The location was excellent, just a short walk into the old town (literally across the road) but away from the hustle and bustle. 10-15 minute walk to the Royal castle and the river with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. There's also a little mini market a 2 minute walk away for all your supplies and the cafe downstairs did a good selection of drinks and fab bagels. I was on the 3rd floor and the room wasn't like the ones on the website but spacious and very clean. Should add that I arrived early at 1030 and asked if I could leave my bags but my room was ready and they let me check in early.

My room was a bit dated and, due to the sloping roof, was difficult to stand up in the shower.

The best thing about this hotel is its location! The main attractions are within walking distance. The Old Town and main street are just across the street, past a small park. There are several restaurants and shops nearby, including a 24-hour market. The hotel is very quiet and cozy—nothing luxurious, just modest and basic facilities. The best part about the room is that it's quite spacious. The young woman at reception was kind and helpful. Check-in was at 3 PM, but since we arrived early, I asked if we could leave our luggage, and they allowed us to do so. Honestly, if you’re not looking for special amenities or extra services, I would say this place was a fair deal.

I booked three nights with bed and breakfast included. They mentioned that breakfast would be delivered to the door, but that didn’t happen. It’s possible that we had a misunderstanding.

It was my second stay at this hotel - we had 2 separate rooms for 1 night. Rooms were different - the one was on the 4th floor and was really big with windows on the ceiling and other windows with a town view, bed was ok, bathroom was clean, but the carpet needs to be refreshed. The second one - on the 3d floor, smaller, but cosy enough with a big and beautiful chandelier and big window. The hotel isn't very modern, but really clean and has a very good location. And has everything you need. Don't think it will be a great solution for a long term stay (like week or two), but for a couple nights - really good choice. Be informed that they do not have an elevator so you'll have to reach your floor by foot with your luggage. We also ordered breakfast - they do not have a breakfast area but they deliver your food to your door. I was a little bit surprised with such solution, but the breakfast itself was good - bread, ham, cheese, juice, vegetables - everything was fresh and tasty, do not be afraid to take a toom with breakfast. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Some furniture need to be refreshed as well as the carpets, but it's not something really bad

Super close to the Krakow old town, literally just on the other side of the castle, 6-8 mins walk into the centre. perfect location, gorgeous little park you can walk through to get to the centre or have a little rest and enjoy people watching. A little supermarket about 2 mins away to get any essentials and a little café/ bank machine that's attached right next door to the apartments. The room itself was set back, so there was little to no noise, which was great. In fact, it's the best sleep I've had in a long time! The bed is super comfy, and all facilities in the room were clean and well maintained. Ample amount of room in the room, which is plus!

The room is VERY hot - there is no air con. We had windows which we opened but there was no breeze. Maybe in the future, if you're able to get aircon installed. Only one pillow on the bed, most people sleep with two and we struggled just to sleep on one which leads me to another point we couldn't ask anyone for another 2 pillows as there was no one at reception whenever we walked past. There is a lift- however we were only able to use it Sunday night when we arrived and Monday as by Tuesday it was broken so until the end of the trip we had to climb a number of stairs to get to the third floor where our room was also it posed a safety risk when we left as we had to carry our cases down which of course are heavy and then quite dangerous.

The location is perfect to move by tram or walking trough the city. Procedure to check in /out perfect and fast. The room is comfortable, clean. A little bit noisy because of the trams that go on the street in front, but only with opened windows. Noise isolation is ok with closed windows. they have for free storage of the luggage in the day of check out. And this is very useful! Price OK. Place to stay in KRK. definitively

Room was silent and excellently clean. Room size was quite good for us (family with one child). Spacious entrance area of the room was good. Location was excellent, close to old town and lots of nice cafes and restaurants.

It was a little hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower. Hard to wash a child in a continuously changing water temperature. There was a nice coffee machine in the room which required capsules. They can be bought from the reception but the note about this is written on the back of the entrance door, which we saw just before we were leaving the room the next day. It will be better if it is placed next to the coffee machine.

The stuff was lovely when we arrived . Also the decoration of the room was very pretty and cozy . The location was great , just a few minutes from the old town and Krakow Glowny . And the public transportation surrounding the hotel was very convenient. ( though when the tram was under the hotel , it was a little loud )

I don’t like the rug that covers the whole floor because it’s doesn’t feel very clean , especially in a hotel where people get into their rooms with their shoes on .

Location was great and the coffee shop downstairs as well

The lack of coffee pads/tabs to the coffee machine - without them, the whole idea od coffee machine in the room is pointless

Location is ideal for exploring krakow centre and the Jewish quarter. Room was bigger than expected, great base for exploring. Would definitely stay here again. There is a lovely little coffee,cake,sandwich shop just of the main entrance at reception for morning coffee and a snack to start the day that opens from 8.30am. Bed was extremely comfortable. Escooter, tram, path to main square is all on your doorstep, and a 15-20 min walk to the train station.

Coffee machine in the room, but there was no coffee pods or instructions or what make so we couldn’t buy coffee to make ourselves. The room carpet could do with a shampoo. But over all these are minor things. And the noise at 7.30 am of staff wheeling the laundry trolly on the cobbled courtyard woke us up daily. But after 20 mins it went quiet again until around 10am

Room was clean and comfortable for a long weekend stay. Staff were extremely helpful especially as we arrived and departed outside of check in/out hours. 5* location, perfect for ease of access to the Old Town.

A daily top up of tea/coffee would have been preferable, and there was no milk provided so had to purchase our own. Fresh towels and a room clean would have also been appreciated during our stay.
