It was very clean. The scenery from the balcony was relaxing, lots of greenery. It had everything you need in an apartment, even though we didn't use any of it (we only stayed for 1 night). The beds were comfortable. The furniture new. It was easy to access both the main building and the apartment door.

There were a few ants on the floor. Nothing too bad. Most likely a building problem, since the room was very clean.

The room was very easy to find, we arrived at night and the location was accurate and easy to find. The codes to the rooms were sent in video format showing us what the keypad etc looked like. The room itself was very spacious and clean, with a good sized bathroom and a mini-fridge, electric stove-top and cooking utensils.

Though the place is bed and breakfast, the breakfast was not included in the price of the stay which was slightly disappointing. There is a bakery at the bottom floor of the apartment complex which we were told does a good breakfast.

Spacious rooms, great value for money. The best location, easy transportation and supermarkets right around the corner, Katryna and everyone in the staff were always nice and trying there best to assist us. Although the temperature outside was below zero most days, it was extremely warm inside. Wifi was top notch, and the mini kitchen had all the essentials. Will definitely rebook this place

No lift

Very convenient check-in via SMS (you receive 2 codes and don't interact with anyone). Pleasant area with numerous cafes and restaurants, close to attractions.

Initially, I thought it was a B&B hotel chain, but it's not. The hotel is private, only using the B&B network abbreviation. The bed is listed as one large, but in reality, it's two small ones put together with small blankets. There's tram line noise beneath the windows, and it creates a certain disturbance and even vibration; if you're a light sleeper, it's better to look for another hotel. Also, there's no elevator in the hotel. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for the price. I can recommend it for a 1-2 night stay.

this spot is wonderful, there is no lift so if you require accessibility it may not be for you. the rooms are spacious, clean, nice finishes. the owner is very responsive. All sorts of shops and restaurants near by and very close to the river which is gorgeous!

the piping had a smell eminating, but Kraków is an old city, it could simply be that. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and suited our needs for 4 nights. The instructions to access the property weee easy to follow.

The bed was uncomfortable, but I reckon we get what we pay for. It is advertised as a B&B but there were no instructions in the apartment that we could understand and we couldn’t find where to have our breakfast. We didn’t starve as there were many cafes close by.

Well-equipped room, with a kettle and a small stove. There is heating, coded access to the room, and no reception. Excellent location, within walking distance of the old town and main attractions.

There is coded access to the building and to your room, passwords are sent via WhatsApp shortly before your arrival (they sent it to me when I was already on the plane). That is, if you are without the Internet, you will not know how to get inside.

Located not far from sightseeing and straight at the tram stop, so can get everywhere by it. The room is spacious and has everything you need to stay for a weekend

The only disappointment was stains

Very clean and cozy room in a center of Krakow. Everything was close and price for the apartment is more than alright. Owner responed swiftly to my messages and there was no problem with chek-in.

AC didnt work (or at least I didnt know how to turn it on) and one side of shower door was little stuck. But nothing that would ruin my stay. Everything else was good

The apartment was really warm and clean. It has a washing machine, kitchen and many utilities for a long stay in Kraków. Would definitely choose it again in case I visit the city for it's night-life. It has a couch-bed also.

Sadly, the tram that was passing regularly was shaking the whole building. A bit of a noisy neighborhood. Also, the boiler was doing weird noises while it was trying to maintain the temperature. The bed was a little bit small only 1.60 wide giving not enough room if the visitors are a little bit...*cough cough... plus size.
