Amazing location. A bit noisy with the trams, but that was good & bad. Because, it was so central you could walk or tram to all the main attractions. Beautiful rooms, clean, had a magical view of the Wawel castle, first 3 nights. I Stayed four nights. Staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way. Excellent breakfast, water bottles provided every day. Kettle available, if you asked. 👍 My only criticism, was my pick up fare ?, but it was Easter Sunday. Caught an uber today, back to airport. One third of the price. So, I highly recommend the Columbus hotel. Safe, clean, excellent facilities, 24 hour reception, luggage storage, beautiful gardens, rooms were spacious, showers clean and daily room service, if needed. Situated in the old city centre...perfect. Thank you again Katie G From Australia 🇦🇺 🙌😎

As above..just a little noisy with the tram stop right outside.

The location was great for wondering around the Jewish Quarter and within walking distance to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean along with a very clean shower room. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices to choose from and each item was checked every so often to make sure a consistent flow by the female. The female who oversaw the breakfast was very professional and I was very impressed by her running the breakfast operation by herself. The Hotel is great value for money.Certainly recommend this Hotel when visiting Krakow.

The only thing that could be in your room was tea and coffee facilities.

Lovely clean hotel. Perfect location between old town and Jewish Quarter. Trams directly outside our hotel. Didn't hear any trams from our room. Breakfast was good, had my favourite cereal whilst on holiday, good selection of meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and cooked breakfast. Staff was pleasant. Not much of English channels on the TV, only news so watched netflix on my phone. WiFi was good.

The pillows were the worst I have ever had to sleep on. So uncomfortable. They were like pieces of foam inside, no matter how you tried to plump them up you still sank into them. Come on Hotel Columbus let's have some proper pillows

Lovely clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Towels changed daily. I wish they were a little bigger for larger people to be able to wrap around yourself whilst your doing makeup hair etc. Good powerful hairdresser. My own fault for not reading what's included in the room.... No kettle tea/coffee facilities. I'm a give me coffee before you speak to me type of person, but my husband spoke to the lady on reception and she brought us a kettle and we went to the shop opposite and got coffee milk. Breakfast was fabulous plenty of choice both english and continental with lovely cake. Couldn't fault it. Staff were lovely Would definitely stay again and recommend .

Everything. Superb. I cannot fault this hotel. Just been with a group of friends and it was fantastic. Effortless check in that took five minutes for five rooms. Friendly professional staff. The rooms were absolutely spotless, comfy beds, fridge, aircon, towels changed daily and plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast was brilliant so much choice but my favourite, as on any holiday, is scrambled eggs and bacon! Here it was totally fresh and properly cooked, fantastic. About a two minute walk to the Jewish Quarter with its fantastic bars and restaurants and about a ten minute walk to the main square. An Uber from the airport is about £12. I’ve been to Krakow 9 times and this is the best place I have stayed. Well done to all the staff, chefs and management.

We arrived late at night, around 1:30 a.m. However, the receptionist was at the reception (was not sleeping, as sometimes happens in hotels) and checked us in immediately without unnecessary formalities. The room was cool, we did not find the remote control for the air conditioner, we called the reception (it was already 2 a.m.), they immediately found the remote control for us. Then my son injured his leg, and we again contacted the reception with a request for antiseptic - it was also quickly brought. In the morning there was a good breakfast - a great choice. The salads pleased.

Warmer blankets could be provided. And the air conditioner remote control could be in the room from the start.

The hotel has a ton of parking and the location is fairly good. There are 2 very good restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. A lot of amenities are available at the reception (I forgot my toothbrush and they provided one for free). The staff was friendly

There is no restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast was very basic (good quality, but absolutely no variety). We were expecting a little more from a big name brand hotel's breakfast

Very welcoming receptionist. Really comfy bed. Lovely breakfast. Very close to Kazimeirz or the centre of Krakow. It’s also on a main road where the tram passes to get to town. People comment on the noise of the trams but it didn’t bother me so bring ear plugs if you might be bothered by it. No tea/coffee facilities in the room only water supplied but there are cafes & a Zabka opposite for a takeaway. This is my 3rd stay and after a day of delays it was very late and this was the 1st place I considered booking as I was too late for my onward journey to Zakopane, that says it all.

Would be nice to have Tea/coffee in the room.

Hotel Columbus is a fab hotel. It is friendly clean and well positioned. All at a reasonable price. We stayed in a room for three and it was plenty big enough. Admittedly the furniture is little old fashioned but perfectly functional. Check in was speedy and helpful. Once in the room one of our group realised they had left their phone charger at home so we asked at reception who kindly loaned us one for the duration of our stay. Checkin is nice and early @2 and checkout midday so was perfect for us. They also offered to book trips for us but as we had pre booked everything we didn’t need their assistance. Breakfast is plentiful and constantly replenished. The only additional expense is posh coffee. But as we aren’t fussy we drank the tea and coffee provided. The rooms were spotless and daily bottles of water a great added extra. The location is near the Jewish quarter and 20 minutes walk to the main attractions. There are loads of bars and restaurants near by. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thank you Hotel Columbus.

Nice hotel, we got a pretty spacious room with a balcony. The room was fitted with wooden furniture, all of which was polished so it looked quite classy. The floor is carpeted and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Very quiet around the room, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was the usual continental fare with bread, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, fruits, sausages etc.

We'd have liked a tea/coffee maker in the room, the only thing I felt was really missing in the hotel. In the cold November weather, a cup of tea on arrival in the room would've done wonders for some tired nerves.
