The beds were comfortable. The shower was awesome. The kitchen was very nice. Loved having bowls, cups, mugs, and silverware available to use. The fridge was very helpful. Excellent walking distance to old town. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 min walk from the apartment. No train noise was noticeable either. Peaceful stay. The Smoking/trash area out back was very convenient. Wifi excellent. The instructions to do the self-check in were simple, very easy to understand. Self check-out, same. Very simple and easy.

The kitchen faucet was loose. The nut underneath the facet needed to be tightened. The apartment can get very warm, but opened a window and cooled off right away

It is well located near the city centre, comfortable to park if using a car as the street is paid. The bathroom inside the room was super good, and the shared kitchen was good too.

A bit of noise from the trains, but I would say it only bothers if you are very noise sensitive as they pass by at a slow speed, and the rooms in the other side of the corridor do not have that issue.

- perfect location near city center - communication with host about the check in and check out details - small, but very nice room - all the needed equipment present (kitchen, bathroom accessories) - possible to be there with dog - great price value ratio - noise from trains was not so loud as mentioned in some reviews, as there were new windows, just sounded like standard city sounds, so we slept very well (we didn't open windows as it was autumn, maybe during summer it could be issue for someone)

- not 100% clean (some small details in "maisonette" part), but it was fine overall - little bit smaller shower cabin, but for us (under 100 kg) sufficient

The apartment was small and cozy yet large enough for 3 people comfortably. The location was great very close to the train station as well as just a short walk through the park to the old town. Anna kept in touch and we were able to store our bags instead of using lockers at the station.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay.

Right from the time of booking, Silvio and team were responsive and helpful. As we reached by an overnight train in the morning, Anna called up to confirm we could come in and that Silvio will be waiting to greet us. The photo she sent of the exterior of the building to help guide us was a nice touch! Both Silvio and Anna were really friendly and we could keep our luggage there till check in time. As for the place itself, it's waking distance from Krakow Glowny and the Old Town. The room is quite spacious and the beds comfortable and enough storage space. The bathroom was really clean. The common kitchen is well appointed and a nice place to have a meal. All in all, loved our stay there.

The place was clean and well-prepared, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including towels and other essentials. The location was convenient and easy to access, which made our stay even more enjoyable

I am very pleased: the apartments are always very clean and tidy, the mattresses are comfortable, the bed linens and towels are also super clean. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Kraków! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town, which made it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Had two double beds for me and my son which was wonderful, and a private bathroom. Really comfortable. Felt like a home from home as we were able to use the washing machine and kitchen. We arrived very early on a night train and were able to arrange a self check in a little earlier than advertised which we were SO grateful for. Location is amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, being 10 minutes walk to the Planty. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed (plus more!), the facilities meant we could have stayed there for weeks if we needed to. The host, Silvio, was fantastic and met us at the door despite our flight delaying us until the early hours of the morning. Thank you for a great stay!

We went during the heatwave in June so the apartment was always warm, a fan would have been great.
