The hotel was fantastic from the minute we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at early and check was at 3pm so they kept our bags why we went to explore. The room was very modern and had the most comfortable bed. There were nice touches such as a bottle of Prosecco, soft drinks, water in the fridge and also fresh fruit. The rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast each day was great with a wide variety of options, cooked and continental. There’s also a jacuzzi on the roof with amazing views of the city. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Practically everything. The staff are all lovely, friendly, helpful, polite and keen to help. The room was very clean, quirky, spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable and we even had the option of changing the firmness of our mattress if it was not to our taste! The roof top Jacuzzi is wonderful and highly recommend. The attached restaurant and bar serves tasty food and nice beer.

Very small things in comparison to how great a place it is. A light fitting was broken and so a ceiling light dangled from the ceiling in a slightly dodgy manner. A towel rail was also loose and starting to come free. Both were reported. These things happen, but perhaps our biggest observation, was the lack of storage space. We were only there for a couple of days, so it was not a big issue, but if I stay somewhere longer, I like to unpack. There was little space to do this. But as I say, this was minor.

Modern and stylish, great industrial design. All amenities, towels and bathrobes provided. Everything in the room is controlled by a wall mounted tablet (lights, blinds, ac). Free drinks in the minibar and a bottle of complimentary Prosecco waiting for us in the room. Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother (mil provided in the fridge). Full size hairdryer. All the staff was absolutely incredible and friendly, al going the extra mile. The hot tub in the rooftop is the cherry on top of the cake. 10 minutes walking from the old town.

Some maintenance was required in the room, also the breakfast options are more for a savoury breakfast than a sweet one. Personally I would have preferred more pastry selection.

Our stay was great. Best part were: - 24/7 restaurant, so we didn't have to look for food after arriving very late at the hotel. Overall quality of food was 8/10 and delicious cocktails 10/10 - Free breakfast served 7-11, which allowed us to relax in bed instead of running downstairs before it's finished. Good quality, very diverse, buffet, hot meals, and speciality coffee. - Rooftop hot tub very warm and not busy at the time of our stay, so we could relax by ourselves enjoying beautiful views and the Wawel castle. - Free of charge private sauna - by reservation for 1h at a time. Towels and toiletries were prepared for us. Very clean. - Mini bar free of charge, replenished every day. Welcoming bottle of prosecco upon arrival. - Amazing staff, very polite and helpful. - And finally location! In the city centre around many attractions. Tram outside and the train station to the airport just across the street. Really worth the money :)

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and arrived earlier than the check in time. Our room was not yet ready but the hotel did look after our bags for us and when we returned later to check in the bags were in the room waiting for us. The room was spacious enough and had a minibar which was free and tea and coffee. Overall there wasn’t much to fault however in the room we could hear most things going on outside such as the trams but there were earplugs provided. Some areas of the room could do with touching up, for example the hair dryer in our bathroom looked like it had been melted but still worked fine.

The hotel was perfectly located right beside the train station and within walking distance of everything. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was fantastic. They even had Prosecco & orange juice available where you could make your own mimosas at breakfast. The staff were all so nice and helpful. The minibar with free soft drinks was a lovely touch and the smart remote control system for everything in the room was fantastic. Most of all the rooftop hot tub was fantastic and with dressing gown and slippers provided in the room it was so nice to head up to the hot tub to relax after a day of walking around.

I recently stayed at The Loft in Krakow, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff. Our room was a delight - quiet and peaceful despite being right next to the train station. The highlight was definitely the Prosecco bottle waiting for us upon arrival, a lovely touch to start our stay. The hotel offers a stunning rooftop jacuzzi and sauna, which was exclusively ours to enjoy after booking an hour in advance. It was a fantastic way to relax and unwind while enjoying beautiful views of the city. The location is perfect too - within walking distance of everything you could want to see in Krakow, which made exploring the city so convenient. Another nice touch was the free soft drinks in the mini bar, which felt very generous. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a busy day of sightseeing.

The only downside was the breakfast - while the savory options were plentiful, there weren’t many choices for those who prefer a sweeter breakfast. But overall, my stay was wonderful, and I’d highly recommend The Loft to anyone visiting Krakow!

Situated half way between the Old Town and the Kazimierz. The room was fabulous, situated on the fourth floor and overlooking the railway line, great if you'rea train spotter. There was a jacuzzi on the roof, that was accessible at all times and a sauna that was bookable. Massage treatments could be organised on request. Mini bar was free and replenished daily and there was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Breakfast was, buffet style with a fresh cooked hot option to choose from also. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return, especially as we were given a voucher to use on our next booking.

The blinds were controlled electronically and all the blinds went up/down and changed directions together. You couldn't put the bathroom blinds down on there own, a bit of a nuisance if you lift the blinds to let light in and then have to put them down to go to the loo.

Hotel was in great location within a few minute walk of the main square, shopping and pick up points for trips. Provides a good romantic atmosphere and staff were great. The room was lovely especially the floor to ceiling windows and the electronic controls of everything in the room is a nice touch. The 24hr roof top jacuzzi was fantastic. Transfer arranged and the upgrade to the Rolls Royce was a nice surprise just because the driver was running 5 mins late.

The only thing was the breakfast service could have been a little better around replenishing items. Staff had to be asked rather than checking and replenishing themselves.
