Had a pleasant greeting when we arrived. Was checked in promptly. The room had everything we required, desk, wardrobe, fridge, shower gel and towels. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. The guys on the desk were happy to help organise any trips for us. Breakfast was as expected for a continental style and was a self serve buffet. Location was excellent close to the main shopping street and square. We ate in the onsite restaurant which was good value and great service and they specialise in duck dishes. I would definitely stop here again as thought it was great value for what we paid.

This is a little gem of a hotel. It is in a superb location, very central but quiet just off the main street. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent and there are several great restaurants right near by including the Black Duck which does great local food. The rooms are comfy and it is superb value for money. there are a few minor bits that mean it is a 3 star but they are not worth pay extra for in another hotel. I would recommend this to family and friends and stay there again.

The location was fantastic. The rooms was perfectly located with regards to no noice - and the AC really worked. First hotell in a VERY long time (and I stay ALOT on hotels) that REALLY had an AC that worked. Fantastic. Updated and modern bathroom - with large shower and enough hot/cold water. Impressed.

Nothing to complain about. However, people need to be aware. This is an old hotel. It does not have all the shiny and flashy things. It is an hotel. The breakfast was ok - cosy and clean. Small (very small) selection - but it was good. Coffee could have been better though. But there is NOTHING to complain about. Probably my best hotel stay in a very long time.

The location is absolutely perfect being between the Main Square and the Wawel area. The room was very good, excellent size, comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Breakfast was fine. The staff were all excellent and we were very impressed by them.

Nothing in particular although a small sofa in the bedroom would have been a good extra.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The staff in the restaurant, the Black Duck, attached to the hotel, were very helpful and very friendly.

The room was very warm. The bed was very low to the ground, and there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Great location in old town. Very good breakfast served in the front room of the adjacent Black Duck restaurant. Free coffee all day (although coffee machine often out of order at key times). Environmentally conscious: rooms only cleaned on request, soap dispensers rather than little plastic bottles. Courteous staff.

My single bed seemed very low on the ground.

Amazing hotel, dont know why its only 3 stars. Much comfortable bed, many good pillows- all like i like! 2 bottles of water for free, tea and coffee (from coffee machine) for free, nice location. Also good bathrooms with big shower. Late check out (12.00)

Breakfast could have little bit more choice of food (especially pastries and sausages), but its was all tasty!

The location was perfect, only 2 min walk from the old town square. The road that the hotel is located has 4 good restaurants so no need to venture far on cold nights. The room we stayed in had a couch area separate from the bedroom area, which was super (201). The shower was amazing, very powerful and plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was continental, with a selection of hot foods. The hotel itself had a feel on being old and established in a lovely comforting way. If you wanted your room cleaned, you only needed to hang the sign on your door and it was done, including restocking with bottled water. Thank you, you made our stay in Krakow very enjoyable.

The hotel was amazing! Great location, beautiful murals throughout the hotel, beautiful courtyard garden that led to great restaurant that we went to often. Separate room that had a drinks machine for tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Room was great size it also had a sitting area with large sofa and table. Great choice of breakfast. Staff were very helpful and there was a safe storage area to leave luggage, we had to checkout on our last day at midday but our flight was not until 10pm, we stored our bags there and spent the rest of our last day sight seeing and collected our bags later before going for our our flight. This hotel was amazing and will definitely stay here again.

Located in the heart of Old Town, this hotel provided an excellent base for a weekend break. The rooms were large and comfy, with air-conditioning, and the standard of cleanliness was very high. Breakfast was continental style, served from 7-10.30, so perfect for early risers or a relaxed start to the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always on hand to help with any queries. There is a delightful little garden that backs onto a lovely restaurant. Although we didn't eat there, it was frequented by locals and always busy - always a good sign and we will try it next visit. They allowed us to purchase drinks and take them into the hotel garden - a lovely way to spend an hour or two. Check out wasn't till noon, and the hotel had a storage room for luggage, which was very handy. They also allowed us to go and sit in the garden late afternoon before we left for the airport - a welcome rest after a busy afternoon, before the tiring journey home. I would highly recommend this hotel.
