I really liked that the building had not previously been a home, but had been cleverly converted into a great holiday home with everything you need. The location is amazing, close to the shore and shops and just nice to walk out straight from the front door. It's very picturesque and we found everyone very friendly, with cafes, bakery and restaurants very close. Our host was very helpful and had made recommendations. I liked that there were wetsuits and surfboards to use

You can park directly outside on the street, but it's best to park further away in the main square or up the hill in the large car park, this is because the Rum distillery next door has trucks delivering sugar cane and it can be a tight squeeze. The roof terrace is lovely to use, but as it rains regularly need to be careful on the steps if they get wet.

Really comfortable room given the price paid. Good studio apartment for 2 persons. Very warm and cosy. Really hot shower and clean towels. Good facilities to make food and drinks.

The only thing we did not like is that the front door of the apartment building remained unlocked all the time. We had one night when someone was banging aggressively on our door. This happened twice, once at 3.00 am and once at 5.00 am. This was frightening. There was CCTV in the building and immediately outside the door itself but we found this event unsettling.

The apartment is good. The location is excellent -- quiet and close to the old town. The manager Marek is very friendly and willing to help with finding the best activities in Krakow.

I didn't like that it was somewhat difficult to get to the third floor of the building. Very high ceilings (which is good), but no elevator since it's an old building. Also, though the street is quiet, the people who were staying in the same hotel were very loud.

Good location, clean, quiet, spacious. We had a studio with a mezzanine for our daughter. Warm and comfortable apartment. Mini markets nearby to buy few groceries. Good wifi

Not good if you've limited mobility - stairs. Pity want a smart tv so we could use our netflix at night but we had filled our days exploring and hadn't much need for tv at all. If we had younger kids/ earlier nights this would have been disappointing.

It was clean, spacious and comfortable & felt very safe. In walking distance of most places in Krakow old town ie the main square, Wawel castle, Vistula river & to visit the Jewish quarters! Kitchenette has good private facilities. One of our suites even had a washing machine in the bathroom! Excellent value for money!!

The apartment was perfect for a short stay in Krakow. It was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, Old Town and Kazimierz were within walking distance. It was a very safe and quiet area to stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful, they arranged transfers to and from the airport as well as organising a trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine for us. It was also great value for money.

Super great place to stay, I was here with a friend and we loved it! It was quite warm but once you opened the windows it cooled down really quickly. The location was great and the beds were very comfy, we also felt very safe with the multiple security locked doors.

The wifi cut out at one point but it wasn’t too much of an issue.

The location is convenient both for Old Town and the Main Train Station. The staff were extremely helpful, providing me with detailed instructions on how to get into the property after hours. The building is nice, and the apartment is also nice and clean. A double bed would be preferable, but we knew it had two single beds. Overall, it's a good choice.

Just top class, fantastic apartment, spotless, quite and only a short walk to old town, check-in was easy and thanks to the guy for staying and waiting for me to check in as I was late. I highly recommend this apartment, just a pity I was only there one night but as I'm regularly in Krakow I'll be staying there again.

Nothing to complain about

It has enough beds for 7 (although two shared a small sofa bed). It had a spacious kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The front desk reception was kind and helpful. The location is within walking distance to the center and the bus station.

Noisy neighbors, kitchen wasn’t stocked very well if preparing meals but we didn’t need much.
