Very accessible location and in the very populair Jewish quarter with lots of restaurants. Room was also modern and clean 😁

When I arrived, the code to open the door was changed and this wasn't communicated (later they did). Could enter the building, because the locals told me the new code lol.

Excellent accommodation in Krakow. We stayed at this accommodation during our trip to Krakow, and the experience was excellent. The apartment was very well-equipped, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, whenever we had a question, the host responded quickly and kindly. The location is another great advantage: it is in the Jewish Quarter, a lively area with many places of interest, bars, and a great atmosphere. It is also well connected, and you can easily walk to the city center. Without a doubt, a highly recommended option for staying in Krakow.

Good location, clean and had everything you need.

The apartment is quite difficult to find at night because the street numbering is a bit odd. It should be clear that Sarah's Apartments are actually contained within the Aaron's Aparthotel block and block B is around the back. Finally, when the apartment is unattended, the instructions to get in need to be crystal clear. There is a button that could be construed as a key but it is not immediately apparent that you must press this key on the keypad before entering the numerical code. i had to get assistance from a passerby and at night there weren't that many around. once you understand the code it is easy but it needs to be easy when you do it for the first time.

Great, clean place close to the heart of downtown. Had AC and a TV. Convenient location with restaurants and stores right under the building.

The apartment is in a great location for all public transport. It was very clean comfortable and very modern. Free wifi in the room was great. Access to the apartment was smooth and very easy. Only a 10min walk to the Main square but very close to the Jewish quarter.

Nothing I couldn't find any thing wrong. They even let me keep my room a little longer before my flight for a small fee.

Very clean and great location close to the old town and many sights. The host was very helpful and kind and even came out of his way to bring our breakfast earlier. The breakfast was good and had many options to choose from. I recommend it and would totally stay again.

The only thing is that there is no sign for the apartment or the name of it so it was kind of difficult to find it at first.

Location was good just across the road was the Jewish community we thought you we will go take a look well full of bars restaurant clubs shop brilliant we only found it 2 days before we were going home

The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable my need to get it replaced and only 1 pillow each in the bed

I have never stayed anywhere without a receiption desk and I was skeptical about this! however would do it again in a heartbeat super easy and the communication over booking.com was great, replied within 5 mins of me messaging,

I liked everything about this place. The location is awesome, the place is very clean and i really liked the room layout and colors. Access was easy. I was running late for check in so a nice woman met me after hours at the apartment and showed me how to access it and answered every question I had.

Just being really picky but maybe the bed could have been a bit softer.

The apartment is very well located, near the old town and a variety of shops. The place is very comfortable and it was perfectly cleaned. The amenities were great as well. It was cozy just like a hotel room.

I found it a bit uncomfortable not having a physical key, which would have allowed us to lock the door from the outside when leaving the apartment. Nothing happened, of course, but we did think about that.
