The room was clean and huge. Tea/coffee facilities were available. En-suite was a good size with a good shower. We didn’t try the restaurant, it looked nice. Staff were accommodating with keeping luggage before and after check-in. It was about 20 mins walk to the old town. If you wanted to stay local then this hotel was in the perfect location for bars and excellent food. Lovely area to walk around in and take in the history. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Mattress was a bit soft, but that is personal preference and I still managed to get a good nights sleep. Was a bit noisy from the street below over the weekend. Shower only had body wash, would have preferred shampoo/conditioner as well.

This Hotel has to be the Quietest Hotel we've stayed at in Krakow, and we've visited several times! Everything about the Hotel was lovely, sadly only badly let down by the Staff. On arrival the Receptionist was very unwelcoming, efficient but very cold, no smiles or words of welcome at all. We were given a complimentary voucher for A free drink . . . ONE mind even though there were two of us. It was actually quite embarrassing, we went to the (smallish) bar area, next to the Reception. There were two young men working there, one on reception, one behind the bar. As we stood there the barman turned and walked away, leaving us standing there, until my husband asked the Receptionist if anyone was serving, he said they were understaffed & he'd have to call someone. There were NO other people about! it would have taken less than a minute to serve us our ONE free drink. A girl came to serve us, she was lovely but looked very embarrassed to offer us the ONE free drink. That wasn't the Hotel s fault, it was Booking.Com, but the staff (apart from the girl) were useless. There was one other couple, yet dirty glasses on other tables. VERY POOR experience. And really if Booking.com can't offer all guests a drink, they're probably better off not offering any! The day we checked out another equally surly girl just snatched the key off us, again no pleasantries or asking if we'd enjoyed it. If the staff had been better we wouldn't be able to fault this Hotel. To say its location is right in the centre of the Jewish area, opposite busy bars, it really was lovely & so peaceful . . . . although the lift is rather slow! We would definitely recommend it though, in spite of the staff.

The Staff . . . Not very pleasant or helpful at all. (Apart from one girl)

The location is amazing, I walked everywhere. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at reception was really good, very patient with me and extremely helpful. I would stay in this hotel again thanks to the service and location.

I was first given a (double) room that was uncomfortable and noisy - room 304 is to be avoided at all costs, it is next to the noisy boiling room and only has skylight windows with blinds that are difficult to close. I asked to change rooms and the staff was very patient and understanding, and I was given a much better, very quiet, single room with courtyard view (as I had originally booked), this room was absolutely perfect and I'm sure it was more representative of the hotel in general. I was unlucky with the first room I got.

Great rooms, comfortable beds with a small lounge area which was great for relaxing in the evenings or taking a short break before heading out.

Nothing not to like but a few things to note. We had the cosy room which exceeded our expectations. The road which the hotel is on has some good cocktail bars and there are nightclubs in the area, where sound reverberations travel on Friday and Saturday nights. (We found it wasn’t a problem, as more vibrations than noise) The area has an urban feel and initially felt a bit remote, however we walked everywhere and found it nice to be away from the main tourist areas.

A very great hotel in the center of Krakow. We first stayed one night in another hotel at the other side of Krakow (near the Maria church) but we prefered this area because of the cosy bars and restaurants nearby. The staff is professional and very friendly. If you need help or advice, they don't bother to give it to you. The chambers are also cosy and quiet at night. They don't have a parking space but we parked nearby at a guarded parking. When you arrive you also get a free drink at the bar of the hotel so it gives you a warm welcome. We highly recommend this hotel!

Nice location in the middle of old jewish quarter. Comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms. Short distance to many attractions within the city, lots restaurants and bars around the corner. The in house restaurant is excellent. Nice service and friendly staff making it a really good experience.

Bath was located 2 floors above kitchen and the smell of heated oil and more was getting somehow internally into the bathroom. Temperatures were too cold to leave window open for whole day. Other rooms might not be affected and it wasn’t a big issue for me to change room.

Hotel Estera is in a great location in Kazimierz, close to many cafes, bars and restaurants and within walking distance to the main square and to the castle area. The property was very modern looking inside and also very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a bathtub and the bath was fantastic. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Even though our room was on the ground floor, it was very quiet so we presume they had good sound proofing. We visited in winter and the hotel/room was lovely and warm. We would stay here again on our next visit to Krakow and would highly recommend it to others!

The location is fantastic—right on the main square in Kazimierz. The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The air conditioning unit in my room made a dripping sound when it was turned on, which was quite distracting, especially when sleeping. I reported this issue to the reception, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve it during my three-day stay. The breakfast left something to be desired. The selection was limited, and the small buffet area became quite crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal comfortably.

Hotel was in a perfect location with a market and lots of food places right outside the hotel. Only about a 20 minute walk from the city centre and the Ubers are cheap so it’s easy to get around. Room and bathroom was nice and clean.

The outside window sill is made of metal so when it rains, the drops from above that land on it make a very loud and annoying sound which disturbed us sometimes. The bed sheets would fall off the bed quite often too. But other than that it was a perfect stay

Good location in Kazimierz. Nicely decorated and modern. Clean and well kept up. The windows when closed blows out outside noise completely. Decent breakfast. Good value.

There were two smaller issues that bothered me. First, when we arrived at 14:00, one hour before check in, the receptionist was very unwelcoming and made us feel like we are bothering her, although she clearly wasn’t busy. She let us put the luggage in a staff room, and when we came back, after 15:00 , she still kept the unfriendly attitude, which you don’t expect when you arrive at a hotel. Second, we had twin beds as requested , and the mattress was either old or of bad quality, it would sink in completely when I lied on it and it gave me back pain by the end of the stay.
