The Staff were beyond Phenomenal! The Filipina cleaning staff were amazingly efficient, clean and just plain fun! honored every request. The young adult college student staff were polite, respectful, informative, fun and responsive to every request!!!

Everything! The location was right on this one street. 2 minute walk to train station. 2 minute walk to a tram. Restaurants nearby. I got my hair coloured & cut next door. I got a mani-pedi across the street. I ate at MooMoo Steak Place. I caught the meeting piping in 5 short, quick minutes to Salt Mines & The next day Auschwitz. So easy. So comfortable everything was on this street which i needed!

First of all, the staff was incredibly helpful. They all spoke great English and were more than willing to help us whenever needed. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. The location was pretty good, too (around 30 min. walk from the Central Station, but 5 min. away from Kraków Grzegórzki, another smaller train station). The breakfast was incredible - the staff was very kind and polite, the location was clean and easy to find, and the food extremely varied and delicious. By far, one of the best locations I've stayed in Central Europe, especially considering the price.

While it wasn't an issue for us, the hotel does not have an elevator (one of the staff members graciously offered to help with taking the luggage to our room). Breakfast is served at another location, around 10-15 min. walk from the hotel. Thus, anyone with mobility issues should keep these aspects in mind.

The location was within walking distance to many restaurants, the Jewish Quarter, the Old City and public transport. The bedroom was very spacious.

The Friday night was a little noisy with everyone being excited for the weekend, but the rest of the weekend was reasonably quiet. Just the odd person being a bit noisy when arriving home. I think the pillows could do with a bit of an upgrade.

Surprisingly big room although we booked the cheapest 2 person room with each our bed. Great location with a 20min walking distance to the train station and mall. If you don't feel like walking the tram station is just up the street. There was friendly staff, open windows, a fridge (highly appreciated) and easy check in/check out. Feel like we got a lot for our money.

Suppose there could be an elevator, but it's an old building and that didn't really bother us. In addition the TV was really annoying. Absolutely everything is badly dubbed to polish with polish subtitles only. They had no idea how to change ut. Considering they have many foreign guests they really should have the option for at least English subtitles or the ability to cast your own shows from your phone as you can on some other hotels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Krakow.

The hotel room exceeded my expectation, the hotel and room itself had a pretty historic vibe, which matched the beauty and tradition of krakow itself. Short walk to both the Jewish quarter and old town. I will definitely stay here again and hope to come back to krakow soon 😀

Good space in the room for two people. Shower was excellent. Had a small fridge and a safe, plenty of hanging space. Was quiet at night. Had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Good location, easy walking distance to train station, Old Town, the river, etc. Loads of small grocery shops very nearby and lots of bars and restaurants to choose from in the area.

TV only had 3 local stations. No food / breakfast available on site. The advertised toiletries was just liquid hand soap that was to be used for everything including shampoo.

Beautiful Krakow. I've got a spacious attic room with roof windows, close to the historic city center for an affordable price. The big room with a comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, there's no elevator, so you have to deal with carrying your luggage by the stairs. The train station is right on the corner, so sometimes you can hear the sound of the approaching train, not really noisy.

Really god value for money. A bit worn out, not a honeymoon venue. But the location is great, our room was big (even though it was called a small one), when the built-in hairdryer did not work, the staff brought us an another one. I recommend the place for everyone who wants to sightsee Kazimierz and the Old Town, rather than to stay in bed for the whole day.

The hostel is located in a renovated old tenement building. The doors have not been changed, therefore they are not well soundproofed. Given the fact that this hostel seems to be popular venue among British binge drinkers travelling incognito as tourists, I recommend taking earplugs with you - I took mine and slept fine!

Cleanliness of the new hotel. Location in the city center. Possibility to deliver the breakfast.

Last minute hotel change. Couldn't enjoy the full breakfast buffet because we were too far (due to the relocation) from where they served it. Hotel without elevator for those who cannot walk up/down the stairs. Too firm mattresses. Shower drain was not working well. But for 1 night it was OK, if we stayed longer all this would be much more annoying.
