This hotel has an amazing location. It is almost right in the city center, and there is a tram stop about 100 meters away. It takes about 4-5 minutes to walk to the center. The hotel has its own parking lot, so you don’t need to worry about your car. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast offers a wide selection and is really delicious. As for noise, the rooms are really well soundproofed, and you can hardly hear the trains or trams at all.

A stain on the curtain and forgotten (someone else's) socks in the closet. But overall, the place was clean, and these minor issues didn't spoil the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

Location was very good,10 mins from main square, large shopping centre directly across the road and also the main train station! the level of cleanliness was excellent. Staff were friendly also! Assisted us booking airport transfer and Auschwitz tours.

The beds weren’t the best we had, 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single duvets! Maybe this is the new norm in modern hotels? Pillows were very soft, beds quite low to the ground. Also the bar, no music playing- not somewhere you’d sit for a drink as there is no atmosphere!

Loved everything about this fabulous property, just a 5 minute walk from the main train and bus station and shopping mall. Room was immaculate and the food in the restaurant was superb. Helpful, friendly staff in all departments of the hotel. Thank you Sky Hotel. I will be back soon!

Nothing at all.

The location to the old town was fabulous, just a short walk away. Tea and coffee in the room was welcomed and reception were more than happy to give us some more if we ran out. The reception staff were welcoming and courteous. It was useful being able to leave our luggage on the day of our departure. I thought the bed was comfy (although our friends thought it was a bit firm). The reception area, the room and all the public spaces were clean and well maintained.

The staff in the dining room at breakfast time weren't as friendly as the reception staff, although I appreciate they were busy but one morning they seemed to be keen for us to hurry and leave but wouldn't allow us to take our coffee to finish in reception. Another morning it seemed impossible to get breakfast stocks replenished quickly, I asked for fruit which didn't come with much of the original selection and I waited over 10 minutes for eggs to be replenished by which time I gave up and went without.

The staff and location in relation to the Old Town was wonderful. The room was lovely, plenty of lighting fixtures so you can adapt the lighting to your preferences. The ceilings in the rooms were beautifully decorated. The bathroom is a good size, and the shower pressure was fantastic.

The window of the room did look directly onto the train track, and the trains ran throughout the night which was noisy. The hotel do provide ear plugs which are very good, however it's worth being aware of the noise before booking if you're sensitive to it!

Everything was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hotel had a very homely feel to it, and we were welcomed by all members of the team, from reception, dining room and bar staff, to the cleaner's, all offered a warm welcome. The young lady in the bar ( Magdalena?) was so friendly and attentive and could not do enough for us. The hotel is situated a 10 mins stroll from the old town, very close to the main station and fantastic tram links within a 2 min walk. If we were to return to Krakow, we wouldn't consider any other hotel.

Our room was situated near the railway track's, this did not cause any problems for myself or my partner who is a light sleeper, but in case it did the hotel had provided ear plugs. So nothing could be improved.

requested an early check in and the hotel replied very quickly saying that they will do their best to arrange this. When we arrived the reception was beautiful and the staff very friendly. We were able to check in before 12 midday which was great. Checkin wa very quick and efficient. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Soap, shower gel and vanity kits were available in the room as well as water. Tea, coffee and biscuits which were rolled up each day. The shower was fantastic and Got hot very quickly. The hotel is next to a train line and you could hear the trains from our room but they did not keep us awake. You did not hear anybody in the corridors at night either. The cleaners were fantastic! Breakfast is 7-10 in the morning. The breakfast room is so quiet and clean with a Choice of fruits, breads, salads, yoghurts, cereal, pastries and fried eggs, sausages, mushrooms. More continental than anything. Juices, tea and coffees available. It did change each day as well. The location of the hotel is by the train station and teams. Also the big shopping mall is basically over the road and was huge but the prices were the same as home if not more. The hotel is within 30 mins walking distance from most things. The Hardrock Cafe was lovely and the Irish bars great for drinks and basic food. The food and drinks In Krakow is cheaper than home, around £3-4 a pint of lager. Moo Moo steakhouse was recommended to us but book in advance as it was fully booked For the 5 nights we were here. Book trips before you come away, especially for Auschwitz. Zakopane and the thermal baths was an amazing trip. Go to the Pinball museum as this is good and unusual. 50zl pp for 1 hour to play as many games as you like. The main square is lovely at night as well. I cannot recommend Krakow and this hotel enough!

The staff in the restaurant were a bit slow at taking our dirty plates away.

We took my mum here who is in a mobility scooter and was a bit worried about accessibility. Just to reassure anyone who wants to visit and is a bit worried about the mixed reviews of Krakow I can say you don't need to worry about it. The hotel has access round the back and a lift to all floors. The accessible room she had was massive and could get her scooter in to charge etc. The staff literally couldn't have done anymore to help, they were so good and so friendly and polite. There is a free cashpoint in the reception too if needed. Parking at hotel is about £12 per day, but worth it. From the hotel most of the pavements are absolutely fine, no major issues at all going around the town, apart from just outside the hotel where kerbs are slightly higher so you have to just manoeuvre a bit to get down (find the smallest drop kerb about half inch high so nit bad at all and easily manageable. There is a lift to the underground subway (turn left out of hotel and walk about 200 metres) which is quite hidden, but basically it's just past the steps to the subway on the left. It's not that well signed and we found it by accident. Without that you wouldn't get across road so just look to left of stairs as it's not signposted and you kind of double back on yourself. Go down this lift and into a little subway shopping area and you can get to the main walkway around the town (Planty) and also access to railway and galleria (shopping centre). You can just follow this to main square and also down to Kazmierez (Jewish Quarter). We basically travelled all over the city with absolutely no problems whatsoever. It's very disabled friendly to be honest. It's very safe, you can be out at night and feel really safe. Didn't see a single problem. People just sitting on their own taking in the views and city even in the dark at 11pm. Would never happen in the UK!

Everything, the location is perfect, especially if you are planning to travel early in the next morning, I enjoyed my room with ceiling windows and, consequently, a lot of light despite the moody weather The restaurant and bar, despite being quite small, had a very cosy atmosphere and tasty food

It is not a complaint because I realise my smelling is slightly more sensitive than average, but it felt like the detergent or washing powder used for cleaning/washing had a bit too potent smell (but after opening the windows/ventilating the room for 30 min it was ok, so it is not a big deal, booking does not let me leave this tab empty)

We are for the 4th time in this hotel, and I will probably choose it again for next trips. It is very comfortable, with everything new and working well, great breakfast as always, and a good location if you need to be near the central railway station and the Old Town in the walking distance. The hotel has its own restaurant so you can have a dinner on the spot, which is very convenient. There are plenty of various shops nearby. Beds are comfy, the rooms are rather spacious and cozy.

You can always hear sounds of transport in the street, but it is an acceptable minus considering all pluses. And a friendly tip for all travelers coming here for the first time: if you have large suitcases, go first to the hotel back yard and enter through the back door, find a lift and use it to carry your luggage, instead of lifting it on the front stairs. They have a signboard on the façade, but it is not quite visible under flowers, so you can miss it :)
