2nd time staying here. Love the location situated between the main square and the Jewish district. Clean rooms, comfortable beds & easy check in. Will always be my first choice base when I come to krakow. Right next door is a grocery store too so ideal for bits and pieces. Just a suggestion but it would be great if there was a mini fridge in the room.

My room this time was at the front of the hotel facing the main road & the noise from the trams was loud..mainly due to me having to keep the windows open because the room was hot. We couldn't get the temperature to go down on the wall thermostat. This wouldn't put me off staying at all though & would def recommend this aparthotel.

The cleanness of room, and quiet atmosphere, central position of location with direct transportation towards the city, center ,main station or visits places etc.

The missing info`s on site that no reception desk on the site but all needs very easy and fast resolved by the existing one at the other hotel very closed of location only 100 meters which is part of same accomodation company.

Very friendly, helpful and easy-to-reach personnel. Quite a comfortable location, close to the city center, river and railway station. Wide and comfy bed. There is an electric radiator. It was very useful as we arrived on a very cold day. Clean and safe the whole apartment building itself.

We didn't receive the entrance instructions mail on time, but too many of the same automatic letters which were not that helpful. Great that the personnel helped out with this easily. Also, I've noticed the trash bin in the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The floor in the bathroom was neither. The room still was clean though, but this makes me doubt if all the other cleanings were fully complete :|

Near to every interesting places. Walk to the main square for new year.

Lack of facilities like receptionist. However the receptionist at Leone Hotel was very helpful. Thank you to both receptionist, they allow me to have rest before check in as I arrive earlier than the check in time. Not much energy to look around because I arrive at Krakow early morning.

Good location between town centre and Jewish quarter

The parking was not attached to the property - we had to find on street parking in the locality. We had specifically searched for somewhere with parking and breakfast. Breakfast was a long walk and was not included in the price - we thought it was. After the first day we didn’t bother with breakfast

The location was ideal, right between the old town and Jewish quarter and near a train station for getting to/from the airport. Spacious room for 2 people. Good bathroom.

Our room was facing out onto the street so we had a lot of noise of the trams, we both still managed to sleep well but may not be as restful if staying for more than a few nights. For the price, it was well worth it.

The breakfast, although we had to walk 500m to the appointed restaurant, was very good. We didn't miss anything, and the quality was above average. The host answered my message for the malfunctioning AC even at 02:00, and the issue was fixed early in the morning.

The AC didn't work during our first night. Since there was no mosquito net on the window and the noise from the street was quite strong, opening the window was not an option.

Perfect location - close to city center and public transport. You have a paid parking close to the hotel, I could even see my car from the room window 😊 Quite atmosphere in the hotel. Perfect check-in and check-out, 24h available. There is no reception desk but all my needs were fully fulfilled (like printing out the documents) in a partner hotel which is close to Globus. If you have a longer stay - there is a perfect wardrobe corner in the room with a good number of hangers, this is a super comfortable option, I've loved it so much. You have also an electric heating battery in the bath so your towels/clothes can dry up. And a PERFECT breakfast, one of the best I've ever seen (outside the hotel). Good price for the comfort you get.

I had a problem with a hair dryer, it stopped after 1 min of working, so it took me some extra time to dry my hair, then a roommate managed this problem. Water drains poorly in the shower. A small advice for visitors - you have to press the front door fast and right after you put the code number, I had some troubles with that because of too many luggages in my hands, but then a contract manager helped me after my call.

We didn't stay at the Globus. At check-in, we were advised that no double bed room was available at the Globus, so would we like to stay in a double at the Leone. The room was fine, quiet, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Not having a lounge or bar available on site.

Very clean. Close to Old Town, 10 minute walk away. Small supermarket next door, which was handy. There is a small bar in the basement of the hotel which you have to access from outside.

Arrived 2am and no staff to welcome as self service hotel. Had to walk down the road to the next block to the sister hotel to pick up access details. Not far to walk but 2am in a strange city not the nicest experience, also you are tired and with your luggage you just want to go to bed. Be aware the hotel is located on a busy junction, which in itself is not a problem, but the trams are VERY noisy and run from about 5am until late, so if you are a light sleeper this could pose a disturbance. Rooms situated at the rear of the hotel were quiet however. No hotel restaurant on site.
