Simple check in and helpful lady at reception. Clean, simple room, bathroom inside, kitchen across the corridoor. Location of the hostel was great, close to Jewish quarter, Podgordze, not far from city center, transport nearby.

Some small things, that could be improvrd: - Too soft matracces. - TV in the room was not working at all (one week the same picture...). I mean we were outside all day, but travelling with teenager that likes football and there were semifinals of the league, it would be comfortable to be able to watch it in the room. - In the kitchen some bigger mugs would be necessary. - I didnt like the fact that people from groups that had all the same meals, havent cleaned ther staff and they have made lots of noise (maybe it should be told them to clean after the meal). All individual clients have cleaned utensils immediatelly after use.

I had a great experience staying at this hostel. The location is fantastic—you can easily walk to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. I was also impressed with the bathroom; it was brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, quickly addressing all our requests. The breakfast was another highlight—great value for money! The food was delicious, and it was served in a beautiful café near the hostel.

The kitchen was a common area so it was messy but I guess we were not very lucky with our fellow guests. Also it could be very loud there.

The room was nice and clean, and spacious, the kitchen is stocked well for things you need to cook. The rooms were warm, which is great after you have been to Auschwitz, Birkenau and the Salt Mines all in one day and are cold to the bone. The beds were not the comfiest, but sufficient, pillows were soft and fluffy, and the duvets are good. The location of Moon is really good, right near a tram stop, however we didn't hear the trams or trains on a night.

The mattresses were a little thin and hard, but they were good for your back after a long day walking!! 🤣 It might not be what you want, but it is deffo what you need 😂

Clean and comfortable, recently renovated bathrooms/ensuites which is very nice. I was a solo female traveller checking in at dinner time when it was dark, and it was a bit spooky as the area was quite dark and there’s no receptionist on 24/7. But am told Krakow is a safe city.

Maybe a better system for luggage storage - I booked this hostel last minute leaving another hostel where I’d had a bad experience, and luggage storage was essential for me. However because it’s self-service I had to ring a remote receptionist who had to ring me back, and in the end I had to leave my bag behind the reception desk when I left in the morning, until a receptionist arrived. Luckily I had no valuables so I was fine with this.

The location of the Moon Hostel is very good. Situated very close to the Jewish quarter, it is also about a 15 min walk to the city centre too. The room was clean, there is a kitchen as well which is well equipped. The bathroom was clean as well and with everything that one would need. Communication with the reception went smooth and with no problem.

The walls are very thin, so you could hear the noise going on in the other rooms. However this depends on the other people to keep quiet in the evening and mornings.

Good location, about 30 mins to walk to the centre of the old town, 10 mins over the river to the area which was previously the Jewish Ghetto & just over the road from the Jewish Quarter, you can reach all of the key areas of the city easily on foot. The room was clean & well appointed, we really liked the fridge in our room. The shared kitchen was clean & well equipped for cooking meals. A great budget option in Krakow, it is basic, but it absolutely does the job for a few nights.

- Located withing walking distance to Krakow old town Square (1.3km) and inside the Jewish quarter. - Good value from the quite cheap price that we paid. - We found the beds to be okay, but for some people the matress and pillow may be too soft. - The room was clean for the most part, but don't expect too much attention to detail. - The girl that was at the reception was kind enough to lend us an iron free of charge and give us new toilet paper and towels when asked.

- The walls are pretty thin and not soundproof, you could hear people walking and talking down the hallway. We didn't have incidents with loud people late at night like some of the reviews we read, keep in mind that it's a Hostel and many people, especially young people, come and go all the time. - Although we could tell that the bathroom towels were clean, they still had stains so we asked for new ones.

Location in beautiful Kazimierz district with number of restaurants and pubs, near train station if you coming from airport. Central square is 15min walking distance. We use luggage room the day we arrive and leave free of charge. Beds are comfort. Bathroom is small but perfect. Share kitchen where you have free coffee/tea...

Bad noize isolation in rooms. There were some group of kids making noize late night.

The room and bathroom were new and cleaned. I did reservation for double room, but they give me room for 6...That was private room, I've stayed alone, but that wasn't quite what I've booked.

Common kitchen needs renovation. In addition, heating was closed in room. Thank's God, late evening I understood that something wrong with temperature and figured out how to open. But it helped just a little, as room was big, for 6 person, not 2 as I've booked and expected to get. So I was a little cold.

Very reasonable price, good location (20 min walk to city centre + 5 min walk to pick up location for day trips + 2 min walk to a delicious take way) , very warm room, hot shower, super convenient self check in and check out, loved that we had a fridge in the room

The only thing would be that the kettle in the kitchen needs replacing as it has deposits in it that come off when you boil water. Otherwise everything was good.
