Very good location in the old Jewish quarter of Kazimierz. There is a new very modern railway station walking distance from this hotel. So coming from the airport- buy the ticket to "Kraków Grzegórzki" (one station AFTER the Main/Central Railway Station). P.S. You can buy a ticket on this train from the automat or the conductor. Very nice and helpful staff. Super nice breakfast. The hotel has a very positive vibe.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and the service was excellent. Very good location, quiet area and near everything in walking distance. The staff were excellent – helpful and smiling, something you don’t often come across in the city. Good breakfast with various choices.

There are a few points that could be improved: the baby cot we requested was spacious but the mattress was extremely thin, so it felt like our baby was sleeping directly on the hard wooden base. Also, having a small fridge in the room would be very helpful, especially for a longer stay. Finally, at night the room felt a bit humid. Other than that, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our time here.

Warm, fairly clean and breakfast was plentiful and a good selection of items. Kettle in room with tea bags and coffee and easy enough to ask at reception to replenish them. Staff were quite friendly too.

Bath Towels were a bit small and the duvets werent the proper size for a double bed so we ended up having to use both which meant we were too warm. Also the duvet from the wardrobe, although it smelled clean there were some questionable stains on it. Walls very thin but I always travel with ear plugs. Also the toilet in room 103 has a very alarming cracking sound every time you sit down on it .

Location is great. It is very clean, there is a water machine in the hall. Breakfast is excellent, last day we were leaving early to the airport so they provide us with the lunch box (sandwiches, fruit, sweets and water). Supermarkets are very near as well as the city center. Railway station is 10 minutes from the hotel and you can ise it go to main reilway or bus station or to the airport. Staff was very polite. We even had flower pots on the window.

There is no fridge in the room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was very fresh, loads of selection and very tasty. Staff was very helpful, kind and informative. They allowed us to store the suitcase and backpack after check out which has really helped us while we were in town and awaiting our flight. The size of the room and bathroom was very convenient, spot on. Plenty of sockets across the room, although no usb port just to use a cable so it’s worth to take the polish plug with you.

The location was good : about 20 mins away from old town ( main square). Some say too far but it was a nice walk and good to exercise pre and post dinner ! The breakfast was very good : plenty of choice. Comfortable bed and great shower.

I would have preferred not be be on top floor onto the eaves of the roof. Window too small : not let in enough light . Velux windows on roof not of size to let adequate light in. Just felt I was sleeping in a loft . Despite that : a good hotel ; very clean and staff answered our queries .

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel! I booked a room with a double bed and I was really satisfied with it. The room was comfortable, light and clean. There were curtains on the window so you could hide from the sunlight. The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. I liked the mattress and pillows, very comfy. The receptionist was nice and polite, helped me numerous times. I liked the location too, it was perfect! And air conditioning, fast WiFi and elevator are great bonuses for sure!

There was a small issue with the key, but it was resolved very quickly. The service is good!

The hotel is located centrally and close to a number of attractions like the Main Square,St Mary's Basilica. It is also a walking distance from the bus stop.

Housekeeping was a bit of a let down as they didn't clean our tea cups after use. The rooms are also not sound proof as we could hear noise from other guests or room service early in the morning.

The location is ideal for touring around Krakow. The hotel is basic but the buffet breakfast is top class. The hotel was lovely and warm to relax from the cold cold Krakow weather.

Noise from outside the room on the third night like a fan or AC unit that kept ramping up and down (not ours). One or two English TV channels would be great to relax when staying warm from the Krakow cold weather.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and friendly. Arranged for a packed lunch to be taken on an early morning trip as it meant we missed breakfast at the hotel. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms large and very clean and tidy. Breakfast on our second morning superb! So much choice and again the staff always had a smile on their faces. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going Krakow. Location is around a 15 minute walk to the main square in Krakow. A beautiful city. lots to see and do, lots of history.
