Room was lovely and clean and beds really comfy. Hotel was 10minutes walk from the Jewish quarter, which had bars and restaurants and the food court. Friendly reception staff.

Nothing really although we had noisy guests near us for 2 nights and there was a little bit of noise from a bar nearby.

After my online booking and prior to my visit, I was contacted a number of times by email with helpful and informative messages. My stay got off to a perfect start due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. This continued throughout my stay and in particular, Klaudia was extremely helpful with any questions, suggestions or travel arrangements I might require. As a solo traveller, my room perfectly suited my requirements. I was on the first floor; had a very comfortable bed; air conditioning was ideal during this hot period; had a quality shower room and adequate wardrobe/shelf space. I enjoyed the breakfasts as they contained enough of a range for my tastes. I also appreciated the dining area room break up as it didn't feel like a cafeteria. The siting of the hotel was great for my needs, as the main areas of sightseeing were within walking distance. For the historically minded, the Jewish quarter is a handful of minutes away by foot, Schindler's museum is a 20 minute walk. I can recommend a 10 minute walk to the Vistula River and a long walk along the river bank (Podgorska and Rybaki). There are plenty of public benches along the route and if you feel up to it, you can walk all the way around to Wawel Castle; the cathedral and the many wonders that the Old Town has to offer. There is a useful mini shop opposite the hotel and a slightly larger food/drink shop 30 yards further. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a spacious, locked luggage room available for leaving luggage until pickup later in the day. As I planned my excursions by foot, I can also understand why people may want to stay closer to the Main square . So the visitor needs to decide what their priorities are when visiting Krakow. Remember that visits to Auschwitz/Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt mine are excursions and do not need to be taken into account for hotel locality. That's why Hotel Miodowa is suitably placed for the visitor to Krakow.

Stayed for 4 nights with family on a midterm city break. Claudia, the receptionist could not have been more polite or helpful, always a smile even after 24hr shifts. Beds were very comfortable, a lovely selection for breakfast and plenty of seating. Great having AC in the rooms too.

The dining room really needs a toaster for breakfast and a hot chocolate option would also be a good addition. Room cleaning service could be a little better. Tea or coffee not replenished and no milk portions. These are only minor things but would make a difference. My one and only BIG issue is the heat in the hotel. It really was too warm all over the hotel so again, grateful for the AC in the room

I really enjoyed having room to spread out with table and chairs and a kitchenette which meant I could make a hot drink. It was very clean, the staff were helpful and there was a good choice for breakfast. The only slight negative would be that with concrete walls and tiled floors the landings and stairwells were quire noisy at times, although fortunately not too late. I could clearly hear footsteps from the apartment above, but I think it nay have been several young children! All in all though, a pleasant stay in a lovely city.

We were greeted by a lovely helpful smiling receptionist and he was very courteous. Our room was spacious, comfy and clean. Location was ideal, small supermarket opposite the hotel, ATM at the corner,few lovely restaurants nearby and about 20 mins walk to the main square. If in Krakow again I would stay there. Plenty to eat at the buffet breakfast.

Our towels were not changed the first day, . Our cups were left on the table unwashed ( which I thought was strange ) only read the information book on last day(!) where it said dirty dishes would not be cleaned(?). Only a small thing but in a hotel one would expect dirty/used cups would be replaced. Seemingly when I requested more shower gel, which was no problem, I was told they are only given on day one!

Great hotel in good location. 10-15 minute walk to main square and just a few minutes to Jewish quarter. Room was large with a kitchen and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Reception staff very helpful and friendly and provided us with lunch as left before breakfast one morning for a trip out.

Room cleaning wasn’t the best. Previous peoples bag of food leftovers left in cupboard. When beds made they left a wet towel on the bed.

We came to Miodowa for our short stay break, as never been to Krakow before, as soon as we landed we where greeted by lovely friendly people, the taxi was exceptional, arrived at hotel greeted by a very happy receptionist, room was very clean and had everything we needed and it didn't stop there, the breakfast was plentyfull and fresh. Everywhere around Krakow was amazing, beautiful buildings, friendly people and very good food. We will be back again in the future as there is so much we didn't get to see. Thankyou Miodowa for our wonderful stay.

We didn't find anything dissapointing.

Hotel is just opposite the Jewish Quarters, and just by the tram stop Miodowa. Old town is just 3 stops away. Room was lovely. Ensuite really nice and clean Take earplugs if train bothers you, as you are right next to the train line, at least we were in room 305. Breakfast was also great. Good selection to choose from. We had an early flight and I asked for a packed breakfast which was gladly done for us.

TV did not work properly, complained twice about it and still was the same. We decided to take a look at the garden where there were a couple of benches.....and a disaster of garbage falling out from the dustbins. What a shame!

Good location. Trips could be booked from reception. Very helpful . Clean rooms. First time I slept on a first night whilst away.. The lift brilliant. They had luggage storage which was brilliant . flight wasn’t until later in the day, so I was able to check out a couple more sight sees then come back and get my airport transfer. Breakfast was good a lot of choice , so tried something different everyday .. sausages 👍..

My room was at the side and the railway line was nearby , but even though you could hear it the times the trains ran were not an inconvenience, so I didn’t have a problem with it , but thought I would say..
