Very accessible location and in the very populair Jewish quarter with lots of restaurants. Room was also modern and clean 😁

When I arrived, the code to open the door was changed and this wasn't communicated (later they did). Could enter the building, because the locals told me the new code lol.

Excellent accommodation in Krakow. We stayed at this accommodation during our trip to Krakow, and the experience was excellent. The apartment was very well-equipped, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, whenever we had a question, the host responded quickly and kindly. The location is another great advantage: it is in the Jewish Quarter, a lively area with many places of interest, bars, and a great atmosphere. It is also well connected, and you can easily walk to the city center. Without a doubt, a highly recommended option for staying in Krakow.

Great, clean place close to the heart of downtown. Had AC and a TV. Convenient location with restaurants and stores right under the building.

Entrance is a bit hidden and can be hard to find

Very clean and great location close to the old town and many sights. The host was very helpful and kind and even came out of his way to bring our breakfast earlier. The breakfast was good and had many options to choose from. I recommend it and would totally stay again.

The only thing is that there is no sign for the apartment or the name of it so it was kind of difficult to find it at first.

Location was good just across the road was the Jewish community we thought you we will go take a look well full of bars restaurant clubs shop brilliant we only found it 2 days before we were going home

The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable my need to get it replaced and only 1 pillow each in the bed

I have never stayed anywhere without a receiption desk and I was skeptical about this! however would do it again in a heartbeat super easy and the communication over booking.com was great, replied within 5 mins of me messaging,

I liked everything about this place. The location is awesome, the place is very clean and i really liked the room layout and colors. Access was easy. I was running late for check in so a nice woman met me after hours at the apartment and showed me how to access it and answered every question I had.

Just being really picky but maybe the bed could have been a bit softer.

The apartment is one flat made into two, so is a little small but perfectly adequate for a couple. You have everything you need in here. There is a little kitchen area as you enter that you share with the other flat, and there is a microwave, toaster, hotplate etc, so you can completely 'cook at home' if you wanted to. There is an ironing board, hair dryer, fridge and tea making facilities so it's all there. Just make sure you take tea and coffee with you as only 1 days worth is provided. The location is great. You are at the edge of, but in the centre of the old town, so are in walking distance of everything. The security is excellent. Loved it and would recommend 👌

You are not given clear details of what happens when you arrive. We were early which we knew, but after being dropped off by the taxi we didn't know what we needed to do and couldn't get into anywhere to find out. After some waiting in the rain for a response we were eventually told that we would be sent a code to enter when the apartment was ready. I think this should be made clear before you arrive as we had no idea what was happening and felt lost.

Decent sized apartment with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and roomy. We didn't use the kitchenette to cook, but it appeared to have everything you would have needed to make a simple meal. Communication and check in was easy and simple

It's based on the ground floor near the elevator so can be a bit noisy with other guests coming and going, but nothing some ear plugs can't fix. Wouldn't impact staying again

The apartment is very well located, near the old town and a variety of shops. The place is very comfortable and it was perfectly cleaned. The amenities were great as well. It was cozy just like a hotel room.

I found it a bit uncomfortable not having a physical key, which would have allowed us to lock the door from the outside when leaving the apartment. Nothing happened, of course, but we did think about that.
