I loved when you open the door the charm of this apartment the kitchen dining area was very inviting, and the beds were really comfortable. it was nice to open the windows and look at the charm of the old buildings. I felt like I was stepping back in time. The kitchen had everything that we were needed and had really lovely cold fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom was on the small side, which was still OK and it was fantastic that it had a washing machine but nowhere to actually hang your clothes dry so we had to improvise and use coat hangers. Dishwashing liquids and washing machine tablets were supplied, even though I bought my own. We love this location and apart from the little things we were happy during our day and communication was great with the agent.

I found it hard to carry 20 kg suitcases four flights of stairs. I was aware of the time there were stairs, but I didn’t realize how many flights just to get to the second floor. The steps are old and had to be careful of your footing because they were worn. Also, there were no instructions on how to turn the hot water on, we went for a night without any hot water, which is not ideal after we had just arrived After a big trip from Berlin.

Otium customer service is outstanding, I had a few unusual requests due to my health and our timetable, they catered for our needs 100% which is very freshing. The apartment was comfortably, used but clean, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast although a short walk away, was extremely good and definitely worth the walk. We had a few questions on arrival, but someone was there within the hour to help. We were kept informed right through from booking to leaving. They were helpful with local knowledge, recommending places to visit. Located on the edge of Old Town, and the Jewish Quarter, just 15 minutes walk from the train station, pretty much everything was within a 15-20 walk. If we were to return to Krakow we would definitely book with Otium Apartments, we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable well located apartment.

The property was really close to the old town. The window sills were really deep, which meant you could sit there and have a glass of wine while talking to the other people you’re there with. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the area in which the hotel was convenient and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

The surfaces were not super clean, there was dust on the night stands and table, there was black mould in the bathroom where the shower’s glass wall meets the tiles. Hand towels in the bathroom would have been appreciated.

The apartment was so easy to access in a great area and it was bright, spacious, modern, spotless and had everything and more than we needed. When we needed more towels they delivered them quickly. The fan kept the apartment cool in some very hot weather. Location is wonderful and a short walk down a tree lined walkway to the old city and to breakfast. That breakfast (English breakfast) was absolutely astounding and was a highlight of our stay in Krakow. I would LOVE to come back to Poland and when I do, this place will be my first choice!

Very good location and facilities. Hot water and clean bathroom. It seems like it is a newly reinnovated appartment. Great for families. Thank you for the bottle of water!!

Confortable but squeaky beds. I would appreciate it if i was told that my balcony is shared with another room! Could not find if there was a cloth drying rack. 3 toilet rolls for a family of 5 for 6 days is not enough.

Amazing stay for our first time in Poland. Such an incredible trip. The apartment was fab. First night I was cold as it seemed there was only a small flat quilt covering both beds. Also the pillows were not very good. Could have done with another pillow. The housekeeper was happy to bring another quilt quickly. So that was good. The kitchen was very well equipped - although we ate out all the time. The bathroom was very clean although there was definite “drains” smell but I guess that comes with the age of the building. Very quiet too . 10 minute stroll to the square. Would definitely go again . Thank you

Apartamenty has a great location(very close from Grzegorzki train station if you travel from/to Balice Airport) It is compact but comfortable with beautiful balcony. Also there is supermarket near by. It had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful big windows. Apartment building itself is beautiful and old style. Down side of us-and it is nothing to do with properly or Otimum lets make it clear! - huge front and back apartment building door are so heavy that when people are coming in huge noise travels through whole house and also person living upstairs (above flat) was very noisy :moving chairs, dropping things ect. Commotion was going till midnight - when we were travelling next day. First night was lovely and quiet, last one really not good for us. Maybe we were just unlucky. However i would recommend this property - it was easy to find, comfortable, close to Planty, Wawel and great spot if you taking train to Balice or to Wieliczka

The location is perfect for exploring the city. Everything is in walking distance but the public transport is also very good. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The large smart TV was a huge plus.

We weren’t provided the remote for the air conditioning unit.

Fantastic location with close proximity to the old town center. Room is clean, tidy and spacious. You have all the appliances you would want: from microwave to fridge, dishwasher to washing machine. Extra point: staff is super helpful! Gave me suggestion on how to get the the property, allowed me to put down my luggage before check-in time, also checked reviews to pick the best money exchange around town for me. Even gave a few options in case some of them are closed.

It’s on ground floor, but that doesn’t bother me

The room is big enough for four of us and the washing machine works great. Very cozy and antique environment and convenient public transportation to stay.

The radiator is not working sometimes, even after timely repairing. The door of bathroom and outdoor environment is also some kind of unfurnished, making it seems to be untidy.
