Position just on the edge of the Old Town (walking distance). Extremely friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast staff dealing with obnoxious customers. Exceptional breakfast. Comfortable beds. Problems sorted straight away. Loved the large map wallpaper on the stairs. Great coffee machine in the breakfast area (even though one ‘guest’ insisted that she had her coffee made to her specifications! )

One of the other guests who whined at the staff like a privileged Prima Donnas and spoiled order others. Sadly these shouty people spoil it for the rest of us and I for one would like to apologise to the hotel for her behaviour. (If a French person posts a review around this date then ignore it - she was about as arrogant as you could get).

The location is good with some nice bars and food places close by. It is a 20 min walk to the main square but it was actually nice to be away from this and see other parts of Krakow. The river is 7/8 mins and there are plenty of shops close to the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy with ok facilities. The breakfast was good and provided a good range of items.

We could have done with some proper cups in the room to make tea and coffee, there was only espresso cups. The room was so warm, we turned the thermostat down to 16 but it was still so hot we struggled to sleep without the window open which made it noisy.

- Location is just perfect. 50m from the main square and all key attractions of Kazimierz, but as it's behind the corner, it's very quiet in the room. - Relatively spacious room - Silence (believe me, it's a thing in this part of town)

- Cosmetics are in super small tubes and are not always replenished. It's not only non-eco, but you also need your own shower gel if you shower twice a day. - Large bed is actually two joint beds without extra mattress on top, so if you want to cuddle, you will drop into a hole in the middle of bed.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel is clean and the room was very big and comfortable. I had an issue with the windows (had a room on top floor which had extra windows) and it disrupted my sleep early in the morning. The hotel is quiet and the location is very good and safe for a solo traveler.

No lobby and no bar, so you can't order food/drinks but it wasn't a big issue because there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets outside. The neighborhood is very nice but it's a bit far from the main market sequare (about 1.6 kilometers).

This attractive boutique hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions iin Krakow - Wawel Castle, the Royal Route and the Old Town. The breakfast offers a reasonable range of choices, which does not change and is very reasonably priced. The rooms are attractively furnished with an easy access shower in the bathroom. It is also located within a short walk of tram line 3, which takes you straight to and from the main railway station.

TV reception can be 'flakey' with sound and vision breaking up, although the range of channels is good - when you can see and hear them.

Great staff, unfortunately I never got the name of the lady who checked us in but it would have been 11pm Friday the 14th, she was lovely. Nice room, good bed, clean which is great, nice bathroom.

My only issue was loud music, you could hear the bass of music we stayed on the first floor overlooking the front door. I wasn’t sure where it came from but the second night it was quite annoying but that’s not the hotels fault, bar that a quite street which again I couldn’t place the noise.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable the rooms were clean and comfortable nice bathrooms and comfortable beds

The restaurant and bar is advertised on their website and also on booking.com this is incorrect information and false advertising they have a fully stocked bar which is not open during the day and evening there is no where you can sit and relax and chill with a hot or cold drink and or light lunch or dinner which was very disappointing

The breakfast was excellent, in a calm and cosy restaurant, we could take our breakfast with a good coffee, fresh fruit, and salads, eggs and a friendly assistant. The room was clean, with a fine bathroom and facilities in the room. Although the hotel is situated in the streets of the old town, it was very quiet inside the building.

It would be nice if there had been a bar to drink or eat something in the evening

Hotel was clean, rooms were modern and stylish and it was in a perfect location for us in the Jewish Quarter. The hotel had a spa that we could use for an extra fee and the rooms also had all the necessary amenities

Staff member at checkout was quite dismissive. Didn't acknowledge us when we stood at the front desk. Also went away from the desk for around 5 minutes, and then told us we could leave our luggage in an unlocked room at reception despite no-one being present to ensure our belongings would be safe

Lovely room, we were in room 102. The bed was very comfy. Facilities were great, shower gel, soaps, tea and coffee all replenished daily. The breakfast was really good, huge range of options from cooked meats, eggs, fruit, cereals and pastries. Staff were all always friendly and helpful.

No complaints, really was the perfect stay!
