This hotel has an amazing location. It is almost right in the city center, and there is a tram stop about 100 meters away. It takes about 4-5 minutes to walk to the center. The hotel has its own parking lot, so you don’t need to worry about your car. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast offers a wide selection and is really delicious. As for noise, the rooms are really well soundproofed, and you can hardly hear the trains or trams at all.

A stain on the curtain and forgotten (someone else's) socks in the closet. But overall, the place was clean, and these minor issues didn't spoil the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

Location was very good,10 mins from main square, large shopping centre directly across the road and also the main train station! the level of cleanliness was excellent. Staff were friendly also! Assisted us booking airport transfer and Auschwitz tours.

The beds weren’t the best we had, 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single duvets! Maybe this is the new norm in modern hotels? Pillows were very soft, beds quite low to the ground. Also the bar, no music playing- not somewhere you’d sit for a drink as there is no atmosphere!

Loved everything about this fabulous property, just a 5 minute walk from the main train and bus station and shopping mall. Room was immaculate and the food in the restaurant was superb. Helpful, friendly staff in all departments of the hotel. Thank you Sky Hotel. I will be back soon!

Nothing at all.

The location to the old town was fabulous, just a short walk away. Tea and coffee in the room was welcomed and reception were more than happy to give us some more if we ran out. The reception staff were welcoming and courteous. It was useful being able to leave our luggage on the day of our departure. I thought the bed was comfy (although our friends thought it was a bit firm). The reception area, the room and all the public spaces were clean and well maintained.

The staff in the dining room at breakfast time weren't as friendly as the reception staff, although I appreciate they were busy but one morning they seemed to be keen for us to hurry and leave but wouldn't allow us to take our coffee to finish in reception. Another morning it seemed impossible to get breakfast stocks replenished quickly, I asked for fruit which didn't come with much of the original selection and I waited over 10 minutes for eggs to be replenished by which time I gave up and went without.

The bedroom was large and well lit. The bed was really big and comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel was well maintained. QThe staff were very helpful. The breakfast room was bright and the selection of continental food on offer was amazing. There were some hot options as well as plenty of cold options: choices of eggs, meats, cheeses, fish, fruits and vegetables. There were several choices of: cereals, yoghurts, milk, bread, and hot and cold drinks. The location was great. Within easy walking distance of the shopping mall, the trams and the fantastic market Square of Old Town Krakow where there is a huge choice of restaurants to eat at, either indoors or outdoors. There are a lot of interesting buildings to see as well as querky shops, gifts shops, gift and snack shops to browse around.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Very close to the train/bus station and an easy few minutes walk to the old town and parky. Approx 25 mins walk to Warwel castle. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, good shower. Unfortunately, our room was ground floor facing the railway lines and the train noise was intrusive in the evening and early morning. Mall with food options a couple of minutes away. They stored our luggage after check out.

The train noise continues through the night but is most intrusive in the early morning. They do provide early plugs but that's not ideal. Breakfast was too expensive for us so can't comment on it.

The staff and location in relation to the Old Town was wonderful. The room was lovely, plenty of lighting fixtures so you can adapt the lighting to your preferences. The ceilings in the rooms were beautifully decorated. The bathroom is a good size, and the shower pressure was fantastic.

The window of the room did look directly onto the train track, and the trains ran throughout the night which was noisy. The hotel do provide ear plugs which are very good, however it's worth being aware of the noise before booking if you're sensitive to it!

We recently stayed at SkyHotel in Kraków and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent – close to the main attractions and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and useful recommendations. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Another big plus is the convenient parking, which made traveling by car stress-free. The hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, service, and location. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hotel had a very homely feel to it, and we were welcomed by all members of the team, from reception, dining room and bar staff, to the cleaner's, all offered a warm welcome. The young lady in the bar ( Magdalena?) was so friendly and attentive and could not do enough for us. The hotel is situated a 10 mins stroll from the old town, very close to the main station and fantastic tram links within a 2 min walk. If we were to return to Krakow, we wouldn't consider any other hotel.

Our room was situated near the railway track's, this did not cause any problems for myself or my partner who is a light sleeper, but in case it did the hotel had provided ear plugs. So nothing could be improved.

requested an early check in and the hotel replied very quickly saying that they will do their best to arrange this. When we arrived the reception was beautiful and the staff very friendly. We were able to check in before 12 midday which was great. Checkin wa very quick and efficient. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Soap, shower gel and vanity kits were available in the room as well as water. Tea, coffee and biscuits which were rolled up each day. The shower was fantastic and Got hot very quickly. The hotel is next to a train line and you could hear the trains from our room but they did not keep us awake. You did not hear anybody in the corridors at night either. The cleaners were fantastic! Breakfast is 7-10 in the morning. The breakfast room is so quiet and clean with a Choice of fruits, breads, salads, yoghurts, cereal, pastries and fried eggs, sausages, mushrooms. More continental than anything. Juices, tea and coffees available. It did change each day as well. The location of the hotel is by the train station and teams. Also the big shopping mall is basically over the road and was huge but the prices were the same as home if not more. The hotel is within 30 mins walking distance from most things. The Hardrock Cafe was lovely and the Irish bars great for drinks and basic food. The food and drinks In Krakow is cheaper than home, around £3-4 a pint of lager. Moo Moo steakhouse was recommended to us but book in advance as it was fully booked For the 5 nights we were here. Book trips before you come away, especially for Auschwitz. Zakopane and the thermal baths was an amazing trip. Go to the Pinball museum as this is good and unusual. 50zl pp for 1 hour to play as many games as you like. The main square is lovely at night as well. I cannot recommend Krakow and this hotel enough!

The staff in the restaurant were a bit slow at taking our dirty plates away.
