The hotel is located in Kazimierz, Krakow's old Jewish Quarter. Loved the charm of the exterior and surrounding area. It’s an experience staying in a historic location! Loved the size of the accommodation which consisted of three separate rooms, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There are many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and shops within walking distance. Transportation easily accessible. The breakfast area was very nice, loved the atmosphere. Most of the reception personnel was nice, there was one person who was dry. Not everyone can have a friendly disposition I guess.

The interior is dark and looks dingy. The room was very spacious but definitely needs brightening and updating. Bedroom had a 5 light chandelier and 3 out of the 5 bulbs were out. There was one television which was located in the living room. The bathroom had cracked tiles and the shower floor and tile had some mildew.

Quaint, homely, old hotel. Adequate breakfast. Helpful staff. Room size was perfect. Bathroom and linens very clean and comfortable in the room. Bed itself was comfortable and aircon worked a treat. Convenient location in Kazimierz, beautiful little cobble stone streets around. Convenient tram stop a few blocks away taking you to the city centre and main train station. Plenty of restaurants around.

Mattress protectors were old, crinkly and plasticky, absolutely in need of replacing. Duvet was incredibly heavy - however obviously this is just personal preference. Room a bit dusty overall. Minifridge does not keep things cool and smelled a bit musty, but I was not expecting much from a hotel minifridge to begin with.

We were lucky and received one of the biggest suites for our stay, even though we read about the pretty small rooms beforehand. With the big suit we had a lot of room and even a balcony towards the backyard. It was really hot in Krakow at the time of our stay, so we really appreciated the AC. The breakfast buffet was good, typically international but also Polish. The location was perfect, inside the old Jewish quarter and not far from the Old City and castle. Everything was in walking distance.

The rooms aren't modern at all, that's the hotels style. I don't mind that, because it had its own character and charm. What I did not like, but was fine overall, was the key instead of a key card for entering and accessing the hotel and room.

If you are claustrophobic do not book a room on the third floor. The windows are on the roof and i felt like i couldn't breathe. Thank God we exchanged rooms with our friends, because the staff was not willing to give us another room. Also, there were no photos of the room when I booked it, otherwise I would have done something in advance.

There was plenty of choices at breakfast. The coffee was good. On our final morning we had to leave early because of flight but still managed a quick breakfast before 7 am! The hotel room was so quiet you wouldn’t realise you were in city centre area!

The air conditioning was brilliant in our room the first week which was badly needed as there was a heatwave at time we were there. However when we were back the following week for one night before our flight home the air conditioning in the room allocated to us didn’t work properly so we couldn’t sleep with the heat. I’m sure we were just unlucky that night!

actually i liked everything, this is my third time staying there and any time i am in Crakow this will definitly be my first choice. from the minute i walked in, i was welcomed and felt at home. room was clean, bed was comfortable. room was a nice size. i found the room pretty soundproof, excellent hot water with pressure in the shower. all in all i had a very restful and peaceful stay.

shower was a little on the small size but maybe thats coz i am slightly on the large size. there was no chair by the desk although i am sure had i asked they would have brought me one. in the past they would give a kosher breakfast, for some reason that stopped and i did not know this in advance. they could make arrangements with Zoldan next to the Rema Shul to give their guests breakfast, but that is just an idea.

We loved absolutely everything about the Hotel Eden. Location was amazing, right in the heart of the Jewish quarter, with so many great cafes, restaurants and bars close by. The hotel staff were so helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, something for everyone. The building is historic with lots of fascinating nooks and crannies. Highly recommended.

It was located in the Jewish quarters very close to all amenities the rooms were spotless lovely and comfortable beds and pillows slept like a log the lady in reception was lovely very knowledgeable she even booked our trip for us and we got picked up at the hotel.it was very good.

You get a continental breakfast plus you can have a choice of cereals yoghurt fish broccoli cheese and ham

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eden in Krakow. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, with easy access to great restaurants, cafes, and historic sites. The staff were kind and helpful, making me feel very welcome. My room was clean, big, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow!

Great breakfast and loved that it in the downstairs area. Didn’t feel as jam packed or rushed as some hotel breakfasts can feel. Very comfy beds too. Staff were all lovely and sorted transport to and from the hotel for us due to changes and delays with our flights. Have already recommended to friends.
