Staff were beyond helpful! Our flight had been delayed and they worked around the delay without fuss. Receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to keep our bags there after check-out, whilst we went round the city. Room was clean and perfect for our needs: Bed, kitchen area, sofa to chill out on, bathroom with a shower so powerful it could actually knock you over! Wifi - easy and good connectivity! The location is perfect, not so far from the city that is difficult to get to, but also not so close that you have the night life outside partying! Communication with the staff was great! Point of contact made through Whatsapp and from there I was able to ask anything and even order breakfast for the next day.

The bed area was a bit cramped with its low ceiling and the stairs up to it: I wouldn't attempt if you are still a bit dozy from the previous night. But for just a futon matress on the floor, remarkably comfortable! Radiators were on in the middle of summer, Air-con unit didn't appear to work and did get a little warm during the night, but the windows open up enough to let the cool air in. However, in all, these issues did not affect our stay.

I would say that after reading the reviews i was terrified and then i was extremely surprised, everything was clean, nice and comfortable, the place is extremely small but cozy, so it wasn't a problem in my opinion. i would say it's perfect for one max 2 people. Amazing location! in general a really good deal for the price

There where only three towels which is a bit problematic (2 people+hand towel) I'd love one more. the problem with drying them was also a bit unsatisfying (there wasn't really a convenient place to dry them since everything was a bit too small to hang them on)

Staff were very friendly, fantastic location close to all amenities, our apartment was perfectly sized with everything we needed for our stay, very clean, tidy and our bed was very comfortable; a bit like home from home.

The stairs up to our bedroom area weren't the best shaped and I had to leave a light on during the night incase we needed to use the toilet as you could very easily fall down those stairs. The ceiling height in the bedroom area is not great if you are tall; you will bang your head for perspective I am 5ft 2in and couldn't stand up straight. The shower head was also hanging by a thread and we could have used an extra towel or floor mat for after showering as the floor was quite slippy.

You cannot beat the location of this property, it is smack bang in the heart of Krakow with easy transport links, although it is just as easy to walk most places from where the apartments are situated. The staff are really friendly and we're very accommodating and approachable. The location is great and so are the people, but a little bit of maintenance and upgrading of equipment and this place would be amazing.

I was a bit disappointed as the photos for the apartment are a true representation, but they are a bit old, and some of the apartments are a bit dated, and lack a couple of helpful bits, like a chopping board or a tea towel. We had a loft bed, and it was basically just a mattress on the loft floor. We did have a sofa bed, but that wasn't particularly great either. We combined them and muddled through, but the sleeping situation really let it down for us.

Clean, comfortable, modern, large room. Close to main transport links and the centre of the old town, but quiet. Shower in bathroom was decent. Had a kitchen and communal access to irons and ironing boards, which was a bonus.

Very minor inconveniences: The room is up four flights of stairs, which is tricky to manage after a full day walking about town or on excursions. Communal corridors and stairwells were very dated and some floor tiles were loose, which was a bit of a hazard. Also, a low window in the apartment had no window covering so we were woken up early by the light coming in.

Lovely apartment, comfortable and clean. Great location and fairly central to the old square, restaurants and bars, and pick up/drop off points for day trips and tours. Staff were great and apartment had a great shower and air conditioning. Coffee and tea facilities were good and there is a small hob for cooking anything. We didn’t, as there are so many places in Krakow to eat out. Word of warning though. The superior beds are located either in the basement with limited light from small windows, or on the 4th floor meaning a trip of 110 steep stairs every time you go out and back. We weren’t aware till we arrived, and there’s no lift so not really suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The staff gave us the option to move rooms and were really helpful, but we ended staying in the 4th floor apartment and limited our time so we didn’t have to go up a down the stairs more than we had to.

The location of the apartments was great, not too far from the old town and the main attractions. The tram network was just outside of the building and the nearest train station was a 3 mins walk away so everything was in close proximity. There were many food outlets nearby and shops to buy drinks/food. The room itself was perfect and had everything needed for a solo traveller.

The only thing I would say was a downside was the bed, in particular the cushions. The cushions were very uncomfortable and definitely need replacing as we're quite lumpy and thin but other than that, everything was fine!

It’s close to main square about 10 minute walk, very easy to get to. The apartment looked lovely, had all that you needed and was very warm inside considering it was really cold outside, the matress was very comfortable and the pillows were really soft, we got 2 duvets and 2 blankets one upstairs and one downstairs in case you got chilly which was nice to have that option.

The bathroom smelled of sewage for well over 24 hours so the door had to stay shut after that it was on and off, there were a few of little flies in the apartment and the towels could of been a little bit bigger

The location is honestly ideal! Literally a 10 minute walk to the main square. There’s shops close by if you want to grab some food and plenty of restaurants. We parked our rental car in the private car park just around the corner and it was only a few minutes walk to the car. The staff were so friendly, could assist you with anything you needed. Very good value for money!

The apartment was a little outdated and needed some attention on small things such as a leaky shower, loose stairs and thin doors. We were on the 1st level close to the main door so we could hear people coming and going but honestly it didn’t matter too much, we still loved the apartment and would 100% go back!

The apartment is generally nice and spacious, featuring a kitchen and a bathroom. It is clean and well-maintained. Possibly one of the cleanest apartments that I had.

I selected the breakfast option when booking the apartment, expecting a lunch box filled with quality products, as I had experienced during previous stays at different apartments. However, I received a styrofoam box, similar to a kebab container, with randomly placed ingredients like tomatoes, cucumbers, and ham cheese. This wasn't what I expected. In my opinion, the breakfast was a total waste of money. While it may look good in the photos, the reality is far from that. Overall, it was a good place to stay—clean and nice. I would definitely book again, but I won't choose the breakfast option next time.
