The breakfast was great with a very large variety of different options . The presentation of the hotel was excellent and the staff were amazing .

We tried to organise the transport between airport and hotel and we kept getting sent the same email which wasnt that clear in my opinion . As such we ended up getting a taxi from outside and was charged totally over the odds for the journey (twice as much as the hotel charged if we could arrange ) maybe if you simply put on a link to gather the information to make booking a taxi easier . However, on the way back we got an uber and this was half the price of the hotel taxi .

Lovely hotel and lovely staff, all very friendly and helpful. Lots of great food and bars just around the corner in the Jewish quarter, you can get lost and enjoy the magic of Krakow. The Schindler factory museum is just across the bridge and the ghetto remembrance square. If you follow the Starowiślna road the hotel is on, you will come up into the main old square, essentially a straight line so really easy. Tramway outside is convenient, we didn’t use it personally as we like to get plenty of miles in, but it takes you right across the city.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of options that were fresh and well-prepared. Overall, a nice choice for convenience, comfort, and a good start to the day!”

There’s room for improvement. The room could have been a bit cleaner, and the lighting felt dim, making it less comfortable. The bathroom lacked some essentials, like slippers and a wider range of toiletries, which would have been appreciated. Additionally, the staff could have been a bit more polite and attentive to make the experience more welcoming. With some improvements, it could be much better.”

Hotel was modern and staff really friendly and we were even given a free upgrade to a room with a huge balcony and jacquizzi in the room which was a good surprise when we arrived. Bed was reallt comfortable and facilities really good. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Mini fridge in room and items were not expensive at all same price as shops which was handy. Would definitely stay again

It was abit far from the main centre but was not a issue as taxis were £3 at most to there also lots of transport from outside hotel

With a stop right in front of the hotel, it is located in the middle of everything, super clean, cozy and safe, good breakfast and comfortable bed. It contains a free service to store the bags after check-out, which meant that we could also fully enjoy the last day. I loved it and highly recommend this hotel.

Since he only had opaque curtains, he woke up with the light. But how I wanted to explore the city it was okay. The bed didn't have sheets on top, and we had to ask for the extra sheet and make it.

Everything was excellent. We were visiting Auschwitz during our stay - our pick up time was 7am and we asked if they would put something together breakfast for us to take away. They made up lovely lunch with meat/cheese/salad baguette, fruit, juice, can of water, little wafer biscuit & some mini croissants It was much more than we expected and greatly appreciated. Nothing was too much bother. Good location too, next to Jewish quarter and not too far from main square.

Friendly staff, very helpful when looking to book excursions, even before we arrived at the hotel. Location is brilliant, 10mins approx on a tram to the Main Square. Room very comfortable, nice you can customise your pillow to get a decent night's sleep. Plenty of choice for breakfast although food not always labelled. Exceptionally clean and very modern.

Noise from the trams, but you are right on a tram route so has to be expected. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel when booking.

Lovely property, that felt new and fresh. Modern and bright design was a refreshing break from boring chain hotels and the people working there were friendly and helpful.

The room felt a little crowded with an armchair and the desk space, which was relatively small, was mainly taken up with the kettle and coffee/tea making facilities. Someimes less is more. The lighting created a calm and subdued atmosphere, however when working, I would have liked to have a brighter option.

The room's size is good (we were 4 people), jacuzzi is great (it's big, has lights)- kids really enjoyed it. The room was organized by stuff on daily base, towels are changed frequently - and we didn't asked for it. The stuff is very nice and polite. There are few groceries near the hotel.

During the night aluminium legs of the reserve bed were curved (maybe I'm too heavy) - it was reported to stuff and day after I was questioned if we have damaged it and during conversation it was mentioned that could be I will be requested to pay the fee. Eventually they understood that it's due to old materials of the bad, but it was unpleasant to being suspected. But except that small incident, the hotel was good.

Location really good walking or tram to city centre - nice local amenities and transport links, they have 24h gym and sauna which was free and amazing - cafe onsite looked lovely but we didn't go - staff really helpful when asked

We were on top floor, the roof is very low in half the room as it slants, a lot of head banging and trying to be cautious and some of the ceiling was cracked a bit in the bathroom and the room looked old but stylish so it was good :)
