this property the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location right across the street from a major shopping center.  the shopping center has so many restaurants to choose from. Train and bus station where three minute walk.  Old town was a five minute walk.  12 to 15 minute walk to the castle and the river.  very good breakfast buffet some thing for everyone.

there really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property checked all the boxes.

The rooms were clean, very beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the entire building is taken care of very well. The attached restaurant is great, too!

The shower had a milk-glass wall towards the bed, which i personally enjoyed, but didn't book. Could be a problem for business and family travellers.

- Location was superb! Its 5 mins to Old town and right across from the largest shopping mall & Krakow Glowny - Room was large & spacious with all amenities. Sheets were fresh & bed was comfortable. - The kiss & ride stop from where all the day trips leave is right outside the hotel - Lovely reception & lobby area with a bar where one can relax with a coffee or cocktail - Staff was very professional & polite - They stored my luggage at the reception from 5 AM to 6 PM while I went for a day trip to Auswitch. - On check in they gave me chocolate & check out they gave me a bagel - both were a cute touch to the overall experience

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel

Location to main railway station, tramway right out front, taxis right out front, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included but on both days we had early starts before breakfast opened. Hotel provided substantial breakfast/lunch box for us. They offered that service upfront. Very helpful about purchase public transport tickets on vehicle or at stop. Machines have multiple language selection. Room was very comfortable and large enough for two people. Showers consistent pressure and temperature. Aircon in room adjustments worked effectively. Restaurant menu serves quite large and food and wine selection quite good.

Excellent location. Across the street from the mall/train station and a very short walk to old town (it’s just outside of the old city walls). Excellent breakfast and the restaurant is also a nice option for dinner if you are tired after a day of site-seeing—a lot of options and reasonably priced. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Small but adequate gym which includes a rowing machine (most hotel gyms do not have one and I was pleased to see it). Free pretzel on departure!

This is a minor complaint—The only thing I didn’t like was the chairs in the breakfast area are very low….sitting at the tables I felt like I could hardly reach my meal!

It is easily accessible due to the nearby train station, and the city center is only a few minutes walk away. The furnishings are tasteful and stylish, comfortable, fully equipped, and you are greeted by fresh flowers in the lobby. The staff gave you a small gift upon arrival and departure, and they are helpful in everything. The breakfast and lunch are very varied and delicious.

Even though the room faced a fire wall, the wall painting and lighting were so imaginative that I loved looking out the window to admire the artists' graphics for as long as possible.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. we were in a very early tour and they made us up a substantial food bag each. we asked for more bottled water and towels and these were immediately delivered. fantastic location. we got the train from the airport to the station right opposite. we also travelled from there main bus station which is also a 10 min walk. very clean and quiet.

charged my card 400PLN which is about £80 on arrival. was told this would be refunded if not used against mini bar, dinner etc. we left hotel a week ago and still not refunded. contacted hotel who replied that refund can take up to 10 working days. I had to transfer more funds from bank account as the £80 was part of our holiday budget. other thank this issue everything was perfect.

This Mercure was excellent value for money! The location is central, only a short hop away from the central market square, and a perfect jump off to explore the rest of Krakow. The hotel is very clean and well kept with a modern aesthetic that does not lack soul like some other modern takes. The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are cosy, well-furnished and brand new. Breakfast was a cooked and continental with a decent but not extensive selection., although the omelette station was a nice bonus!

Towels were of a fairly poor quality. AC unit made the room quite stuffy at times.
