The room was a nice size for 2 people, very clean and comfortable. It was always warm and cosy even with snow fall outside. We were allowed to check in early which was great as we arrived at 9.30am and spent a few hours walking around with our bags.

My only criticism all be it small, there was tea, coffee, and sugar, but the coffee in the cannister was filter coffee, so I couldn't use it with only a kettle. We would have preferred normal size pillows we had one smaller sized pillow and a scatter style cushion, which doubled as a 2nd pillow. Overall, we were still very happy with the stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

The location was spot on, small walk to the centre. The bar was handy too.

Should have more info on day trips, maybe in reception or in our room so we could plan trips. Our room could have been a bit more up to date, it was old fashioned. When we booked the room for two Adults and a Child (14 years old) we were charged an adult price but she was given a single pull out sofa bed, if we’re getting charged an adult price it would have been nice to have a full bed, when I emailed to question it the communication back wasn’t great. Other family members we had with us with two adults in one room had a spare full single bed in there room.

The location was what we expected by looking at the map before we chose Happy Tower. It was more than we expected. It was easy to get to the Market square in the Old Town area. The Happy Tower was what we expected in a area that was Classic Krakow That showed the charm of times gone by.

Well, our group of six in three different apartments their view of what they thought about their stay in Happy Tower. And they were very pleased about the accommodations. Security was excellent, that was a big thing. We know that Poland is one of the safest countries in Europe and it showed. Some of our members went out at three in the morning to scout the area and found it quite interesting. They found a few stores open for munchies and soft drinks and a couple of quiet Bars in the area. They said it was interesting and they felt safe.

Good position, near city center. Restaurants are near, convenience stores, etc The room itself is decent, not wow. Staff was pretty helpful and nice We had some social games available in the hotel's restaurant. Prices where acceptable

The bed, I would not say is a bed... More 2 singles with cheap mattresses Maybe a bit noisy at street side Draining system is not working well at shower Overall furniture and accessories are old and outdated There can me many noisy people I don't think they have daily cleaning :))) (usually I don't need, but just saying) You need your own slippers as not provided I would conclude that it should be cheaper for is offered

Fantastic location and value for money. Good amount of space and breakfast was good.

Would have been nice to have a sink in the kitchenette area. Air-conditioning didn't work - we managed with opening the windows which was fine in May but might be an issue in the summer months. The shower door doesn't seal properly so water leaked over the bathroom floor. Be aware that if you want to leave luggage before your stay, you need to book it. We didn't and we're due to arrive at 1pm but were told no one would be available till 2pm. We found a nearby hotel using Bounce to store our luggage so it was fine but I wish I had known to contact in advance to book left luggage. However overall it was a really enjoyable stay and fantastic value for money - would stay here again

Fantastic location, within a 3 minute walk to Kraków Grzegórzki train station and less than 10 minute walk to the Old Town Square. There are several shops nearby (one is 4 or 5 doors up the street). There is also a huge shopping/food complex within a 15 minute walk towards the river Vistula. Fantastic heating (it was in the minus degrees when I visited) and a brilliant shower. The room was huge and had all the facilities you would need. The breakfast was superb.

There can be quite a lot of noise coming from the bar during late hours/cleanup. Also, I did find some rubbish in the room from the previous people. Also, the door card/key was funny and sometimes required 3 or 4 attempts to open the door. But these are not enough to turn me off the place as it was a great stay.

Staff friendly,very good location easy access to tram or train plenty of places to eat nearby and convenience stores a few yards away . Accommodation decor was outdated however it was clean , with free coffee and hairdryer there was even the use of a washing machine .

The only thing l didn't like was the bed, it's not comfortable, especially the single bed. It was hard has a park bench, and not even a child would find that comfortable . The pillows are very flat so if you have neck pain, it's not ideal , tbf the double bed is ok if you had better pillows

Location was convenient, close to Old town and tram stop. Despite overlooking Josefa Dietla Street, it was very quiet. The street noise could not be heard unless it was a siren. Poli Pub, which is where the reception was, was a nice place to relax and get a bite to eat or something to drink.

Sign posted said towels replacement and room cleaning would happen every 4 days. I had to request clean towels on the 5th day, and the room was never cleaned the entire 6 days we were there. Having an elevator was important as we both have mobility issues. We did not know at first that you could go down the stairs and catch the elevator there. Otherwise, you must climb a much larger set of stairs to catch the elevator on the first floor, rather than floor "0." It was very difficult to climb, let alone do so with our suitcases. This info should be made known at check in and when describing the accommodation.

The apartment was very clean and sufficient for my three day stay. My friend and I had separate apartments and we were both happy with the accommodation, my apartment being 103 and my friend was on the fourth floor. I felt secure once in the apartment, which was great. All in all a good stay. Breakfast was good, with a varied buffet, whichvwas laid out in the Poli bar just along from the Happy Tower entrance. The Poli bar was very good for a late evening drink before bed. The staff were friendly, especially Peter who is a very charming young man with a winning smile and a silver tongue. Lol. 😊 An asset to the Poli Bar. Happy Tower is in an excellent location for Kraków's Central Square (approximately a 10 minute walk). We would definitely return.

The entry door was a bit hit and miss to open with the key fob, luckily somebody was exiting when we were having problems and therefore we were able to get in. Maybe display clearer signage on how to activate the door. There was no safe in the apartment so valuables had to be taken with us when we left our apartments.

The location is great. It's a short walk to the Jewish quarter and a 20-minute walk to the old town. It's easy to catch a tram to the Galeria from only about 200 meters from the hotel. The breakfast is very good with a nice variety. Our room was very quiet. We were able to check in early - bonus! The Poli Bar had a nice selection of craft beers.

We were lacking a coffee maker in our room. We had ground coffee, but no coffee maker. Even though this property is advertised as an apartment, it really can't be considered an apartment (in my opinion) because there is no sink other than the bathroom sink in which to wash dishes. We also had no plates. The bed was rather hard. Despite my criticisms, I would stay here again.
