big kitchen, so basically you can cook whatever you want, also there's free tea and coffee.

No mirror in the room, not critical but if they will add it, it makes the room more comfortable!
