This is not the first time I have rented this hostel. The price-quality ratio is ideal. The rooms are very simply furnished, but have everything you need: clean bedding, towels, a comfortable bed and a wardrobe. Toilets and showers are shared, but there are enough of them there, so there are no problems “brush your teeth in the morning.” In the center for such a price and with such conditions you cannot find a better place.

This time the door handle in my room was broken. And you need to know that there are thin walls. If you don't sleep well, and someone snores in the next room, you will hear it.

We've travelled with a son for a couple of days and enjoyed the stay greatly. That is more than hostel. Very clean everywhere. Cosy rooms, tidy showers and toilets, modern fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable everywhere. When you choose affordable place for stay in Krakow it's really great. Especially if you are going to spend more days in Krakow. In the cheap hotel, you have no opportunity to cook meals and here everything is at your serveces. Moreover the market with fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, milk products is opposite your room. The location is actially amasing - just in the city centre. The old town is a minute walk, railway station, bus station - 10 minutes, Tauron Arena 40 minutes walk. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean, tidy, comfortable bed, washing machines shower etc. good cooking and washing facilities. Simple access, great showers and every stay I have had here has been immaculately clean & well set up. Manager sees to any problem quickly and efficiently. This is our 4th or 5th stay here and never an issue with the rooms or facilities.

Unfortunately someone had smoked in our room before we arrived - not the properties fault, a smoke alarm inside the room would deter this. Some loud drunk guests late at night - but manager dealt with the problem - again not the fault of the property and dealt with quickly.

The whole apartment was very clean. The rooms are modernly furnished. There were lots of separate showers and toilets. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils. In the fridge, every room had its own basket. There were washing machines and drying racks as well. The location was perfect, very close to the train station and to the old square.

The mattress was dented in the middle, making sleeping a bit uncomfortable (though not too much) and the wifi was bad in the rooms closer to the kitchen.

1. lack of slippers 2. the room is very small, 2 twin beds are 30cm apart. 3. It is impossible to correspond with the staff - no one responds to messages. I consider this point to be the main disadvantage, as there were questions about accommodation. But I did not get any answers to these questions during my stay....

It was a really convenient location, the staff was pleasant and the owner picked up the call on the first try. Kitchen well equipped, despite of the amount of rooms, there was never an issue of missing utensils z A good value for money.

Because of the location it was unfortunately rather loud at night and early morning. Also, the cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired, however it is to a degree understandable with the amount of guests.

This hostel has really great location in the centre of the city and it is very close to the railway station (about 8-10 minutes). A big plus is cozy rooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything except at least one corkscrew. So for us, girls, it was a little challenge to open the bottle of wine in our last evening there. But that’s okay. Wi-Fi worked super. There were even some snacks from the stuff in the kitchen. So nice:) And one important thing is that the hostel has many doors for opening but you don’t have to use many keys. There’s only one key to your exactly room. All other doors have electronic code door locks.

Excellent location within a short walk to the railway station/mall and the market square. With a communal area that had facilities for cooking meals and making hot drinks. The bonus is having a lift to the third floor where the rooms are located which is rare for krakow. This is the third time I've stayed here and would book again in future .

Squeaky beds that are noisy every time you move.

Excellent place, clean and comfortable. Outstanding staff. Heat, hot water, and washing machine all highly appreciated. Perfect location.

The only problem we had was that some other guests were noisy, and smoked on the balcony, leaving the door open and allowing smoke to come inside.

Good location about one kilometer walk from main train & bus station. Opposite Old Town. Self check in with elevator to third floor. Many toilets and showers. Well equipped & clean kitchen including washing machine. Overall a good place to explore Krakow.

Beds were soft & not good for our backs.
