Smiling welcoming courteous reception staff,our room was bright and fresh with kettle and tea/ coffee etc.The location is excellent and easily accessible on foot from the main train station .There is fresh water on each floor. The breakfast was excellent with extensive choice and good opening times. We slept well and heard no noise etc. I would be more than happy to return in the future.

The only thing was that after taking the lift we had to walk up two lots of stairs to our room. This was not a difficulty for us but I had booked a hotel with a lift so we would not have stairs. The lighting on the landing coming back down was not as bright as I would like. Probably fine for others. The receptionist kindly offered to carry our cases but we declined. So just something to be aware of and mention on booking if you have a difficulty with stairs.

This hotel is truly wonderful and my favorite among the three Kazimierz Hotels group, Kazimierz I, II, and III, in Krakow, where I’ve stayed multiple times. The rooms are beautifully designed, featuring amenities like complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. The beds are very comfortable, with high quality mattresses ensuring a great night's sleep. The showers are excellent, with shower gel provided, and additional cosmetics are available at reception if needed. A thoughtful touch is the filtered water stations on each floor. The breakfast here is exceptional, the best I’ve experienced in Krakow, offering a wide variety of savory and sweet options to satisfy every palate. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant Kazimierz district, yet the hotel maintains a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It strikes the perfect balance between charming old world ambiance and modern comfort, and everything is impeccably clean. However what truly sets this hotel apart, is its outstanding staff. Their warmth and professionalism make every visit memorable. I would like to extend a special mention to the wonderful reception team during my check-in on February 3rd, as well as the lovely Kasia and her colleague on February 6th. If the manager is reading this, you have a fantastic team, they are truly wonderful! Kazimierz Hotel feels like my home away from home in Krakow. A well deserved five star review!

Very cozy room. The weather was very cold, but the room was comfortable and well heated and I wasn’t freezing at all. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Location is good, but not exactly in the centre (about 15 min walk), however the area (the Jewish Quarter) is really nice and interesting - got to see a lot of things I may not have seen if I had been staying in the very centre of the city. Overall a very good experience for a good price.

As mentioned below it is not in the very centre of the city. I still liked it a lot, but just something to be aware of if you only have a very short time in Krakow.

Breakfast and location excellent. Plenty of trams passing a corner away from the hotel. Mini-market just opposite the hotel and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity as well. Staff was amazing; we sent them a msg that no towels were available and the receptionist brought them immediately. Amazing service.

On the second day they were servicing the lift and we were on the upmost floor (we are an elder couple and had to climb up and down the stairs twice. I had specifically chosen this hotel because of the lift). It happens, but they could have chosen a less busier time to service the lift (not during breakfast time). We also had a room with a shed ceiling and my husband hit his head a couple of times until he got used to it.

My friend and I stayed in a twin bedded room for two nights. It was very clean. The tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome after our journey to Budapest. The hotel is well situated with about a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. It is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb and there was a huge variety to choose from. It was all delicious and very well presented. If I ever go back to Krakow I would definitely stay here again.

I made a mistake and booked on the wrong day. The two receptionists who met in the afternoon promptly helped me and were very polite. They cancelled and rescheduled for the same day we arrived. Thank you very much ladies. The room was as pictured. The breakfast was very good.

The shower pressure for hot water was very weak, making the shower long and uncomfortable. The room had everything according to specifications, but one item that would be important to add would be a minibar.

We liked everything about this hotel! Spotlessly clean; wonderful helpful staff at front desk, housekeeping and at breakfast. The huge breakfast buffet was amazing. So many options even for vegans, including plant based milk and healthy muesli. But a ton of non-vegan choices as well. Location in the old Jewish quarter was ideal. Steps away from tram lines, walking distance to major attractions like Wawel Castle and the main square. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Location was excellent for walking in Krakow and we loved the Jewish Quarter right on our doorstep. Room and bathroom were perfect for our needs. Good cleanliness. Breakfast excellent, varied and healthy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly when our taxi didn't arrive. We were able to use a safe and leave suitcases (after checkout) in a room next to the office.

The street noise late evening/night and early morning did keep one of us awake, so would advise earplugs if particularly sensitive to noise. We were there in July.

Location of the hotel is excellent, close walking distance to the Wawel castle and Kraków old town. Breakfast was the winner of its stay, range choices of cold and hot food and drinks. Window was a good barrier from the street noise. Room was spacious, cosy, clean and with comfy beds, with all necessary amenities . Check out is at 12 pm, so if you planning night out , this is great opportunity to catch up with your sleep. Also there is no problem to leave your things at luggage storage room next to the reception and collect anytime.

For longer stay, there is no fridge or safe in the room.

Location is really good, walkable to the castle and city center, as well as one train station and 30mins or tram to the main railway station to go to Auschwitz, for example. But the best was the breakfast, it was delicious and with tons of variety. There were 5 kinds of cheese, coffee machine with several types and strong, every day served home baked goods like cake, bread or sweets. The tradicional salty bagel can also be found there. Also nearby there is an amazing italian-based restaurant (Warsztat) with enormous cheap plates and a lot of options, we went there everyday. Definitely recommend for a perfect stay in Poland! 10/10

Nothing to complain about. Fair price, good location, perfect breakfast. Room and beds were simple but clean, quite space.
